Repeat the last one 3 times more and then I just hang up and called back until she actually answered the phone like there's a human being on the other side. It was over 10 times by that point. Claimed she was helping a customer in store and was the only one there on a Saturday night, which is insane. Either she is utterly incompetent (she was not young) or blatantly sabotaging your business, which is what it seemed like. People like her will rot the company from the inside out. I ordered fresh fries through the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward to the front to wait. I waited over 10 minutes with no communication. When I calmly asked about the delay, the manager immediately became hostile instead of professional. Rather than simply addressing the wait time, he made personal comments saying I was "going through things" and implied there was something wrong with me. He then escalated the situation by saying that if I kept coming back, he would consider it trespassing. He also repeatedly stated that he has been a manager for 17 years, as if that justified the way he was speaking to me. In my opinion, someone with that much experience should know how to handle a basic customer question without becoming defensive or making personal remarks. I was not rude or confrontational -- I simply asked about an order that had taken longer than expected. Being threatened with trespassing for returning to a store I frequent weekly felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. Customer service concerns should never turn into personal attacks. This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable.

That kind of wait time is unacceptable, especially for fast food. Second, I placed an order through Uber Eats. I watched the status go from "Order Received" to "Preparing Your Order" to "Wrapping Up." The "wrapping up" status sat there for over 25 minutes with no Uber driver assigned. I eventually canceled the order, but I was still charged because the restaurant had already started preparing it. This is two separate issues in one -- slow in-person service and poor coordination with delivery orders. There needs to be better management of time, staff, and online orders. Customers should not be penalized financially because of delays on the restaurant's end. Please do better.
