    They are very accommodating. Had a car towed in with a dead battery and they were able to take care of it. They recommended some extra work but didn't try to force it on me. We've been here before for another car and they were great then too. Had to knock off a star because when we picked up the car the salesman, not the same person I got the quote from, didn't seem too enthusiastic. Everything else was perfect.

    My Volvo needed a tune up , oil change and a tire rotation & I feel like I hit the Jackpot with this venue. The service was very respectful, kind and even offered a coupon ..it wasn't valid until 24 hours later, therefore ,waiting to put in my order later , so I could get the discount on my bill. That kind of service is rare these days and I absolutely appreciate it. I will be taking my business there from now on and if you're looking for an honest, reliable quick and easy service for your vehicle I recommend going to fire.stone

    The dent caused by a wrench left on the fender while closing the hood on it.

    I brought my Mazda to firestone to get the alternator replaced. They finished after hours ( dusk). I realized the next morning that the hood was bent as well as the fender. I went back to them immediately and filed a claim with them. I then got an estimate from a reputable repair shop ($2794.00) and emailed it to them. The repair shop said that a wrench was left on the fender when they closed the hood denting the fender and bending the hood and bracket. About a month later ( after talking to several people in corporate) I was told to prove it and that they wouldn't do anything about it. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST!

    I have been coming here for the past 6 months to get an oil change every two months. I have asked each time to check the brakes because every time I slowed down it would have a horrible vibration and metal grinding sound. I took it in a week ago for another oil change and asked them again to check the brakes. I was told that the sound was the inside flap that broke loose and was rubbing the tire. I asked if the brakes were fine and was told yes. They also tried to tell me that my front tires were 80% worn down, it was a brand new tire!! I've had several locations check it and all agreed the tire was perfectly fine. They are crooks. I will never go back here again. They also took my mother in law for money for 4 new tire when she didn't need them. Corporate will be contacted.

    The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! $50.00 to exchange their own interstate battery that is already over priced is outrageous!!! Take my advice and go anywhere else! I'd really like to thank the manager for if it weren't for his attitude I'd have paid $279.00 for his battery. I went to Costco right around the corner and out the door it was $146.00!!!!!

    Stopped for an oil change after seeing this. Guy tells me I need an appt and next one is in two weeks. "We're not Jiffy Lube" he says.

    Saw a sign on the building advertising $19.95 oil change. I pop in and am asked if I have an appointment. I did not, so I was then told they couldn't help me today. "Well, let's make an appointment" I say. Click click on the computer, next available one is two weeks away. What? He responds "we're not Jiffy Lube, we have other things we do here.". I get it. Oil changes are not your specialty and you have lots to do. But why then advertise something you can't actually deliver?

    Nice people but I came in for a simple oil change, left and when I got home I saw a line of oil from my car. This is something that should not occur with an oil change from a garage. I've never had this happen even when I change my own oil and I am not a good car guy. Things happen now and then I get it but this is something that should have easily been seen. I just got word that the mechanic broke the filter housing. Now I have to wait another hour and a half for them to receive the part. Do not come to this garage. It is ridiculous. And they could care less about the problems that they caused I won't be back here again.

I was having difficulty finding a place open nearby that could replace a specialized light bulb for my car, and I happened to drive over to Honest-1 Auto Care. Not only were they able to squeeze in an appointment for me, but they also helped me feel reassured that everything would work out...and it did. I stopped by a few weeks later when I had a light appear on my dashboard where I thought something may be wrong, but it turned out to only be my fluids were low. The Honest-1 Auto Care team came out and looked at my car, refilled my fluids at no cost, and then told me to head over for a regular check up (which I did a week later at my dealership). They also fit this appointment in between their busy day of appointments. All of the staff from the mechanics to the customer service team are all friendly and happy to answer questions even for someone like me who doesn't know too much about cars. They follow-up as needed (by calling you when your car is ready), and they are honest (thus their name!) and will let you know what you really need and what you do not need. I know they saved me quite a lot of money, time, and stress! You should also check out their website (https://www.honest-1paradisevalley.com) for a lot of great information including some helpful money-saving coupons. I was able to use a $30 coupon off a repair of $250+. It's great to find a place where you can trust the staff and know what you need will get done. Plus, it's right by Dutch Bros.

