I was immediately put on hold.... 5min passed, nothing. Call again, immediately placed on hold again.... 3min pass. I call again and right as she answered I said "please don't put me on hold I just have a quick question-" but before I could finish, she already put me on hold. Repeat the last one 3 times more and then I just hang up and called back until she actually answered the phone like there's a human being on the other side. It was over 10 times by that point. Claimed she was helping a customer in store and was the only one there on a Saturday night, which is insane. Either she is utterly incompetent (she was not young) or blatantly sabotaging your business, which is what it seemed like. People like her will rot the company from the inside out. Is this store closing soon or something? Utterly unprofessional, purposely poorly communicated, and toxically flippant.

Debra is always very helpful. It's nice to have good customer service at a fast food place because that doesn't happen often. I do miss the self serve drink machine though. (Occasionally we do go to a different McDonald's that still has a drink machine in the dining area).
