This Jimmy John's location has become my favorite sandwich shop. The in shop team members are very friendly and knowledgeable . I observed them trying to translate for an individual speaking only Spanish . They are meticulous with preparing the sandwiches and make some great suggestions . I stop at least once a week . Just like many businesses they can be short handed but that's not their fault . They work quickly and freaky fast! The restaurant is clean and most tables are cleaned and ready for the customers walking in ! They acknowledge customers as they enter the shop! read more

I walked in at 12:45 on a Sunday and they told me it would be a 15-minute wait. So I went to my car and edited and loaded a YouTube video. After 15 minutes, I walked back in the store. One of the two employees working told me about how many orders she needed to make, how the drive-thru line was long, and some other sandwich-related things. I asked, "How long for a sandwich?" "About 20 minutes." I left. This entire brand is based on Freaky Fast, but this was nothing even close. There is no point to an average sandwich if it's Freaky Slow. I had The worst experience here! The lady kept interrupting me and ended up taking off stuff from my sandwich that I never asked for. Then she put my order in wrong. She charged me for everything separately instead of for a combo. When I get my drink which is Sprite it taste like soda water so I handed it back to her and she giggles and then says what do you want now? when I leave and read my receipt in the car when I'm almost home, I realize everything on my receipt was wrong. My sandwich was wrong. She added another sandwich on there that wasn't my sandwich so I had to turn around. when I get back to the store, I tell her everything that was wrong and she proceeds to give me the toppings that were missing on my sandwich in a small container. I guess I'm supposed to assemble that when I get home, she gets another man to ring up my receipt correctly and he proceeds to make it seem like it's not a big deal by telling me it's just a couple dollars difference overall everyone was rude and walking around like dead zombies. The girl I'm talking about is black with dry, dusty, looking Braids and a very unappealing pimple patch on her cheek. Don't go here it's not worth it. Now I have a soggy sandwich because they were too lazy to remake it and toppings that I have to put on myself somebody make it make sense. UPDATE : I made it home and realized I received the WRONG SANDWICHES this is honestly crazy!! How can someone fumble this hard it's just a sandwich!!?!? Went to this Jimmy John's on a Monday afternoon around 8:30. I went in the drive thru line, and I was the first one at that. After speaking with the young lady and telling her my order, she instructed me to pull up to the window. I then waited, and wasn't greeted till 8:55. She finally took my payment and then I waited another 11 minutes for my food. Mind you, I only ordered a #11. I ordered there smallest sub which was shown in photo on your screen of the drive is completely different than their menu online. The screen at drive through said it was ham and cheese. It didn't mention anything about lettuce or tomatoes. I ordered another sandwich and specifically asked to remove the tomatoes so one would think they would have common sense to ask if I wanted anything besides ham and cheese or if tomatoes was okay for this sandwich since I just asked for them to be removed from the other one. I told the guy very loud and clear before I even knew what a number one had on it that ALL I wanted was a Ham and Cheese sandwich. I even inquired if it could be toasted but was told NO they can't do that. Well he says a number one is what I ordered but if I wanted to extra stuff I would've ordered that stuff. He never asked me if I wanted lettuce or tomatoes in the sandwich or that this #1 he recommended when I asked for a ham and cheese ONLT that this came with it. I do not do veggies on my sandwiches if I want to have a salad or veggies I'll order it separately and I don't even eat tomatoes so you can imagine my disappointment whenever I opened up this package. I'm not sure if this place even has a manager. The way the staff performs and treats customers makes me think they killed the manager and run the show. This place and the people who work there used to be great, but since Covid it's gone downhill and I'd say it's on the verge of being shut down. One last note. If you want good service, don't go to this Jimmy John's in Buford, GA. We arrive about 10 minutes before they open. There was a young lady in the store, she said we will be opening in about nine minutes, and we said no problem we will wait. The door was locked for another 30 minutes, not open until 11:20 am when their hours start at 11am. We waited because we were going to get several sandwiches for a party. When the door was finally unlocked I said what happened with opening at 11, from behind the counter one of the other employee yells well I had a lot to do (with a nasty attitude). I have to give 4 starts for the food. Others are right- please hire an adult but I use the drive through and service is fine. They have great subs! I mostly get the gargantuan- a huge Italian meat sub with a lot of meat and good bread. When feeding teenage boys these are great. This one is about $8.50 I believe but good value for the sub Tuna is good here too and the turkey sub with tons of veggies is good as well. I came for the $1 sub day. These was my first time trying. So I was happy with the $1 sub but if this is what you normally get for $5, then I wouldn't come back. The subs tasted good don't get me wrong, but I felt like the meat portions are just small. The subs really do come out quick. Maybe a bit to quick. Maybe they forgot to put in a decent amount of meat. I had the roast beef aka Big John...nothing big about it, but the 8" french bread. lol. Big events like this, you can expect long lines and no parking. I drove by a few Jimmy John's and you can see lines outside the store and full parking lots. I gave it 4 stars for the taste and for being great to the customers especially $1 sub day. Great promotion and if there is any in the future, I'll be there. The service at this Jimmy John's cannot even be described as bad because that would be giving them some kind of credit not only can you never get a sandwich delivered from there. They will not tell you that they have no delivery drivers. They will wait several hours to send it. Uber eats without letting you know they will not contact you in any way shape or form and they will also not refund your money when you've been waiting several hours. I recently called making an order through the app to find out that after 40 minutes they did not have a delivery driver AGAIN. when you call you will be met with a teenager haphazardly apologizing to you with no real care because it's really not their problem that a manager cannot keep a store staffed appropriately. If I was the manager of this store, I would be so disappointed in myself that I am not there personally delivering things, wow I really wish you could get it together instead of being an absolute disgrace of a chain. Ordered 3 subs last week for delivery and nothing showed up for 1.5 hours. I called the store to ask where my delivery was and the girl that picked up the phone said it's coming. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have visited this location on three separate occasions and each visit was worse than the prior visit. They need an entire new team including management. Employees do not wear proper uniforms. They took 2 hours to finish an online order due to not having the bread. Still did not have the bread 2 hours later and made my sandwich wrong twice. Extremely poor customer service. Yesterday I went in and they had a sign posted at drive up that the debit/credit machine was down AND you need exact change for cash. You're paying $5 - $7 for most subs so you pretty much get what you pay for. Super fast, decent sub. Not a whole lot of filling in the sub, enough to make it a sandwich, but not a real deli sub. It's served on a so-so sub roll. The chips are really good. The main reason you go here is because the service is so fast. If you want something cheap and decent, stop here. If you're looking for a really good deli sub, there are many other options that are better. Especially if there is a Publix grocery store nearby, that's a much better sub for the same price. read more