I first used Revive Auto Care to replace a control arm on my Infiniti QX60. I found them on Yelp, appreciated their positive reviews, and liked that they communicated over text. That repair went well, so when my AC started blowing hot air, I decided to return. They initially charged me $100 for diagnostics and a refrigerant top-off, then told me I needed a new compressor and quoted approximately $1,200. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday. By Wednesday and Thursday, they still had not identified the issue, but they continued replacing parts including the compressor, condenser with receiver drier, premium line kit, secondary rear AC expansion valve, blend door actuator, cabin filter, and recharged the AC system. By Friday, the vehicle was still not repaired, and they ultimately determined that the battery was bad and not providing enough amperage to properly run the AC system. They replaced the battery and told me the issue was fixed, which naturally made me question whether all of the previously replaced parts were actually necessary. The total had also increased to approximately $2,500, and at no point during the process was I contacted for approval on the additional repairs and charges. When I picked up the vehicle Friday evening, the AC was still blowing hot air. In addition, the vehicle was revving abnormally both while driving and while sitting in neutral. It is now Tuesday, and my messages have gone unanswered. On Saturday, I brought the vehicle to Infiniti for another opinion. I was told that the AC system had been overcharged by 1.73 lbs of refrigerant, which they said was causing the issues I experienced after picking the car up. I understand that diagnosing AC problems can be difficult and unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of communication, failure to request approval for major additional repairs, and returning the vehicle in worse condition than when it was dropped off made this a very disappointing experience.

Everyone was friendly and honest, and I felt safe leaving my car their hands. The whole experience felt easy and stress-free. My car is running great now. Safe to say they revived it.

    I had an awful experience with this shop. I originally took my car in to have a steering stabilizer…read moreinstalled. The check engine light had also been on in my Jeep, so I had them check that out as well. It was Friday when they told me they could order the part my Jeep needed to be delivered by Sunday. They asked if I could prepay for half of the part/services, so I did, which should have been the first red flag. They told me to drop my car off Monday morning, and it would take around an hour - an hour and a half to install. I dropped by car off around 8:00 a.m. I finally called the shop back around 12:30 because I hadn't received an update. I called four times with no answer, then left a message. When they called me back, they said the part would actually be delivered Wednesday, which surprised me because they should have told me when I dropped my car off that the part didn't arrive Sunday. They said they were talking to the dealer to try to get the part sooner. I asked for them to call me back with an update. They still didn't call back. I had to call again. To which they said the part was actually showing up wrong on the website, and I needed a different part, and there was going to be a price change. I said just order the part, but if it can't get done on Monday or Tuesday morning, I'll have to pick the car back up and have it installed another time. They said they would call the dealer again to see when the correct part would arrive and call me back with an update. Yet again, no call back. I finally called again around 4:30 p.m. and asked for an update. They said that the correct part is actually a kit with 20 different parts that I should just source on eBay because it would be cheaper. They were zero help. I had to call for an update every time. Each time, they told me something different. It just seemed like they were lying on top of lies and could not keep up. They seemed to have no idea what was actually going on with my car, and they had multiple opportunities to be honest. When I picked up the car, I expressed my concerns about the situation. My car was in the shop for over 24 hours for no reason, I paid for ubers, and pre-paid for this service all for nothing. Their reasoning for not giving me updates was that they only had one person working in the shop. He also became defensive and said "Did I not leave you a voicemail??" Yes, you did. But that was after I called 4 times asking for an update. These people don't know what they are doing, and they have horrible customer service skills. I should've said no from the beginning when they asked for payment upfront. And before they comment and say "we don't have records of you in our system" the car was under my husband's name, Wyatt :) EDITED: The shop reached out to clarify my concerns. As indicated in their reply, I asked how the fact my car is a hybrid was missed considering I told them it was a hybrid, and they stated in their reply that is the root cause. Their response was that the dealer gave them two options and they ordered the somewhat readily available one. AKA they didn't check to make sure it would work with the hybrid. Yet another instance of inconsistent communication and incorrect information provided in their reply below. The root cause was not the vehicle is a hybrid. It was that they didn't pay attention. Also, since they want to talk about phone records, mine show the following: I called at 12:15, 12:20, and 12:25. I left a voicemail. I received a call back at 12:49. I called immediately back at 12:50. I had to call again at 1:26 for an update. They didn't call back until 3:19. I had to call again at 4:20 p.m. This is consistent with what I explained above. Their pettiness just goes to show they only care about their image and not their customers or their vehicles.
