I don't understand why a company buys another company that is doing good and they go in and mess up a good thing. The chopped salads were on point. Everything was chopped!!!! Now big hunks of veggies, big hunks of lettuce. It's bad. So disappointed and won't be going back. read more

AI takes your order at the drive through...which is fine, but the hyper chipper voice and upselling is mildly annoying. It was also abundantly obvious that AI took my order because the woman at the window uttered maybe 3 words to me, but was QUICK to hand me a wireless terminal to provide a tip, which I reluctantly added 15%. If I'm honest, she seemed pretty annoyed with the whole process. I got home to discover that approximately 1/3 of my sandwich was missing meat. Never again and do not recommend. read more

Fast service, good serving sizes, and delicious sandwiches. There are lots of tables and the dining area is usually very clean. read more

The Firehouse Italian is one of my favorite sandwiches. The ingredients work very well together, although I hold the onions. The pickle spear is a nice compliment to the sandwich and I added barbecue chips and a Coke Zero. The Captain Sorensen sauce is a great addition to the sandwich and the chips. Highly recommended. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. The fire house memorabilia is a nice touch. read more

They had a robot take my order then asked for a tip. what a joke. The robot was pushy and kept trying to make more money off me by asking if I wanted additional items. read more

The meats are real, not processed. The whole experience, from the bread to the fresh veggies make it feel like homemade perfection.

Delicious meatball subs!!! Yummy!!!!! Plus, they seal the bag when delivered!! Requiring 85 words to a review is insane. read more

Excellent fresh ingredients in my sub sandwich. Great service. Also conveniently located in South Lubbock very near us.

II visited firehouse sub today 11/18/24 at 3:15pm check number #159 I placed my order drove up and when the lady handed my food and closed the window I told my boyfriend please ask them if they can give me another side of cucumbers. There was no one in sight that we could see so he honked his horn at that point the same worker came back to the window with a major attitude look on her face as he proceeded to tell her what we wanted she just rolled her eyes and slammed the door and then came back with the items. when she opened the window I asked what is your name? she just shut the door again not giving any information and just walked away. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Bad day or not don't treat any body like that! Its customer service know the field your working in. I've visited this location numerous times and never experienced something like that. My boyfriend got down to ask for a manager but was told there wasn't one there and the lady name was Norma. As I was in the parking lot she was on her way to her vehicle so I guess I was interrupting her leaving on time? Idkkkk I tried to take the actual survey but my QR code isn't working food was good that was a plus SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY horrible !NORMA please learn customer service no need to treat people like that read more

Excellent sub sandwich shop!! Love the Italian sub. Great customer service, and the shop was clean or was being cleaned as customers left. Very impressed at how fast they cleaned up after others all with a smile on their faces! read more

I used the drive-thru for the first time, and the service was extremely friendly and accurate on our order of 4 sandwiches. Our food was exceptional and delicious! read more

Used the firehouse website to place an order. Selected the wrong location. Called right away to cancel. They were willing to cancel but refused to refund the credit card. Says our only option was to drive 25 minutes to their location for a refund. Manager says if we don't like their policy, we can take our business elsewhere. I will. read more

Always a friendly "welcome to firehouse" when walking in to pick up the Togo orders. Well managed from what I've experienced.

I love your subs. The buck and latter is one of my favorites and I love the dill pickles. I also believe in the causes they very important. They also have great ice tea read more

I love most Firehouse subs I've ever been to. I've also worked for a firehouse in Garland for about a year. my sub was mostly correct but the girl taking my order offered a pickle spear & jalapeños, I said yes to both. I did not receive a pickle spear or jalapeños on my sub. not a big deal but pretty disappointing when I know exactly how easy it is to add those things. I mean the pickle spear is expected and she even repeated the jalapeños on my order. Again not a big deal but c'mon put some effort into it. Wild to offer things, repeat them in the order, then not give either of those things. GET IT TOGETHER read more

I have been to this location several times and it is always awesome. Fast and friendly service. Location is always clean. Order hasn't been wrong yet.. and with picky eaters in the family we never eat off the menu... something is always special order.Micheal really goes above and beyond! read more

They got half my order correct. One sandwich was correct. The second sandwich was supposed to be a roast beef with everything except mayo. I got bread with roast beef on it and that was it! No veggies and mustard. This was a mobile order. I would suggest checking your order before leaving the store. These guys are usually spot on, not today. read more

last week I had a little bit of a hiccup in my order 4/22/20. after talking to the general manager which I believe his name is Michael. things got straightened out real fast and the right way. showed up to the curbside ordering. spoke with Kyle one of the managers in the restaurant. I have very specific ways of ordering a sub sandwich or hoagie as I know as NY thing. sandwiches came out perfectly the way I ordered them. thank you team, Bill read more

I have heard of Firehouse in the past, however I have never had the pleasure if going! I am sooo glad I did!! I got the hook and ladder and it was by far ove of the best subs I've had at a restaurant!! The staff was amazing also!! I'm definitely going to return!! Thanks guys!! read more

Like all firehouse sub shops the service is excellent and the food was great. Go eat and enjoy!

Waited for our order for 40 minutes. The order was wrong. Then waited another 10 minutes for a 2 star meal The staff are in another world. This happend on July 18th around 1:00 pm. Very disappointed in getting free drink coupons for this terrible experience. Everyone at this location either needs a drug test or a pink slip. read more

We walked into a packed house and had to wait for a little bit for our order to be taken but the guy taking our order was great and very cheerful. We paid for what we thought was 2 medium sandwiches, 2 bags of chips, and 2 medium drinks. When our name was called, there was only 1 sandwich. When I mentioned that there should be 2 the manager just looked at me and said there's only 1 on the ticket. I informed him on how much we had paid and said there should be 2 sandwiches and his response in the most annoyed tone he could possibly manage was "well do you have the receipt?" I had told the cashier that we didn't need it so he had thrown it away. The manager argued with me over the sandwiches and walked over to the register, reprinted my receipt and put it in my face and asked if it looked right. He was incredibly rude, rolled his eyes numerous times, and had the snarkiest attitude when asked what his name was. I'm not sure what Joe Huntzinger offers to Firehouse Subs other than a superiority complex and a bad attitude but I wouldn't recommend this place if you value customer service or if you'd like a general manager who takes pride in what he does because Joe obviously does not. read more

Have eaten at all of the Firehouse Subs locations here in town. Food is always consistently good. Service has always been good as well. Our visit here today was the best thus far at any location. The crew engaged in some nice conversation while we waited for our subs to be put together. The food was excellent. Ordered a double meat Club and was very pleased with the amount of meat on the sandwich. I think that Jimmy John's double might be a little bigger but the quality isn't quite as good. Very pleased with the service, our food and our experience. We will be back! read more

I recently went to firehouse subs on slide through the drive-through. They messed up my order, I called the manager to tell them what was going on. He asked if I would like to come back and he would fix the order, I said no I was halfway to work just wanted to let him know. He insisted to make me a fresh one and bring it to my place of business. Also dropping off a brownie and a card for my next sub-free. Amazing customer service. read more

Always good. You get your money's worth. Best sandwiches in town. The place is clean and the service is always great.
