Very impressed with this restaurant it was my first time visiting. The location is good, but the traffic in the area is not so good at peak hours of lunch and shopping. The parking lot is rather small, so be careful when turning around. But the customer service in there was very efficient they greeted you with a smile, made your sub to perfection. read more

My daughters friend posted her sub on fb and it looked so good we decided to go to FH and try a sub. We love Italians so obviously that's what we ordered. We were both disappointed :( It was sweet tasting, we agreed it must be honey ham that was the sweetness...NO honey ham on an Italian! Might go back and try the meatball one day. read more

First time in since renovation. Wow! Clean, nice decor and relaxing. Greeted by staff upon entering and they were very attentive. Manager was personable and multitasking between greeting guests, taking orders and arranging a carry out. He confidently handed me over to Jose who was cordial and accurate. The line staff appeared to enjoy working with one another. Smiling while taking care of their tasks and each pitching in. Could tell those frequent customers by the way staff greeted and interacted. Oh and what a great tasting Hook and Ladder on wheat fully involved sandwich. Definitely coming back to try more. A real treat in the middle of a busy and hot afternoon. David Haynes made my sandwich. He is a sandwich God. My sub came out just like the picture.. Wait, actually even better.. I got all the veggies and sides on there and it was big as hell.. Nothing came out or fell apart as I ate it. It was symmetrical and beautiful.. I kid you not it was perfect.. he has made me a lover of firehouse. Don't order from the app. The employees at this location do not know how to read. Asked for light Italian for my salad dressing and they gave me 3 ranch. I ordered my child a kids meal. His Meatball sub is usually so good. This time it tasted like it came out of a chef boyardee can and paid an up charge for chips and did not get them. He didn't get his drink either. I love Firehouse Subs. Especially New York Steamer and The BEST meatball sub I've ever had. I'm a "Sub Snob" and have quit going to subway because they have the audacity to offer Italian subs and then don't offer any Italian cheese to put on them. Good selection of chips & ability to almost endlessly customize your soft drink. Only 2 small negatives. First I would like to see them offer banana peppers as a topping. The other is that at the Beltline location the parking lot is very hard to get in and out of and no spaces available during lunch hours. read more

I have tried those 'OTHER' sub shops, but Firehouse is defiantly the best. You get lots of meat on your sub. The meat and cheese are steamed together, so you're getting more flavor in the sandwich. Staff is amazing. Everyone there is there to make sure you get the best service possible. Lunch time can be a little busier for some people, but get there before 11:30 am and you're sure to get your food fast. :) read more

This location is great. When you enter the whole staff greats you with "Welcome to Firehouse Subs." Service was fast and friendly I ordered a hook and ladder and was not disappointed. The meat was warm and all the fixings were fresh no old lettuce or un ripe tomatoes. Manager came by to see how our visit and meal was and had a friendly chat with us. I enjoyed my overall experience there and I will be visiting again soon. read more
