This course used to be a staple for me and my friends. But if you shoot under 100 NEVER EVER GO HERE. The greens are like hitting on carpet. You can't use anything but a mat at any place except "members area". Realistically unless you are planning on just practicing with driver you can't get any kind of good practice here. Not to mention the course is 20 dollars and can't hit off grass. Why are we charging half the amount of the course for someone to walk it! If I could leave a separate review for the restaurant I would. They are excellent people and make great food. read more

I've been to a lot of driving ranges around the country and this one's up there were some of the better ones. Not amazing, but better than good? The property is clean and the area is quiet with just a little bit of noise from the nearby freeway. They also have a nine hole course attached to the range. If you're feeling warmed up want to play a quick round before I heading out. They don't have as many bays as most driving ranges do, but they offer at least 10-15 bays that have Top Tracer technology. Top Tracer balls, allow you to see where your ball went so you can analyze your swing and try to stop yourself from slicing or hooking the ball. It's pretty helpful, especially for people who just started to play. 50-Balls was about $15, but you're better off getting the jumbo bucket for an extra $6 bucks; it's 150 balls. You're going to wanna hit more than 50 balls anyway. There's typically no time limit while hitting, but I could see that changing if the weather stays warm. When we left there was a line of people waiting to hit. The cafe here has beers, seltzers, Gatorade, water and all of the golf range staples. They do offer full meals here too, both breakfast and lunch. Looking to do relax and get fresh air for under $20? Valley Golf Center is a good place to start. read more

WOW! This place was so nice and organized. It was a breath of fresh air. I went there with a friend on a Saturday. It was a perfect day at about 78 degrees. We got to the front desk, got unlimited balls, and paid for time. The beer selection is great! It's nice and quiet and peaceful. Great for groups or just by yourself. They use a system that has games and goals that you can log into and track your progress. I was impressed! Reminded me of Top Golf. I think it's called TopTracer for the program they use on their TVs. It's a great place to change the dynamics of a good weekend off! I will definitely be back. read more

Made a reservation for the range over the phone for 6pm (they close at 7 on Sunday). Got there by 6:03 for them to deny me range balls because they can't sell past 6, no exceptions. Definitely would have been nice for them to say that over the phone when they put me down for 6 pm, knowing I couldn't purchase range balls at 6 anyways. I love this place! This little par 3, 9 hole course is perfect for beginners, especially with the simulators in the driving range. My issue here is that my buddy went golfing with his wife and kid, and his kid had to go to the restroom while on hole 6 or so. As his wife and kid are walking back to the course the person allowing people on the course didn't allow them back on the course as my buddy was still playing and they could've easily just caught up with him and continued to play. So they ended up just leaving the course without finishing. If this is how to conduct business I don't want to support this place anymore. So make sure you go to the restroom before you play. read more

In town visiting and wanted to get in a quick round to practice my short game. I didn't use the driving range, but definitely noticed it was nice. The guy that checked me in was super nice, starter was nice, and even the guy I bought my drink from was nice! Just seems like a really relaxed place with nice people working there that are helpful. They don't accept cash when you pay for your golf, so bring your card. They also have a nice little food cafe and a pro shop with a decent selection of hats, balls etc. The 9-hole par 3 course actually has a few challenging holes around water so that was fun. I played it in less than an hour and was able to get a time alone and never had to wait. I was there though at an off time on a weekday. It probably gets very busy on the weekends. The parking lot is also very large and parking was easy. Overall an excellent experience and I will definitely be back during my next visit to Fresno! read more

I recently went to play 9 with couple buddy we had big group bought couple tee times and CINDY VINING MRS CINDY Ik your gonna see this so read up old lady. She said only 4 people in a group alright sounds good we end up figuring it out so only had a group of 4 to play we are barely standing on the number one tee box. My buddy goes look I turn my head to old Cindy staring at us like we don't know how to count or listen she was gonna kick us off. When she clearly see only 4 people tried to kick us out with out refund . My little cousin as well got lesson from Cindy is the biggest scam possible she showed up late and is very rude to young golfers just trying to enjoy and learn. Horrible experience! There are plenty of places to golf in the valley. This golf course use to be ok pre covid. The course and staff have gone downhill considerably. The course wants to charge spectators to walk the course claiming it would be hazardous to walk the course and spectate. I guess me paying the fee would alleviate the hazard. Worst golf course in Fresno, I started golfing on this course and after COVID the management changed. They are not in Myrtle Beach.

