This is the worse BK Ive visited and I haven't visited that many. stay away. It's the customer service that made me cancel my order when I got to the drive thru. Terrible 0 rating to be honest. read more

8/3/26, staff took 45 minutes to get me my order, messed up 3 times... one of which had hair in it... yes hair... can you believe it?, charged me for the wrong meal, and didn't even offer to compensate me. Just wild. 0 stars if it was possible but 1 is the lowest. read more

This is my first visit to this location and I was greeted warmly upon entering the door. The guy that took my order was very courteous and listened to my order without interruption. It was quiet and the staff were working diligently to get the orders out in a timely manner. read more

Recently I visited this Burger King. And it's an upgrade compared to the Rockbridge road memorial drive location in Stone Mountain, however, I'm starting to think location doesn't matter and that all Burger King's have just become awful. Even when ordering a burger hot off the grill the burger comes in a room temperature. I usually have to heat up the burger. The bun today, was weirdly stale and tough. The nuggets COLD. I've been to this location twice, and there is always something missing or done incorrectly and I can always bet money that something will be cold. I think at this point it's just time to boycott going to any Burger King's. It's just not what it used to be. read more

I am a regular customer and visit this location at least once a week. On February 27, 2026, I had a very disturbing experience with the manager on duty. I ordered fresh fries through the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward to the front to wait. I waited over 10 minutes with no communication. When I calmly asked about the delay, the manager immediately became hostile instead of professional. Rather than simply addressing the wait time, he made personal comments saying I was "going through things" and implied there was something wrong with me. He then escalated the situation by saying that if I kept coming back, he would consider it trespassing. He also repeatedly stated that he has been a manager for 17 years, as if that justified the way he was speaking to me. In my opinion, someone with that much experience should know how to handle a basic customer question without becoming defensive or making personal remarks. I was not rude or confrontational -- I simply asked about an order that had taken longer than expected. Being threatened with trespassing for returning to a store I frequent weekly felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. Customer service concerns should never turn into personal attacks. This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

This was my final trip to THIS BK. Large fries are never full. At $3.49 plus tax that's almost 10-cents per fry! Ridiculous! read more

Burger King - One large fries. Less than 40 fries. Which means each fry costs 9 cents. - Burgers Near Me - Lilburn, Georgia

I honestly don't know how this place is still in business. I have never gotten my order right from this place in 2 1/2 years of living here. Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back. Every time, it's the food wrong or missing items or crappy service. I honestly have no idea how Burger King is still in business. read more

We're done with this place. They are terrible. Started off with being told we couldn't get two of the same burgers on the $7 trio, even though that isn't stated anywhere. I had time to look that up during the TWENTY-FIVE MINTUES we had to wait. There were only 2 cars in front of us. My wife got the wrong drink, but at least we go all our burgers. Plus, we had the fun of making our OWN burgers as they barely wrapped them and when we got home there were burger ingredients all over the bag when 3 of our sandwiches came unwrapped. The buns were kind of stale as well. I didn't enjoy anything about this experience. I'd be embarrassed if I owned this store. read more

Awful experience and I love Burger King. They were rude when we ordered and explained we were using the app. They forgot our straws and the soda didn't have any syrup in it. read more

Rarely if ever do I write a review for a fast food experience. This one is to highlight a sign of the death of Burger King. I ordered a Whopper, fries and an unsweetened ice tea. First error was the ice tea was sweet. As a diabetic this could be deadly for some. The second through fifth errors were the Whopper. There were six shards of lettuce, one slice of a small tomato, and a single ring of onion. Those must have been lonely ingredients but no one cares as they offered only a single pickle slice as a companion. I've never used an absolute before in a review! I absolutely cannot recommend any one to visit Burger King again. read more

The people were so nice. The food was hot , we came in before the storm last week on Wednesday at lunch time. It was clean. And they even said goodbye . It was refreshing to say the least read more

Just stopped for a Whopper off the grill. The lady at the cash register was wearing a mask, but most of the others had the mask below their noses, while the one putting the Whopper together (the lady with red dyed hair) wore nothing on her face. Hey folks, it is easy. Check out the photo, even the dogs know better. I should report this BK to the Gwinnett County health department read more

Burger King - Cover your nose and mouth - otherwise it means absolutely nothing. - Burgers Near Me - Lilburn, Georgia

Came before they were closed. Light were off and they stopped serving. Please do not advertise open till 11:00 and not be open.

