Clean and spacious. Continental breakfast buffet included for up to 4 ppl in a double queen bed…read moreroom. Stayed one night during the weekend and thought it was overall a convenient place to crash and fair value. Breakfast included: - cereal - oatmeal - scramble eggs - biscuits and gravy - turkey patties and pork sausage - assorted breads, packaged muffins and cinnamon rolls - juice fountain, milk in the refrigerator, and yogurt There was also a simple fitness center (has a water dispenser inside, cold and room temperature water) and a pool onsite with a hot tub. At night the staff got very busy cuz it seemed like only one person was covering everything. But they are friendly and helpful. Can ask the front desk for free toothpaste and toothbrush. One notable con is that there were no hot water kettles nor a hot water dispenser in the lobby (except during breakfast). (How do u drink the teas?) Hot coffee was available in the lobby and in the room using a Keurig machine. Ended up using the microwave to heat up water.

I regret so much staying at your hotel Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Last year, same thing happened the staff did not clean my room and this time no one clean the room either. We also had No hot water. We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We stayed three nights and no one clean the room. We used the same dirty blankets and towels. For the readers, please consider finding a different hotel! We the customers need great customer service and respect! I hope you re-train your staff to make sure to clean all rooms everyday. Make sure to chance the beds and provide clean towels and blankets! Attached are the pictures!

We appreciated the evening bar with some hot food (pizza and chicken wings) and the hot breakfast in the morning. Also the price was really reasonable.

went in friday night and checked out saturday …read more we came here cause it was recommended by family . me my partner my 4 month old and my 22 month old. never on the phone did they let us know there was no hot water. we came in to check in the employee was super nice and everything. again no one told us about no hot water there was no signage nothing! as we are unpacking and im turning on the water to give my kids a warm bath i realize there is no hot water. i called downstairs employee told me "give me 10 min im going to call maintenance and see whats going on" 10 minutes went by... 15 and still no call. i called again and the employee said "there is no maintenance on the premises or on call so there isnt anything i can do" i asked what time does maintenance leave for the day ? they said 4pm ..... okay soooo you came in at 2pm (your shift ends at 10pm) and he left at 4pm and you guys didnt cross paths and notify you ? i mean its a biggggg effin deal that a hotel like this one doesnt have any running water in 44 degree weather... we traveled from 4 hours away and we just wanted to relax and sleep . keep in mind i checked -in in the evening and the employee acted like they didnt know there was no hot water and no one told they and its news to them .. turns out the next day that everyone knew that they had ordered the part they were just waiting for it to arrive . as i was downstairs a few other customers were complaining about no hot water . i told the employee why is there no signage to let the people know theres no hot water that they shpuld put some up they said "were not allowed to do that" miss maam youre not supposed to check people in and not let them know theres no hot water . they blamed it on 20 year old pipes .. you know what we had to do get hot water from the bar cause it was late and i already had my kids ready for bath so yes we filled up the ice bucket with hot water to run a bath for my kids . unbelievable. at first they wanted to give me 20% off clearly i was unsatisfied with that then 40... i eventually asked for a compt room since i knew they did in fact know about the no hot water situation and still decided to check us in and take our money. the next day we checked out the room was in fact compt. this review is based upon the hotel and how they handled the no hot water situation . the employees i dealt with were super nice, accommodating (as best as they could i guess) and overall the hotel was clean the front desk ladies went away from the front desk to fluff pillows and make the front look presentable. so i do appreciate that .

Soon as you walk in the electric doors I could tell the difference. The beautifully decorated lobby, the plush dining area for breakfast, the food pantry. All that our last hotel was lacking. The dining room is huge. Tables, booths, and open space. It holds so many people. Maybe 10 tables, 4 people per table 40 people. The last hotel had 4 tables at 4 person per table, 26 people. So much bigger and spread out. Breakfast is a hot and cold breakfast. The last hotel was just the cold breakfast. Here there were egg muffins sandwiches, quiche, and soufflés. 3 kinds of cold cereal, including my fav red berries. Chocolate, reg, and oat milk. Our last hotel lacked milk and cereal and hard boiled eggs. Hard boiled eggs, waffle machine, muffins and loafs, bagels , toast, ect. And of course there was a coffee and tea bar. The room wasn't as a good set up as our last one. Our last one had a bistro table and chairs and the desk and chair. A good set up to play cards or watch tv. The room was fresh, clean, and had no smell. We had a king bed, fridge, microwave, coffee makers, actual closet with iron and board. This hotel had a gym with treadmills, elliptical machine, weights, kettle balls, and exercise balls. Both hotels had pools, this one also had a hot tub. Overall this was a wonder hotel and I highly reccomend it to others. It's in the middle of a strip of shopping, eateries, gas stations, car washes, ect.

Review: Knights Inn Hotel - Discrimination Against Homeless Veteran and Service Animal…read moreMy recent experience at the Knights Inn hotel was deeply disturbing and frankly, unacceptable. As a homeless veteran accompanied by my legitimate service animal, I was met with blatant discrimination that violated both federal and state laws. Upon attempting to check in, I was subjected to questioning about my service animal that went far beyond what is legally permissible. The owner demanded "documentation" and seemed to imply my veteran status or homelessness somehow negated my right to have my service animal with me. This line of questioning is not only intrusive but directly contrary to the rights afforded to individuals with disabilities. Furthermore, the general attitude and treatment I received felt dismissive and prejudiced. It was clear that my circumstances were being judged, and this judgment extended to my service animal, who is a crucial part of my daily life and well-being. Regarding the law, it is imperative that the Knights Inn, and all public accommodations, understand and adhere to the following: * Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Under the ADA, service animals are not pets. Hotels cannot deny access to a person with a disability accompanied by a service animal, even if they have a "no pets" policy. They cannot charge extra fees or deposits for service animals. Hotels are generally only permitted to ask two questions: * Is the animal required because of a disability? * What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? They cannot ask for documentation, require the animal to demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person's disability. Service animals must be allowed in all areas where the public is permitted. * California Law: California law aligns with the ADA, further protecting individuals with disabilities and their service animals. California Civil Code sections, such as § 54.1 and § 54.2, explicitly grant individuals with disabilities the right to be accompanied by their service animals in public accommodations, including hotels. Additionally, California Penal Code sections like PC 365.5 make it a misdemeanor to prevent or interfere with a disabled person's rights to use their service animal. There are also protections under fair housing laws that extend to individuals in shelters and those who are homeless, recognizing the importance of assistance animals. The actions of the Knights Inn staff were a clear violation of these fundamental rights. Discrimination against a veteran, especially one experiencing homelessness, and denying access to a trained service animal is not just poor customer service; it is illegal and morally reprehensible. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential guests and, more importantly, prompts the Knights Inn management to immediately educate their staff on disability rights and service animal laws to prevent such discriminatory incidents from happening again. Every individual, regardless of their housing status, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and their rights, particularly those related to service animals, must be upheld without question.
