One of my favorite establishments to go to as they have gluten free bread. This time I decided to go with cheesesteak and provolone cheese, chips and a diet Dr. Pepper. The service is always great and there were not a lot of people when we went and therefore it was a very relaxing lunch. The food tasted great and we will definitely be returning for other great menu items. read more

I placed an order today on UberEats specifically because they were have a Buy 1, Get 1 deal on 6in subs. They canceled my order stating that they couldn't fulfill the order and to make matters worse they waited to cancel my order 30 MINUTES AFTER I HAD ALREADY PLACED THE ORDER. I am literally starving & just wanted a quick snack. This is my first time attempting to eat/order Firehouse Subs and it will most certainly be my last. Don't put out deals that you can't fulfill & don't leave people hanging for 30 minutes without any answers. read more

I have to update this review because wow they keep winning me over here! Absolutely fantastic every time. I'm currently expecting and they're was a fantastic employee Keith who made sure to confirm in order to have the meat cooked safely for me to have. Absolutely thoughtful and definitely above and beyond. He was so kind, food was still so good, And the place was still so clean. I love this firehouse! read more

My girlfriend and I come here pretty often to get the Hook and Ladder. The customer service is top notch, and the food is very consistent in taste and quality. The environment is nice as well as they keep the dining room clean and ready for the infamous lunch rush. read more

I went here for lunch yesterday and the bread was burnt, this was not the first time the bread was burnt at this location. Just sloppy crap, tomatoes that were not good, too much onion, lettuce that was old. I won't be back!! read more

Fantastic place I highly recommend it. Plus, a part of their revenue go directly to fire departments all around, which is I think this is the best idea ever. read more

Staff is nice but it took 53 minutes for 2 togo sandwiches marked for "ASAP" pick up.

Got our medium sandwiches that were big enough for a toddler. I get inflation. Stuff costs more. Charge more but don't charge more and then give us crumbs. Ridiculous. 5 bites and a medium $12 sandwich is gone. read more

There subs have gone down hill. Yesterday I ordered 2 subs the steak and cheese and the hook and ladder. My steak and cheese had barely any meat on it. It tasted like mayonnaise and bread. The hook and ladder had very little meat on it too. If I am paying $10 for a sub I expect there to be some meat on it. read more

Haven't had Firehouse subs in years. Stumbled upon it on UberEATS and glad I'm back. Perfectly prepared and to my specifications. I will be back. Brownie is to die for. read more

If you have never tried a fire house subs before you are definitely missing out! I can't believe I've never written a review for them. From the moment you walk in the door you were greeted with "Hellos" and "welcomes" as well as the fresh smell of amazing subs! I have to say the best part of them, is there incredibly soft and delicious bread. Subway needs to take a page out of their book and figure out how to bake bread, this stuff is so good! Their meat and toppings are always fresh and delicious as well. They also have a wide range of hot sauces if that's your thing and their pickles are out of this world. There's not really much bad to say about them, except they're a little pricey for a sandwich, expect to pay around 10.00 per meal (BUT WORTH IT!!) you just have to go give them a shot. Don't miss out on these amazing subs. read more

Firehouse Subs - Hero sub!! - Sandwiches Near Me - Selma, Texas

Great sandwiches!! Made to order. Good size, everything was good EXCEPT awful customer service. We came in and 4 employees were behind the counter, not one said a word. We go up to the counter to take a look at the menu and a young lady, I believe her name was Liz stepped to the register, still not saying a word, looking like life sucks. Although she was not rude, she made it seem it was an inconvenience that she was taking a order. I could of got more personality out of a rock. It's too bad because the sandwiches were very good. read more

Firehouse Subs - two takeout containers on a table - Sandwiches Near Me - Selma, Texas

How can you mess up a sandwich? Got the Steak and cheese and it's drowning in Mayo, the bread is soggy even though I asked for extra toasted because they are notorious for giving you soft toasted bread. Can't even eat the rest of this garbage. Hopefully my dog will eat it. Who likes that much damn mayo! read more

I love me some Firehouse, and this place is "usually" great. I don't mind a bit of a wait for quality food, and it always is. The only issue I have is probably a moot point, but if working is such an inconvenience to you, then stay home and broke. ‍ The young man setting sandwiches up for pick up kept slamming them onto the counter. Now most wouldn't think much of a sandwich being slammed around. But when he slammed my bag full of sandwiches onto the counter every single container opened. read more

Great service from the staff! It was my birthday and went in for my sub and one for my husband. They didn't have the pepperoncinis any more but they recommended the banana peppers. Girls were help full and guy was too just a little shy :) read more

