Today is my first time to taste Firehouse Sub and Oh myyy!!!! It's the best sandwich ever!!! The sauce and the meat is soooo Amazing!!! Just out of this world!!! The place is so clean! Menu is clear! And the cashier and staff are very very friendly and helpful and professional!!! The owner MIKE, he's so nice and very accommodating!!! As the owner he's so hands on!!! He greats the customer so well!!! He helps his staff and he's got a great heart already thinking of ways on how to help the community - starting in the hospital where I worked!!! So far I've only tasted one sub and it was pretty good. This review is more for the person taking our order. She had no name tag so I hope the name on the receipt was really her. It said Skylyn on the receipt. As soon as I walked in she asked me if it was a T-mobile order which it was. She seemed so annoyed by the fact that it was and had a pretty bad attitude. I absolutely love this place and go to the one out in Tejon Ranch a lot, it's close to work. I tried the one in town and was really disappointed to say the least. I got the turkey bacon ranch and ordered it to- go along with another sandwich. My sandwich had no ranch on it at all.. and barely any turkey, the bread was hard and tasted old. The other sandwich was the special and hardly had any of the beer cheese sauce on it. The condiments and meat was really skimpy and not worth what I paid for at all. First time using GrubHub/Eat 24 via Yelp and this was a total winner! While I can't comment on the actual store and customer service, the app was easy to use and the GrubHub driver was super pleasant and prompt. In fact, she was early! I appreciated that. She even kept the food in a nice soft-sided cool chest so everything was still chilled and intact. Yay! I opted for the Hook & Ladder w/ bacon on wheat bread for 7.49. It was a substantial sandwich for being a Medium. In fact, I didn't order a drink or chips and it was plenty for a meal. The bread tasted fresh and everything was perfectly placed. I wouldn't have given any stars if I could, but the food was good, so I guess it makes up for it. Today, my family ordered the Family Bundle (which came with 3 subs, 3 chips, and 3 cookies) through the online app. My husband went to this store and was handed our order. When he got home, we noticed the all the chips were not included in the bag. He was never reminded to grab the chips on his way out. I decided to call the store to let them know what happened. I was met with, "It was an online order so he should've grabbed the chips." All I wanted was to let them know so we could grab the chips at a later date, since we couldn't make it back in tonight. Enedina told me, "Since it was our fault--well, it really wasn't our fault--I'll leave a note here for you to pick up the chips. I'll also throw in a medium sub." She then put me "on hold" for about two minutes. During this time, I heard her bad mouthing me saying people are stupid and "complain about the smallest things." She then kept saying, "I don't wanna talk to her!" and appeared to hand the phone to another employee. I then told that employee I heard everything and no longer wanted the chips. Although the food was good, the service was lacking and very unprofessional. Until they change management/employees, I will not be returning to this store anytime in the near future. read more

We were on our way to LA and we decided to stop by firehouse subs and were very disappointed. First of all Marina was extremely rude and impatient, she was quick with us and seemed bothered when my husband asked what other types of cheese they had. After we put in our order we sat down and waited.... and waited and waited..... about 20 minutes later, after other people who ordered after we did, Marina comes to our table and asked if we had gotten our food, CLEARLY we had not gotten our food because our table was empty!!!!!!!!!! She asks the other people behind the counter about our food, and no one knows anything about our food, they don't know what or where it is. I think it was the Manager, who was the only one wearing a black uniform, she said "I didn't see no #19 ticket!" We decided we wanted a refund and low and behold the manager who knew nothing about our number finds our complete order in a brown paper bag sitting on the side of the counter, NOT EVEN UNDER THE HEATER!!!!! So our hot sandwiches were sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes. After we had given our kids their sandwiches my husband and I took our sandwiches out and they were cold and soggy. All we got was a quick "we're sorry", they didn't offer to remake the sandwich or offer any coupon. The staff was very unprofessional, loud, rude, they were ewwww and I won't come back here. They had no toilet seat covers in the restroom either. But their Dr Pepper was on point. We shoulda just went to blaze. read more

One word: D E L I C I O U S ! I've had Firehouse before and fell in love from the very first bite. This Firehouse location has never disappointed me from the few times I've ordered. My favorite is the smoked turkey and provolone cheese sub. The smoked turkey tastes a little sweet at first but finishes off with some smokiness. I prefer it hot than cold, more flavors to enjoy that way. ;) If you're looking for a great sub place at modest prices, Firehouse subs is the way to go! After five visits, I have finally got the good service and food many others are yelping about. I have been in here two times this weekend, once at closing time last nite, and again at 10:15 this morning just after opening. Friday nite I had the build your own, large with pastrami, cheese, peperincini pickles and mustard. It was fresh, hot, and very good. This morning the brisket with cheese, and bbq sauce was also very good. The staff has been very helpful, the food is fresh, and the store is very clean. I have been wanting to come check this place out for quite a while. Well, I finally made it in. When I good there, I was a little confused on where to start. Wasn't sure if you start at the register or at the counter when you walk in. Actually, I'm still not sure. But I ended up at thee register and ordered a medium Italian, with no dressing. Medium was a good size,I wasn't full nor was I hungry when I left. I loved my sandwich. Great flavor, soft bread and fresh tomatoes. My friend ordered a salad, I don't think she will order a salad there again. It had a lot of lettuce, dressing was the regular ranch, not "the good kind". The topping were chopped up so small it was hard to find in the big bowl of lettuce. When I say small, like pea size. The soda fountain had a lot of options. Service: fantastic, like really good. They stopped at out table to check on things, and even cleared our table as we finished eating. That was definitely a pleasant surprise for a little sub shop. This was my first visit to a Firehouse sub. My sandwich was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and employees were very nice.

Stopped by and had lnch here today. Dining area was very clean. We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. Had a Virginia Ham Sandwich and cup of chili. Both were excellent. I saw the girl wiping the condiments off the bread with a napkin she forgot and put on my bread, I get home and there was no cheese or any lettuce or onion or anything but meat, this is a horrible first experience. The food was ok. I got the hook and ladder sub. I dont know that their prices make any sense. I got a small sub and salad combo it came to ten bucks. For the price it's not worth it. The salad was disappointing. It has nothing on it and is just shredded lettuce but for some reason costs five bucks. I wouldn't recommend this place.
