Monte Cristo w/fries

Interior is cool. Servers very attentive! Food was good, came out really fast. Pancakes are for sure a 10/10! Monte Cristo was super cheesy.

Cozy little cafe attracting all the locals! Came by Firehouse Cafe on yelp and was pleasantly surprised. Tons of menu options and great service. Seemed like everyone there were regulars. The food was yummy and felt homemade. Not many places have the Monte Cristo sandwich on the menu, so of course I had to try it. Delicious!

Great place for breakfast, unique decor and always busy. Food and service are both very good. My husband and I have been there a couple times for breakfast, and both times, we've had a great experience. They always greet us and tell us to have a seat anywhere. On this recent visit our server Amanda was great!! She was busy but always managed to check on us. She noticed my husband and I were trying to take a selfie and she offered to take the picture. She was very attentive and did a great job at getting our order correct and served in a friendly and prompt manner.

Monte Cristo with fries that were also good. We'd order it again.

Location: Only open for breakfast and lunch Small parking lot Accommodates a good amount of customers with tables and booths. Tables are comfortable, but some of the booth really need to be repaired. Some have lost their support and have rips on the leather. Service is hit and miss. The servers, mostly women, do their job, but I wouldn't describe them as being welcoming. I'm sure some are but may just not be as expressive. Food tasted good and were well prepared. Coffee was average. Although I believe their prices for the meal and beverages are a bit on the pricey side, it was still worth going to. Place can get busy, so don't be in a rush. For instance, we waited 25 mins soon after we placed our four til the time they got to our table. For its service, I'd give it a 3-star, but thanks to the cook(s) and the food, I decided to give it a 4-star.

The best breakfast in town. A real cafe with real food. A place that gives you a drink that isn't empty after only three swallows.

Everybody was so kind and like I mentioned earlier, had great energy. They all seemed like they were genuinely enjoying themselves working there, which was so nice to see. I got the lavender honey iced latte for myself and then I got the orange dream frozen drink for my kids as well as two cake pops. Everything was incredible. Truly one of the best iced lattes I've ever had, the flavors were so on point. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Place was pretty busy when we went, always a good sign. I tried the Honey Matcha (staff recommendation) and liked the flavor, but it was sweeter than I'd prefer, totally on me for forgetting to ask for less sweet. My husband got the Mexican mocha and said it was good, but both our drinks had way too much ice. We also ordered sausage and egg croissants. The flavor was good, but the sausage patty was on the small side and it was missing mayo. Still tasted fine, just not quite what we expected. Overall, solid spot with friendly staff and cool vibes, just a few small misses on execution. Would go back and customize my order better next time.

Ambiance: This cafe/bakery has a cute warm welcoming atmosphere, it isn't too small or cramped. The cute hedgehog theme runs throughout and it's so charming. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available once you've picked the pastries and drinks you like. Their days of operations and hours are not ideal at best and looking on their instagram, they close for holidays or need extra days of prep once in a while so check there before you come in. Food: I mean just look at the other reviews...they speak for themselves. Everything is on a first come first serve basis so do keep that in mind because of their limited batches per week. We have gotten a matcha croissant, pistachio croissant (2nd best), chocolate croissant, espresso croissant (1st best), some chocolate filled cream pastry, and have never been let down. The quality is always there and does not disappoint. Service: All of the workers are extremely friendly and helpful in making your selection. Overall: Le Hérisson is a charming warm cafe and bakery that stands out for both its quality pastries and its cozy cute atmosphere. While the limited hours and first come first serve availability can make planning a visit tricky, the experience once you're there feels well worth it. The pastries are consistently high quality and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The overall vibe makes it an enjoyable spot to slow down and treat yourself.

I recently read about this coffee shop and I loved their mission. They help employ those with…read moredisabilities and they are dog friendly. So I wanted to go and try it for myself and support them. It's a cute little coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a dog wall with all these photographs of adorable furry friends. They also have a bunch of merch to buy and support such as hats, hoodies, and bracelets. They have a huge list of food and drinks. They came up with super cute names for the drinks revolving dog breeds. I ordered a few drinks since it was my first time so I could sample and see what my favorite was. I ordered the golden retriever which was kind of like a caramel macchiato. I loved it! I also ordered the kibble cold brew with dark chocolate and coco puffs. This one sounded so fun and I loved the idea of it. I liked pretty sweet drinks so it wasn't my favorite. They were so kind and I switched it for a Labrador. Those two drinks the golden retriever and the Labrador were so delicious. These might be my go to drinks. But I might have to try some new flavors as well as they all sound so tempting and fun! I brought a few of my friends today so we could all try this new place and support. We all really enjoyed it and the mission. While we were there a bunch of teenagers came in to help put the labels on the cups. It was so nice seeing them enjoy themselves while working and helping out the coffee shop. I will definitely be back and continue to support them as well as tell my friends about this place.