Food is decent for what you pay. Not very friendly or welcoming. If you order within an hour of closing you only have the option of take out, you cannot eat there. We were planning on taking it to go so we had to eat in the car so we could finish running errands instead of going home and back and forth. read more

I don't know where you been, but this sandwich I had last week from you.. I will be coming back sooner than you think.. Love the customer service and the Energy this place had inside.. Thank you for making my bad day turn into a smile. read more

I went there for lunch with my friends. Delicious subs, fresh ingredients, great customer service. Will be back

Restaurant was dirty; floors, tables, and drink station had trash and food littered around eating and drink areas. Staff would not speak with rude and obnoxious customers that was causing a disruption and poor environment for dining in customers. Looks like I may need to find a new deli restaurant. read more

Ya can't go wrong with Firehouse subs!!! Always great sandwiches with professional customer service!!!

While the sandwiches are good and the location clean. I found this location to be extremely slow and unfriendly. I ordered four sandwiches and waited for 20 minutes. I can appreciate the fact that made to order sandwiches take a little longer but this is too long. Also, the location makes it difficult to get on 35, unless you cut across over half the Forum. read more

I don't live near a Firehouse Subs, but whenever I can, I make it a point to stop in. While it's a bit pricier than your average sandwich stop, it's a great splurge every now and again. Their Hook & Ladder is my absolute favorite and it never disappoints: Large portion of meat, sweet mayo, and delicious bread! Service is quick and the staff are always cordial- even when the place is packed!!! read more

This is a decent location. Food came out quick and the manager was nice. Food quality was great. The only issue I would have is they store was dirty. Floors from lobby to restroom need a good cleaning. Same for drink station and behind counter . Overall it wasn't a bad experience just there are some room for improvement. read more

I had the Italian sub and it was pretty good. It was nice and warm sandwich the staff is nice and willing to please you. I would probably put a little more meat in the sandwich. Over all it was good, but not as good as other sandwich places I've been. read more

I am not much of a sandwich person, but The Man loves 'em and Firehouse Subs is his favorite. If I'm going to each a sandwich, I'd rather have it here (hands down) than at Subway or one of the other sub joints. Did not use the facilities; no MN clean-freak rating. The restaurant was clean. read more

Excellent sub! Excellent staff. We rounded menu. Everyone has an option here. I went with the club on a sub. It's a classic sandwich! Heated turkey and ham. Melted cheese. Fresh bread. Overall a great place to get great food. I really don't prefer warm/toasted subs, but I definitely enjoyed firehouse! I would recommend this place for sure. read more

For what it is, a sandwich shop, it's fantastic. They keep it pretty simple, several sandwiches to choose from, a drink, chips, and a pickle spear. The staff at this location was extremely nice and our food came out very quickly. We weren't really "wow'd" and it's about what we expected though. We'd recommend this franchise as well as this location. read more

I know why they don't give you a receipt. To avoid the survey'! Got one through anyway- ordered the Hero as I usually do- not what I got. What I got was ham sandwich! Well won't be driving past 10 Subway's anymore! and curious they don't answer the phone. I can't help that for whatever reason this was deliberate. I find it hard to believe since the kitchen ticket was correct that this was somehow not intentional. The look I got from the person handing me the order struck me odd but thought little of it at the time. When I got home and saw the sandwich it sort of made sense, why, don't really know. I merely placed the order, paid and waited! Why not hand out receipts and then not answer the phone. Too far to go back, I love the concept of their mission to help firefighters but they are not inexpensive it is a 20.55 for 2 sandwiches! Not combos (note to self) ask for a receipt when not offered one! read more

Ordered a hook and ladder with some slight modifications, came out quickly and was packed full of meat/veggies, it's nice to not have a skimpy sandwich! I should've taken a picture as proof but I was too hungry and dove right in. Taste was pretty good but nothing to go wild for. Also the place was eerily quiet. I could only hear a low humming from a kitchen appliance and a documentary about some athlete that got addicted to drugs (on ESPN) so in all a very strange vibe. Staff was nice. The bathroom is pretty outdated though. And maybe that's why there are several reviews mentioning the cleanliness of the bathroom. Everything in the bathroom just seemed old really. But in all I came here for the food, not the bathroom. I will definitely come back the next time I get a craving for a sub! read more

Soft bread with great tasting everything! Love the toasting along with lots of yum...

The best sandwich i have had....New York Steamer. Store was clean and the food came out fast.

Great Turkey sandwich go Firehouse sub on Agora pkwy, Live Oak Texas. Good customer service f

Surprised this time, I ordered a meatball sub, it was actually gross. The meatball didn't even taste like meat. I normally get the hook and ladder, which has always hit the spot. I know for next time. I know the Firehouse Subs in my area, offer Public Servants & Military discounts, this one does not. read more
