I love firehouse subs! I love the pickle spears they give you worth your sandwich! So good. I usually create my own sandwich because I am a very picky person. They have a huge display of all these hot sauces. Labeled 1-10 for hotness! read more

Four people working at 8 on a Saturday night. No one in the restaurant. 25 minutes to get TWO sandwiches. 25 minutes! Good thing this isn't a real firehouse. read more

Just placed an order at firehouse subs and checked out with Kyle who was possibly the rudest employee I've ever met. Will not be coming back again. Also placed a phone order which they never got. A total mess over here read more

This is definitely my favorite fast food sub shop. Ingredients are everything, and everything I see and taste here tells me that they're using top-grade fresh ingredients. The brisket sandwich is probably my favorite... and it's the one my wife ALWAYS gets. Unlike her, I often bounce around the menu to try different things. Definitely a step up from Subway, Quiznos, Jimmy Johns, etc in my opinion. As with all of my reviews, I grade each place relative to what I perceive to be its peers - so five star compared to them. read more

Service is pretty slow. Food seems to be of different quality each visit.. it's like sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not!

I kept hearing this place was great no nearby my home So I brought sandwiches home for my family and nanny. Spent about $40 but got drinks and add ons The sandwiches when I got home were filled with meat and cold cuts and cheese not shabby and cheap like Subway. Everyone in my office had said that this was a good sandwich shop I then ordered 2 trays from here for a business meeting 3 had and another for Open houses. This all in a 6 month time frame Definitely a locals favourite Not sure if they are nationwide. I don't eat beef, bread, or mayonnaise so I'm a picky one... I like Blimpies but they are extinct in Vegas. Next Best is Port of Subs This is a nice place You will always see police and firemen inside grabbing lunch read more

The place was empty when I went to pick up a carry out order, got there and my sub wasn't made yet while there was only two customers when I walked in. I had the vegetable sandwich it was sad, just because it vegetarian doesn't mean you have to add a whole onion and over packed the sandwich I couldn't grab it , so gross! read more

Firehouse Subs is fantastic! I did a catering order for my business, expecting to feed 24 people. They did just that, what delicious different sandwiches and all the amenities including pickles, cookies and drinks. they were able to meet our lunch budget very easily, and unlike other fast food establishments, our guys got home meals as opposed to Simply sandwiches. The delivery was quick, the communication was prompt, and the management at this location did their very best to ensure we were taken care of. I've already signed up for more catering orders from them due to their excellent service. Keep it up@ read more

Super slow service. I ordered a sub at 12:07 and it wasn't ready until 12:33. That's like over 20 minutes to prep a standard sub? Ridiculous. I won't be returning. read more

Sloooowest service in history! Waited, waited and waited some more. Go to another location if you like the subs. I di like the subs, but not coming back here again. read more

I have had such great experiences with this particular Firehouse Subs! My husband and I have dined-in a few times and a lot of the staff there is really great but Skyler has really stood out to us. She is so friendly, always smiling, remembered us after a couple times of being there. Always repeated our order back to us and always made sure it was correct and we were happy with our meal. She always chats with us a little bit and is always working hard. She picks up and throws away our trash and always ask if there is anything else we need or can do for us. Last week we called and ordered curbside and she was awesome! Didn't skip a beat! We are business owners and I have to say I would love to have someone like Skyler work for us. Great job Firehouse Subs & our favorite Skyler! read more

You know have eaten here quite a few times. However we had just gotten done with birthday parties and the family was hungry. At 8:40 we were told no more hot sandwiches. It's ok Capriottis across the street sold us sandwiches for 7 and they were ok with selling hot ones at 845. read more

Once upon a time when I was just a kid in Florida I put heaven in my mouth. Excuse me, let me translate. Heaven is an Italian Sub from this place. Holy mother of Sandwiches. This is the greatest sandwich of all time. This sandwich wipes it's butt with other sandwiches... Then cuts it's own butt off so you don't have to taste the impurity of lesser sandwiches in your glorious meal. On the side? Psh, I just toss in a bag of salt n vinegar chips for a little extra awesome. Your choice but the chips add a little extra flavor to sitting down while you wait on your sandwich being made. Which is awesome because it keeps me from drooling while I wait on my sandwich from the gods. Drink? Well they have a drink machine that makes 4.5 billion different combinations. I maybe fudged the numbers a little because I don't actually know but that machine can make just about whatever kind of drink you could want with a sandwich. Service? This is a pretty easy one to nail. Be nice, make a sandwich. Place sandwich in front of customer. And they nail it every freakin time. If you are expecting more you should probably hire someone to follow you everywhere and play music while they compliment you because you shouldn't really be criticizing the sandwich shop for not high fiving you.... Wait, that would be friggin awesome. I've never gotten a high five with my sandwich made from pure concentrated awesome. Deducting 0.0000001 stars. Cleanliness. This particular firehouse is clean as can be anytime I've been there. Surprisingly in almost every firehouse I've been to the standards remain freakishly the same unlike some other popular chains. It's always clean, service is always good and the sandwiches taste just as awesome. I'm sorry that I only have 2 thumbs to point in an upward direction. If I could bath in a toxic spill so that I could grow more thumbs, let's say... Infinity Thumbs. I would give Firehouse Subs infinity thumbs up. Specifically the Italian sub. read more

