I got a salad it's Wednesday on the sticker , but I bought it on a Saturday .the rude dude at the drive thru couldn't be bother to relate my message to get the correct ingredients or even hand me my drink . I ordered online and it said it would take 20 minutes for my order to be ready. It took more than 45 minutes for me to get my order and I waited inside the store for 30 minutes. Two young ladies working there asked me if I needed help, and I told them I was waiting on my order. After sitting there for about 20 minutes, one of them said that it was still gonna be a bit because they had to heat the meatballs. What was even worse than that is our sandwiches were terrible with the exception of the meatballs themselves. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the meatballs themselves were delicious. My son ordered the sweet and spicy which he has gotten numerous times at other locations without incident, but this one was so overly coated; and I mean, coated baked on the roll, the meatballs, and every crevice with red pepper. I couldn't even scrape it off, because they baked it in the cheese and everything. That doesn't even cover the fact that the roll was hard as if it was either old, or overbaked. I ordered the pepperoni meatball sandwich and specifically said no seasoning on top, and they covered it with seasoning! I guess I was lucky because the pepperoni was essentially raw and not at all crispy like it advertises, so I could peel off the pepperoni and rinse it in the sink and get most of the seasoning off. My roll was not as hard as my son's, but was supposed to taste like garlic bread, and it did not taste anything like garlic bread. There was absolutely no flavor to this sandwich whatsoever except the seasoning that I didn't want, but at least the meatballs were decent. There was supposed to be extra cheese on this, but there wasn't any at all. This was a more expensive sandwich and I probably would've enjoyed just the plain more than this. My husband got the plain meatball sandwich, but they completely forgot the cheese on this one as well and the bread was overly crunchy. I'm not giving them any excuses, but maybe these ladies had more orders than they could handle even though it did not appear as if they were busy. WORST FIREHOUSE LOCATION!! Multiple problems experienced at this location. One time, when we went to pick up our online order, we were told they had to close early because there was no manager on duty. Took our money but got no food. Then got a call later that night saying our order was ready for pick up after we had left and made other dinner plans. Manager we spoke to said she didn't know why we were told this. Had to drive back the next day to get our money back. We rarely get the extras we pay for....that's pretty normal for this location, but tonight was the last straw. We paid for extra mushrooms on a Large Engineer, which already comes with mushrooms. Got home and it had NO mushrooms at all...NONE. Had to drive back because they claimed they can't deliver, even though it is an option on the app and it was their mistake. Spoke with the manager on the way back so they could have the sandwich ready. Got there and they claimed we HAD to bring the other sandwich back to get the correctly-made sandwich, but we had left it at home. Wasn't told this on the phone when we spoke with the manager on the phone. Spoke with the manager and the owner...both were sticking to their "policy" even though this was their mistake. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIGHTING THEIR WRONG!? We were given the sandwich ONLY because the owner found out it had already been made. But not before argued with us for 10 minutes. We ordered $75 worth of food and had it delivered. Specifically we asked for no pickles as one of our employees is highly allergic. All the sandwiches cxame with pickles. Even the receipt shows no pickles. I called in and spoke to Nyla and she was very rude. I asked for 3 new sandwiches to be delivered to us and she said that Firehouse does NOT deliver. (which they do!) She refused even when I explained we were 10 miles away and at work. We do not have long enough lunch break to run to the restaurant because they messed up. Just went through the drive thru of this fairly new location at 9pm tonight. About an hour before closing and let me tell you.... the staff was very friendly. The food was incredible, possibly the best Firehouse I've had. It's far and few between now days to get excellent service, especially at a drive thru an hour before closing let alone get an incredibly made sandwich to boot. Thank you to the staff!! read more

Firehouse subs is a national sandwich/sub chain that was founded by firefighters and gives back to firefighters. This location is a new and welcome presence to the Buford & Suwanee area. The service was absolutely amazing as I was instantly greeted and struck up a conversation as I was ready to order. The interior is a spacious area where the kitchen has an open top so customers are able to see the sub making process. There are also decorations and nick knacks that contribute to the atmosphere of a firefighter based store. I ordered the firehouse hero and the classic Italian on white bread. The price is reasonable considering the high quality subs that are delivered and the ingredients are fresh while not taking a hit in the wallet. Overall very happy about this location opening up and will be a regular whenever I'm craving a sub! read more

So happy they have a drive through. This was one of the better firehouse subs we have had in a long time. The crew was amazing and so friendly . The subs were fresh and perfect. Fire house subs usually makes good subs. But this particular store was terrible. I went in and had to wait on the worker to finally help. Which would be normal, but there were 4 people screwing around in the back while one guy was working. Those morons didn't lift one finger to help out, just stayed back there messing around. Before I begin, I'd like to highlight Kevin. He took my order & in doing so we had a short but great conversation. Very friendly & from what little time we spoke, I could tell right away that he's got a great future ahead of him. Upon leaving, we told him "Thanks" & "enjoyed our talk". Remembering my name, he told us, "bye" as we left for home. FHS has a great location. All other restaurants don't compare in quality. Quiet, clean & nicely decorated. Great customer service. Hands down one of the worst interactions with a drive through Emoloyee I've ever experienced. Absolutely rude. Store was not busy as I was the only customer there, the lady rushed me through my order at the drive through and never let me customize my sandwich just told me to pull around. When I got to the window and tried to get her attention after waiting some time she comes to the window and bluntly spits a total owed at me. I asked if I am to customize my sandwich now and she said it's already made and that's why she asked me at the window if I wanted everything on it. She never asked me that. I tried to politely ask about the sandwich and what was one it and she sucked her teeth at me and spouted some nonsense. I said just give me the sandwich and gave her my card to pay. She pretty much threw the sandwich at me and I left. I'm usually a fan of firehouse subs but I will never go back to this location. I would encourage everyone to avoid this location if they want a decent not even a good interaction. Sub sucks on top of that. read more
