Stopped here around 11pm to get a room, they had it ready once we arrived. We are moving from la to Roseville and needed to stop and rest. The woman on the phone said it was $80 a night so I wasn't expecting too much. We also had our pets with us due to moving. We got here and OMG the place is SO NICE! I honestly wish we could stay longer to enjoy it! The rooms are huge! It has a full size kitchen, a queen bed, a full closet and dresser, a dining table, and BEAUTIFUL windows all around to take in the gorgeous scenery. The woman at the front desk was SO SWEET and accommodating. We did pay $300 for a pet deposit but that is understandable we will get that back once we check out. There are tons of cats who run around here which I love that this is their home, you would never know it if you didn't see them, it doesn't at all smell like cats! The room also has a patio with a gorgeous view. You go downstairs and it is BEAUTIFUL. They have nice little walkways, an area with a bbq a cute bench and I did see a horseshoe game. We tried to get a room at best western but they were full and I am SO GLAD they were because this place is a million times better! Thank you for making our night so pleasant and making this move easier on us! If we ever make the drive again this is where we will stop!

    Bathroom is huge.

If you find yourself needing to spend the night in Firebaugh, this is the ONLY place that you would want to stay. I paid only $80. per night. Clean, well run & no riff-raff. What you are getting is a studio apartment. Classy. With full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom & nice patio. Breakfast needs are supplied in the refrig. There are several great restaurants in town for your other meals, if needed. Several grocery stores nearby as well. There are only 8 units here... so if you need a room, call ahead for reservation. There can be long term renters here, job related. Keep that in mind. Sometimes there are no rooms available. Only issue: wifi was spotty. Luckily I have unlimited data with my phone but was issue with iPad. TV channel choices, the best of any hotel that I've been in recently. TONS of channels. Hidden gem in this farm town. You will not be disappointed!

I went for an easy 30 minute hike that included a stone labyrinth. I had packed a nice snack and ate it at the picnic tables. You can't eat by the tubs, so having chairs along the hiking trails and the picnic tables were a nice touch. The main pool complex is very spacious, but I really enjoyed having an adults only option just a little bit further up. I would definitely come here again, it's such a beautiful natural escape. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and to Jerzy for all of the help!

It's not a super long drive from Fresno, and it was a quite enjoyable scenic drive. When you get there, you're greeted by a nice attendance at the front desk. They give you all the details on the center and then I headed over to the locker room to change. They have two sets of soaking tubs one set is where you have to have clothing on and the other one is ware clothing is optional. The one with the clothing required was full, so I decided to track over to the clothing optional part. For those I'd like to go in the nude the area is fenced off, so nobody can see inside, but I decided to go in in my swimsuit. It was a great relaxing time where I took time to read a book that I haven't been able to enjoy for a while. Since I had packed a lunch, I went to over one of the picnic tables that they had and enjoy my lunch. After lunch, I headed over to the regular pool again. It was a great temperature and soaked for a little bit, took in the sun and then headed on back home. This is a fantastic place if somebody wants to do a day trip. However, there are areas where you can camp out with cabins and I believe in airstream you can rent out. Highly recommend.

I have been gatekeeping long enough- this place is awesome!…read more My wife and I have stayed here on multiple occasions as a "staycation" so that we can be far enough away from the teenagers , but still close enough in case of an emergency. Bonus- Hotel Mission De Oro welcomes your fur babies for a reasonable fee. Once you're here, it feels like you far away from home. This place has resort vibes with quality rooms, and all of the amenities you can ask for- including a tennis court and basketball court. I love it here. And don't get me started on the restaurant and bar that is available on the property. This restaurant serves up quality food that rivals a lot of high end restaurants. Whether you want to play pool and have a beer in the bar , or enjoy a nice dining experience in their restaurant -Hotel Mission De Oro has you covered! A true five star gem in a town that is otherwise forgettable.

The hotel's…read moreexterior is beautiful, and the staff was consistently attentive and friendly throughout my stay. My main concern was the convenience of certain amenities. There was only one elevator, located across the courtyard and quite a distance from my room, which made moving luggage in and out somewhat inconvenient. I also wish there were more water refill stations around the property. I often had to go to the restaurant or bar to ask for a refill. Given that the area reaches triple digit temperatures (including during my stay) having more easily accessible water stations throughout the hotel would be a very helpful improvement. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few small changes could make the experience significantly more convenient for guests.

The Harris resort, restaurant and cute local American style store are such a gem in the local. Highly recommend visiting this Restaurant in the holiday season, you may enjoy the high quality meal and jollable holiday vibe. My friend order the 14 oz ribeye and I ordered 8oz filet mignon. It is a three course set. Soup(or Salad), bread and main course with two sides. The serve of the food matches the volume as it describe on the meau. It is quite a lot for girl. The chef or the culinary staff is expert on steak grilling. The crust of Filet mignon tastes caramel crunch. The inner of Filet mignon is perfectly soft tender. When you bite it, you still can feel the texture but not raw. It is warm and flavored tender. We enjoyed our dinner at regular restaurant. They also have the high end restaurant in the same building which combine with a classic drink bar.(adult only) if you would like to have a full experience of the premium steak paired with wine. You may have it in the same place. And of course, if you would like to bring the high quality raw beef back home and cook for your family they have another butcher in the gift shop.

Harris Ranch Restaurant today after church for Easter Dinner…read more We dined in the coffee shop or what they used to call the coffee shop. Judging by the menu it was obvious that the menu has been revised to highlight their more expensive selections. For that matter, ALL of their selections, I believe, can be called expensive. Our meals were delicious. My wife selected the filet mignon with soup (clam chowder). I selected the rib eye steak with garden salad. All delicious. Steaks were tender, and although I could not identify mine as a rib eye, it was delicious nonetheless the less. The portions were generous- about half of each of our meals went home with us. The only negative on the meal was my coffee. I like strong black coffee. This coffee was so strong, and quite bitter also, that I asked for,and graciously received, a cup of hot water to dilute it. Even so. It still was barely drinkable and I didn't finish one cup. Not wanting to hurt the moment, I said no more about it. The service was good and sufficient. The ambiance makes one feel that they are in somewhere special. The return soon feeling was not there, but I'm sure we'll be back.

Room: Clean, but walls were super thin and I barely slept during my one night stay due to someone that had a super loud kid nearby. Seems like the AC was also automatically turned off and wouldn't turn back on at some point during the night which was insanely irritating given how hot it was. This was literally middle of the night. Also, the bedside lamp didn't work which was annoying. Service: The guys who open the door for you at the entrance are very nice, but the guy at the front desk was not friendly at all. I had to greet him upon walking in, and I don't think he smiled once. Just an awkward and weird interaction. Parking: Annoying. It's in a separate structure that you have to walk over to and signage isn't great so good luck. I wouldn't go back.