I ordered a burger and onion rings. Got my order and started to drive away, then stuck my hand in the bag and realized I had fries instead of rings. I drove back around and explained the situation. The woman who seemed to be in charge argued that I had not ordered rings. The young man taking orders verified that I did (this was late in the evening, only me and another car). She told me to give back the fries even though I had stuck my hand in them. She walked over to the fry tray and tossed them back in. What if I had COVID? As if that wasn't disgusting enough, when I got home and bit into my burger, a long hair came with it. I'm officially done with BK. read more

Go here all the time ! It's so affordable and delish they always make it so toasty and amazing so delicious, their fries are so soft and tasty how I like it not too salty, but not too plain either the burgers always are delicious and full of sauce so toasty and I love it make sure y'all go bye read more

Took my kids here for lunch today. What a poor excuse for a restaurant. The menu board had a meal up that offered a whopper bacon jr , 4 nuggets , fries and a drink for five dollars. The lady taking our order was oblivious and didn't even listen to me when I ordered. It took her several minutes to take our order. After I paid , she gave me the drinks but only 2. We should have had 3. The manager in duty said my meal didn't come with a drink and that the special that was in the menu board didn't come with a drink. It was bait and switch. I asked for my drink that I was due and was refused. read more

Service here was very well organized, they got my big order on the first try! Very pleased. The food was good, food was hot and ready, they got my entire order correct, they need a raise tbh. I've been going there a lot more recently cause they don't mess up my order, they might have ran out of sweet tea but it's all good, it happens. read more

Horrible. My stomach is writing this review. Close to my house and pre-COVID I used to come here a lot on my way to work for breakfast. I looked past the skeevy employees - at least they were nice. But now, their hours are hit and miss. Gets 10% of the business McDonald's does across the street. What's worse - is today 1/31/22 - I got food poisoning here eating a double whopper with cheese. I AM SO NOT HAPPY. Thankfully that garbage food is finally out my system enough to write this review. I can only it's a matter of time before it shuts down. read more

a total disappointment the cashier has the ugliest attitude and the manager careless since when we have to pay for this type of service like they are doing you a favor and flies at the restaurant and out of coke definitely they need some training read more

Literally waited 21 minutes in drive through!! Trapped. Waste of my time. The place needs serious new management!! I drove right on past after the lady in front of me finally got her meal...they don't deserve my money! They owe me, in fact, they owe me money for my time!!! Went across the street to McDonalds - through there in 4 minutes flat! Go to McDonalds!!! read more

As Joe Pesci says "you always get ***** at the drive thru". Can't follow instructions to "make it your way".

I'm confident that the drive-thru employee shorted my change by $5. When I came back to speak with the manager, Barry, didn't even attempt to really investigate since "it was the employee's first day." If you ask me that's even more reason to inquire. Won't ever be back. Plus the chicken nuggets are awful and have a filmy texture to them. read more

This place is so bad so we went in we ordered one number 1 and one number 2 and we said one large fires and one large onion rings. So we wait got our drinks and we got our food and they gave us two fries and they were small. I said I wanted larger and and did not even give my onion rings they just did not care. Worst place I ever been and other Burger King's are better than this shit show. I wish I can give zero stars because that's what it deserves. read more

Service here was very efficient and pleasant. Food was great as well. The only problem I had is the fact that there is only one stall in the women's restroom and after waiting to use the stall, realized there was no DIAPER CHANGING station. Totally unacceptable and I'm writing this review to highlight what a catastrophic mistake that is on Burger King's part. My son is 2 months. If I were to come back to your restaurant, it would have to be in 2-4 years when he is fully potty trained. read more

The manager provided horrible customer service. Additional prices were not posted. The employee was nice but the manager was rude. Based on my experience I would not want to go back. read more
