    Sunrise at Tee Box #1.

Another wonderful morning tee off time at Riverside The course is looking good, the staff is friendly and the "19th" hole is a great place to rehash the round.

Such a fun place to spend a beautiful spring day! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing. The bartender Glory is awesome! Stop in for a great time with great people!

    Coyote on the course!

I came here to play an early even round during the week, finishing 9 holes before it got almost too dark to play. It was an easy process, I walked in and paid $26 with a cart I believe. It's decent for a public track, flat but with some decently challenging features. It's also the only pro-shop I've seen that sells cigarettes and chew which was funny. The tee boxes, greens, and fringe were in rough shape but it was due to pre-winter prep that the groundskeeping crew did and they did post warnings in each cart. The greens were fairly challenging for what they were as well so that was fun. The course played slow even at that time so that was a bummer but it's a consequence of being able to walk on. I just practiced some my short game while waiting but if I was going for a full round I would've been really annoyed. It's not top of the line but for the price it's worth the practice.

I love Riverside. It's my family's and I happy place. They have a very challenging 18 hole course, especially from the back tees. Driving range is open after dark, with lights so you can work on your game even in the winter months. The Cafe has the best food around. They use real food, and have a chef Gerry that's amazing! We bring the kids on the weekend, because it's so affordable and delicious . I get great service from everyone from the pro shops peeps Austin, Mia, Keith and Jake, to the cafe staff of Ms. Lisa, Glory, Macy, Karla, Cassidy and Danielle. See you this weekend!

This is a 9-hole course and you really only need a few irons and a putter to play here. Which makes it great for practicing your short game and getting a game with friends. This course does get busy, so I would recommend booking your tee time a few days early. There's no clubhouse here, just a small office that has canned beers, snacks, tees, and other golfer needs. This course is small enough to walk so they offer both push golf carts and traditional motorized golf carts. They even have electric golf scooters which look very fun to drive. This course is fun play, but the grounds here have seen better days. If you hit your ball anywhere, but the fairway or the green you're hitting mud or compacted dirt. If this course was closer, I'd most likely play it more often.

Maybe I have been spoiled by very well-maintained golf amenities in the valley (when one compares value vs. price paid). The range balls that are used are very outdated and very worn out. 15 bucks for such an underwhelming and aesthetically lacking 9-hole course that this venue offers, would be more acceptable. On the bright side, the venue does not have mats for the range--still on natural surface. And the staff is super friendly. There is a satisfactory area for chipping practice.

You can't use anything but a mat at any place except "members area". Realistically unless you are planning on just practicing with driver you can't get any kind of good practice here. The property is clean and the area is quiet with just a little bit of noise from the nearby freeway. They also have a nine hole course attached to the range. If you're feeling warmed up want to play a quick round before I heading out. They don't have as many bays as most driving ranges do, but they offer at least 10-15 bays that have Top Tracer technology. Top Tracer balls, allow you to see where your ball went so you can analyze your swing and try to stop yourself from slicing or hooking the ball. It's pretty helpful, especially for people who just started to play. 50-Balls was about $15, but you're better off getting the jumbo bucket for an extra $6 bucks; it's 150 balls. You're going to wanna hit more than 50 balls anyway. There's typically no time limit while hitting, but I could see that changing if the weather stays warm. When we left there was a line of people waiting to hit. The cafe here has beers, seltzers, Gatorade, water and all of the golf range staples. They do offer full meals here too, both breakfast and lunch. Looking to do relax and get fresh air for under $20? Valley Golf Center is a good place to start.

Notably the hourly fee was cheaper earlier in the day. We were given the password for the linked computer and a few tees. We had our own clubs so we didn't have to rent anything. There were multiple games available on the computer including capture the flag and golf pong. Unfortunately we kept getting kicked off from the account and it interfered with our game. The tees were also flimsy and 3/4 of our tees were bent and unable to stand up straight. The calibration also needed some work as there were times the ball moved without anyone swinging. The drinks were the best part of the experience. Everything was strong, alcohol and flavor wise. We weren't checked up on frequently so make sure to place everything at once. *Wings: we chose the mango habanero sauce and it packed some good heat. The meat was moist while the skin was on the softer side. Overall the tenderness and sweet sauce made it a good shareable. *Pretzel Sticks: the texture was good but there could have been a bit more salt and cheese to dip in. Our sticks also looked skinnier than the ones pictured. *Churros: came with vanilla ice cream. The churros were stiff and greasy. They tasted frozen and reheated. The ice cream was also on the harder side, almost freezer burnt. Bad ending to our meal. The drinks were probably my favorite downtown but the other aspects were greatly overpriced. The golfing was subpar, notably worse than the typical Top Golf experience. Especially with the upcharge for equipment, this was too expensive for a fun night out with friends.