Yesterday I went into firehouse subs and I felt very uncomfortable because the manager Shannon was yelling at her employees and making a scene. Kim was very respectful and apologized for her behavior even though it should've been Shannon. I will not be coming back to this location. I'm beyond upset. read more

When you place order over the phone you expect it to at least be started on no maker what time you place it i arrived of course nothing even started on because they have computer issue there was no apology at all about that then all of sudden gotta make the tuna ain't no rush in that . Amazing service! I had ordered online and ended up with an emergency and was unable to pick up at the time I scheduled. The gentleman I spoke with was so helpful and understanding and told me he'd remake them whenever I was able to come in. When I called to reschedule my order, a girl seemed to know who I was and said it would all be taken care of. May not sound like much, but when I picked up my food everyone was so sweet and friendly! Honestly, they made my bad day so much better just making things easy and not making me feel like a hassle. I can't remember all the names, maybe Brandy? All I know is this was on 6/20 around 7:45pm at the Marks location. I hope they get recognition for their hospitality!! Thank yooou! read more

I have been to two locations, the one on Eastern and the one on Marks. The one on Eastern wasn't half bad, had a large selection of hot sauces, and seemed a bit cleaner. The one on Marks was underwhelming and disappointing. I ordered a sandwich and when it came, it was extremely messy and half of it wasn't even on the bread. My sandwich was also extremely moist, like dripping with some liquid, even though the only thing that was supposed to be remotely wet was the tomatoes. When it comes to taste my hero was just alright. Nothing special at all. I have personally made and have bought many sandwiches which blow these out of the water. I am also a bit mad about the hot sauces. I went specifically for a certain hot sauce and it was nowhere to be found. I had to settle on another similar sauce which worked but hardly did anything to cover up my underwhelming experience. read more

I tell daniel what to order he's being a baby because he don't listen. Place is great

I really appreciate Firehouse Subs company culture and history. Their subs are delicious with flavor palates outside the normal realm of subs. That's what makes them so tasty! The staff here were friendly and the location was clean. Overall it's a very positive, quick, semi-healthy bite to eat. read more

It's unbelievable how long it took to get a sandwich. The team is asking using the register and making sandwiches without washing hands in between. I won't be coming back read more

Horrible customer service from Mason and Jessica at the location on Sunset and Marks in Henderson, NV. Ordered food from them via Grubhub, got our order, missing items. When Grubhub called them they were told, "we are adamant all items were in the order". Refused to refund me for the missing items. Granted the the $$ amount of the items missing was minimal, its the principal. Will never give them another dime of my money. read more

Have ate at different firehouse subs and this one was the worst. Walked in to order so welcome. Stand at the register waiting for some one to take order. Kept trying to get their attention and they just ignored us. Finally someone came and placed our order. After we got them and finally opened pickle wasn't there and the sandwiches was all over the place. It looked like they just threw stuff in there. Will never eat at this one again but will continue to eat at others. read more

The absolute worst, the girl at the counter was unbelievably rude and snotty and quite frankly dumb as a stump... as I'm trying to order a sandwich she's talking over me and rushing me along, I'm trying to ask what veggies and she's telling me the cheeses and the condiments, for god sakes shut up and listen .... I'm only asking about the veggies and she just kept spouting out the entire sandwich. I then told her to just listen to what I wanted and after that she was still asking me if I wanted the other stuff such as peppers and mayo and cheese. She was the dumbest millennial yet. She is what gives this generation a bad name. read more

This location is filthy each time I enter. I will not be back. The customer service is as poor as the quality of cleanliness.

The worst. Having to sit for over 10 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous. Jimmy Johns from now on.

This location was not clean. Floors not swept. Bathrooms not kept up with. Slow service. Cashier was very slow when taking order and asking questions. Takes 15min to make one sandwich. Also has no Ice in their ice machine. read more

Absolutely love this sandwich shop, didn't know about it until my sister showed it to me. It's one of my top places to go for lunch, also absolutely love the lemon cookies! The only thing I do recommend is not ordering the cheddar brisket, it is absolutely disgusting. Meat tastes dry and the sandwich has no flavor. Other than that would recommend coming here, customer service is exceptional! read more
