If I wasn't stuck in the drive-through for nearly 30 minutes and probably ruined my chances of going someplace else by the time I would've left! I figured I would order from the app since I waited in the line for so long, but it wouldn't allow me to order the items I want it. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, they tell me I can't get any fountain drinks because the machine was broken and they were out of one of the items that I wanted, the Mexican pizza. I ordered the toasted cheddar Chalupa box which on the app shows as $5 and I asked for 2 more tacos in addition to the one that comes in the box. Since the box is supposed to come with a drink, I asked her if she could substitute anything for the drink I would be missing, and she said no.I had a feeling something was off, so when I picked up my order, I checked and it was short a taco I tell her that I asked for 2 more and she was very confused and then said she only charged me for one more, and charged me another cost for another taco. Not only did I would wait in a ridiculously long line, I was shorted my drink, charged $5.99 for something that was supposed to be $5 (She said there was nothing she could do about the difference in price), and to add insult to injury having to pay for the extra taco when it was her mistake as well as making me wait even longer for that as well as not even having the courtesy to just throw it in given all of the other problems. I've contacted corporate and have yet to hear anything from them. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location, but it will certainly be the last time I ever go there! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell. We were waiting in the drive thru and the guy handed us our food and we were waiting for our drink, he walked off while we were waiting and then the manager came by. We said can we get our drink not rude at all. Then, the guy comes back and is waving us on like get out of the drive thru. I placed an order to be picked up through the drive thru and my husband went to pick it up. He ended up going inside because there were 2 lazy girl employees who didn't want to work and thankfully there was one good guy who was actually working and he took care of my husband. Absolutely the worst run/managed Taco Bell in the country. This has been true for years. Half the time I have gone there I end up leaving before I get my food. They will ask you to hold at the order sign up to 25 minutes before taking the order and are often told that they can only accept small orders. They have had 2 years to address employee shortages. With orders being completely off and I've been coming there around 10 every other night and their system is always down. Conveniently it's the same person to tell me it's down, Then they say it will be up within 30 minutes but by that time they just tell you another 30 minutes. I've been there at least 10 times (I pick up dinner for my room mate sometimes) anyways, every time it never fails they always forget something. I can order 3 items and only get home with 2. I could understand if I were ordering a lot of food, but a simple order can't even be done. Most people would say check at the window your food is correct and I should but I also shouldn't have to. With this Taco Bell being on the other side of Buford Drive, it's kind of hidden. I kind of like that because that means it's not always packed. The service is always great, they ask how you're doing in the drive-thru, confirm your order with a nice voice and always thank you for your business. They also really stuff your tacos and mention taking the surveys. One of the best TB's in town. read more
