This place is great. Best service, people. Definitely will be going back if needed! Thx Guys

Review tendered by someone with years of auto parts and service experience. Went in for an electrical repair. No beef here. Valid diagnosis, reasonable parts and labor charges. Good result on a major repair. They've done other work for us that I'm happy with. Now, the really bad. I wasn't available, so my wife took the car in. They told her that she also needed a complete coolant service and brake fluid service. These were done recently and less than 10,000 miles ago on a sparingly used auto. I feel they took advantage of my wife by recommending a service unnecessary, at this time. How do I know this? I track every repair and maintenance procedure by time and mileage. Coolant service and brake fluid service are easy upsells by unethical service writers. Each is a 30,000 mile or two-year maintenance interval recommendation. Watch out for unnecessary upsells at this service location, particularly if you are a woman. I don't trust them, anymore. read more

I stopped by last month, seeking a quote for axle replacement. They were the fourth shop I'd spoke with. They were the only ones who had an alignment as part of the service. Same day repair, tires, axles, alignment and oil change, along with competent inspection. Bonus- easy financing process too. read more

I got an oil change here back in September because I didn't have time to do it myself. The reason I usually do it myself is because of shoddy service (or in one case, my car was destroyed by people never putting oil back in after draining). Well, these guys have proven to me once again that I should continue doing my own oil changes, as they put the drain plug back in, but no gasket in my '18 civic si. Thanks guys! Seriously, use at your own risk. You don't want to lose your car because of these guys making such an obvious or lazy mistake. Your insurance won't cover that. read more

Get all my cars taken care of here. Never had any problems. Ask for Morgan, very meticulous, does a great job.

Lets see, 5 service bays and on a Saturday 10/23 only 3 people in the building, 1 service advisor and 2 mechanics, slow as fucking hell and dumb as shit. This used to be a great location but as time goes by it appears that local management has found a way to fuck up this location. Don't bother going here for anything, just keep going east another mile to Pep Boys at Sossaman Road and get some real service from people that know how to staff an auto repair facility. read more

I recently visited this store and talked with the manager, Glen Collom, and his associate, Robert Fuller, on some tire issues I had. These two gentlemen listened to my concerns, and to my surprise, took care of my problem with no questions asked. Simply put, I was blown away by their customer service. This store and it's staff wildly exceeded my expectations. I will be their customer for as long as I live in this area. I will also tell all my friends that this is the place to go for fast, friendly, competent service for all their automotive needs. My hats off to Glen and Robert, and the rest of their crew! Thanks guys. Dave read more

Horrible place. Will never go back. They said they couldn't fix my flat tire.... Because it had fix a flat in it. I explained to them that none was it the tire They lied and said they started and found some in it. I took the tire to discount tire and they repaired the tire with out a problem and showed me the tire free of fix a flat. read more

I needed my breaks done and had the money for it. The young man who did it felt all he had to do was to clean off the rust. I thought ok if he knows what he is talking about fine. The other thing was my front and rear ends straighten. I knew I should had said just change the breaks, but I didn't thinking they knew what they were talking about.. I Went to Bisbee and the breaks squeel so badley and I don't have the money now to go some where else and have it done right!! Maybe couse I'm a woman they did what they did or didn't do. I know what Trust Firestone again. read more

There are several other Firestone Auto Centers in the valley. I have had several times where I was in this store. Between the cranky and less than professional manager to poor poor service in the shop, I highly suggest you try another one of the centers and skip this one. read more

Between Honda and these guys my cars have always been in top shape due to great work! I'm new to Arizona and sad I left my guys at Honda and firestone in NorCal. I called to set a alignment and was created by a very welcome rep. I came in a few days later and was welcomed by another gentleman which just moved here from SoCal and was very helpful with my maintenance too! Once I picked up my car, he broke down the info to me about my car and didn't Bs me, which he doesn't know I come from car dealerships and I can see bullshit from a mile away! No BS all genuine help. Cheers to you all and I sure will be back soon for my other maintenances. read more

I went into this location just to drop off a battery core because my husband bought a battery from the Firestone on Chandler Blvd/56th St because he was working in that area, we were told we could drop the core off any Firestone and they will dispose of it. The attendant at Power/Main location told my husband, he would have to take it back to where he bought the original battery,(really) I thought all Firestone's were ran by the same company. This guy apparently doesn't know what customer service is or maybe he just don't care. The district manager might want to let him know about serving the customers. ;( read more

I purchased the life time alignment at this location. Had the alignment checked as often as they would at this location. I had to purchase 2 new tires because the front wheels went bald on the inside. Oil changes good service good price. read more

Today I took my Civic in for new tires and an alignment after I changed my shocks. Porter Ray and Mike are awesome and made us feel very welcome! This was my first time at a Firestone but thanks to these guys, I'm probably going to be a customer for life! read more

Avoid them at all costs. Trust me from years of experience they will rip you off and make sure you are repeat business. If you are in Mesa go to Network Automotive on Main. They are honest and dependable and won't rip you off. read more

I called for an appointment asking what time I needed to bring my car in so I could pick it up at 4:30PM. It was ready as promised and I wasn't asked to have other work performed. read more

Never trust their oil changes. I went there twice thinking they were doing it correctly only to believe that they weren't putting in enough oil and telling me there was nothing to be done about this seeping oil problem and it's nothing to worried about because it wasn't "severe enough". About a month later after this second change oil change my car starts shaking vigorously. As I take it in to a different shop to have it looked at they tell me that there is no oil showing on the dipstick and the damage done to my engine is irreparable. Costing me $3,500 to replace it. I would have filed a lawsuit against them for negligence if I had enough money to do it. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I felt the service here was excellent they got my vehicle in quick and got it back to me the same day the employees were friendly and helpful explained to me what was wrong and how they fixed it and my truck runs great definitely recommend this firestone read more

Well darn it. I am glad to say that I've received good service here. But each of the first dozen or so times I brought a vehicle in, I was asked if I had an appointment. And since I didn't have an appointment, I was informed that it would take longer. So this last time I made an appointment. I have a busy schedule and figured this would help move things along. Unfortunately this was not the case. When I made the appointment time I included an alignment check. But there were probably 3 vehicles lined up before mine for the alignment rack. And 2 hours after I brought my car in for its scheduled appointment, I'm still waiting. Disappointing to say the least. read more

I am so amazed and blown away by the EXCELLENT customer service here, Mark and Dennis went far beyond customer service the day my truck blew it's engine literally in their driveway! Mark jumped to my aid, checked out the issue and then helped me with the needed documentation I needed for the responsible party's insurance claim! THEN WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS OF ANY CUSTOMER by holding my truck at their shop until it could be towed keeping it licked in the shop safe for not just a day but TWO YES TWO WEEKS! These are honest, caring, understanding and TRUSTWORTHY people!!! I forever will refer and come back to this shop and in fact took my new truck to them day after buying it for them to inspect and do an oil change! I can not thank them enough for their complete care and honesty!! read more

I have been coming to this establishment for over 10 years. We keep coming back as they had trust worthy managers in the past, not so much now. You go in for an oil change and tire rotation and they find everything in the world wrong with your car. Took the car in for the tire rotation and they shear off the sensors for the low air pressure and tell us that it happens as the car gets older and it will cost us over $100 to get them replaced. They were fine when we went in, but just so happens they are old so that is why they were sheared off. Of course, that is our problem. They are always looking to up sell, I get it. That is what corporate companies do, but I think they purposely rip you off. Since I am sure they make millions off the winter visitors and they should be ashamed of their shady tactics. Avoid this place at all costs. Find a trust worthy local owned shop, I would drive as fast as you can away from this place. read more
