When I calmly asked about the delay, the manager immediately became hostile instead of professional. He then escalated the situation by saying that if I kept coming back, he would consider it trespassing. He also repeatedly stated that he has been a manager for 17 years, as if that justified the way he was speaking to me. In my opinion, someone with that much experience should know how to handle a basic customer question without becoming defensive or making personal remarks. I was not rude or confrontational -- I simply asked about an order that had taken longer than expected. That kind of wait time is unacceptable, especially for fast food. Second, I placed an order through Uber Eats. I watched the status go from "Order Received" to "Preparing Your Order" to "Wrapping Up." The "wrapping up" status sat there for over 25 minutes with no Uber driver assigned. I eventually canceled the order, but I was still charged because the restaurant had already started preparing it. This is two separate issues in one -- slow in-person service and poor coordination with delivery orders. There needs to be better management of time, staff, and online orders. Customers should not be penalized financially because of delays on the restaurant's end. Please do better.
