Do not recommend. Car was with them for about 2 months, issue not resolved, broken dash and radio. Customer service a joke and will not take responsibility for there joke of service. Corporate has been called, claim has been filed and attorney on standby. read more

Set appointment for Saturday at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm, the car sat parked for over 3 hours before a tech went to it. Then the tech didn't know how to start it! I got my keys back, and contacted corporate. This used to be a good place for service. I will not be going back, ever. Looking around for a highly rated shop now,most of Firestone shop reviews are bad recently at most of them here in the area. read more

I called Friday to make an appt for Saturday. I get there on Saturday at 8am. They aren't open. They should have opened at 7am. They open at 8:15am. I talked to an employee about my appt. She was not friendly since she got called into work. She did not have an appt for me and does not have any time to look at my car today. I have had my vehicles serviced here before and never had this kind of service. I will not return to this location. read more

Not the highest quality of service but I suppose you know that if you've been in. They default to blaming any component to cover shoddy work. In short their labor and diagnostic fees are fair for other places but too high for the caliber of service (both auto mechanical and customer service) provided here. Best of luck. read more

I always get honest, straightforward, pleasant service at this location. Everything has always been fixed right the first time. What more do you want when your car needs fixed? I don't know if they are independently owned, but the service here is much better than the other Firestones I have been to in the metro. read more

I had a flat tire and called Firestone to inform them of that fact, and said I was going to use Fix-a-Flat (aerosol temporary patch/inflator) to drive it in for them to repair. He said they'd take a look at it. When I brought it in, I said I was the fellow who called a few minutes earlier, and that I'd used Fix-a-Flat. "Well, you just ruined your tire," he said, and said it's impossible to repair, that F-a-F weakens the rubber, makes it unsafe to drive, etc. etc. Apparently, it's Firestone's company policy to refuse to repair tires patched with F-a-F. So it's rather dishonest to NOT MENTION THAT when I explicitly told them on the phone that I was about to do just that. Funny, no warning about how unsafe F-a-F was BEFORE I used it and drove to their shop. When the counter guy asked about whether I wanted to buy one new tire or four, I said I thought they were in fairly good shape. He went out to look at them and returned, saying they're "pretty worn." Not wanting one new and three older tires, I said fine. After I got home, I found the receipt for the previous set of tires. Less than 23,000 miles on them. "Pretty worn" after only 23K miles? I should've been more skeptical but was off guard, thinking I was running in for a quick patch, not expecting a flip-flop on their services and not expecting I'd need to know the vintage of my tires that day in the face of a highly questionable diagnosis. I will not be coming back. read more

Was in town visiting and had car trouble at 5:00 on Saturday night. They squeezed us in and got us back on the road the next day. They even gave us a ride to the airport so we could get a rental for the day. read more

This is the most caring auto repair shop I've ever encountered. We were driving across the country when the drivers side floor started flooding. We called a bunch of shops on our route and were turned down by all of them since it was so late in the day. We called about an hour before closing and made it to the shop twenty minutes before they closed. Not only did they fix the issue and give us advice on drying out the car, they did the service for free to make us "happy travelers"! They went above and beyond our expectations and delivered the best customer service I've ever seen for an auto repair shop! read more

My wife's car had a nail in the front, passenger tire that we needed repaired ... I called Firestone on Fleur Drive to see if they could help us out ... I explained to them that we couldn't just "drop" the car off, that I'd have to wait there while they worked on it ... I was told "in that case" I should make an appointment, and that they could get me in at 1 PM the next day, sounded good, so I made the appointment, name, phone number, make & model, etc ... well, I showed up today, 20 minutes early for my "appointment" and was told that they were extremely busy, there were many other "ahead" of me, and that I'd have to wait at least 2 hours, probably more before they could "get to me" ... now, I didn't just walk in off the street (obviously what everybody in the waiting room had done), I had called a day in advance and made an appointment, but that didn't seem to matter or mean anything ... why would they not at least try to honor an appointment? ... I can understand them being busy, I could understand having to wait a bit longer until they finished a car and a bay opened up ... what I can't understand is why I automatically go to the back-of-the-line? ... it makes no sense whatsoever ... the kicker was when I was told "you're lucky I'm even letting you wait and squeezing you in" ... unbelievable ... I'm both retired and disabled, there is no way I could sit around on a plastic chair for 2-3 hours, that's exactly why I made an appointment! ... of course I left without them helping me, I strongly recommend not using this place if that's the way they do business and treat customers ... a terrible, disapointing experience, from now on I'll never even consider Firestone for any kind of repairs or tire purchases read more