I will never come here again!! Don't waste your time or money here, the old lady in the booth is insanely rude and will just scream at you and kick you off for no reason at all. If you're gonna play golf, go find a friendly business like Eagle Springs Country Club they treat their customers with respect over there but not this place. Cool little spot to hang out and drive some golf balls, however it seems to be more of a beer guzzling hang out spot more than anything. Ronnie and I were the only ones without alcoholic beverages at our spot. I'm in no means judging people who drink, but it caught me by surprise just how much goes on here. Probably the most affordable golf range in the area. it is a little further away, but the location is the most convenient one. The services are nice. The range has a lot of bays for you to use about 30 to 40. The golf course is not bad and well-maintained. $15 for 50 balls nine dollars for 25 balls. read more

Great little course for practice. When you pull up, you walk through the gate and make your payments at the window. Nice scenery, so you're not just staring at traffic or other not so pleasant sights like some other courses I've been to. The rental prices for clubs were so affordable, and they let my friend and I share the set, so it saved us even more money. Once you get the clubs, though, there's no further direction, and you're stuck figuring things out yourself. It's not difficult to figure out if you're used to golf and courses in general, but I can imagine for someone who's completely new to the scene and wanting to try it out for the first time it not being easy. This was our first time at a driving range. The check in process was fairly easy, but we did not get a lot of instruction of where everything was and what we needed to do. It wasn't hard to figure out, but it would have been nice to have a little direction. I was excited that they serve Crow and Wolf ciders! It was a fun experience and something to switch up date night. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Been to this spot 3 times now, perfect to work on short game. Last night we took the last tee time at 7:30 (place closed at 9) we were having some bad shots and didn't finish till 9:15. Starting going with my buddies recently. We're new at golf so we just go to have fun. We just do the driving range. Actually been really cool to come here and let some steam off and started a new hobby. We understand the rules are rules but you can be nicer about them. We were a group of five(all other bays were empty) and usually have no problem with 5 people. The older lady there informed us that she had been watching us lately and that only 4 can be at a bay because it gets packed on Saturdays.(We were the only ones there for almost 2 hours). We said ok and spent extra money for another bay. Coo it is what it is. Then with minutes left on our game she came and took our balls away and left a few and said that should be ok. We still had time left and no balls. It was only a few minutes but it was paid for. Never had that experience there. It was horrible. I don't wanna jump to conclusions but I can't help but feel profiled. We were the only Mexicans there so of course we need to be watched that closely. I hope it was just that bad experience cause this place is pretty awesome when we aren't being watched like that. Great place to practice and play 9 holes but definitely don't try to pair yourself up with a single player (as is done elsewhere) because they do not like that much. Food is great, better than most other places in town. Definitely don't offer any help to anyone hitting balls next to you who is obviously struggling. THE WORST EVER. The employees are rude and pay absolutely no attention to customers. They charged me for 6 rounds of golf- there were only 3 players. Then when I asked the owner, Cindy, to refund me for the players that were not there, she was sassy & disrespectful. I saw first hand how poorly she treated the rest of the staff. My family and I left after the obvious lack of respect & will not be returning. Save yourself the time and money; do not go to Valley Golf Center. read more

This has always been a favorite golfing location for my friends and me, especially now that the range, course and facilities have been renovated and brought up to standard. But the small cafe' still needs work. The food items and libations are fairly expensive, especially for what you get. And the service is very hit & miss. So if all you want to do is golf on the pleasant 9 hole course, or practice your swing on the range, this is a nice location to try. But pass on the cafe'. You'll do better to drive south into Fresno, for a much better selection of foods and restaurants. read more

awful experience. employee told other employees that i was cussing at him . i was told when i was leaving about this. i asked the employee why did he say i was cussing at him? he said, you were. i asked what did i say. he responded with, "it was the way you said it" again i asked what cuss words did i use? he said you got in my face" let me tell you the exchange of words we had. he asked for my name. i gave it to him, then asked , is there a problem?" he said no, he just needs to keep track of when people leave the lane. then he asked for my name again and that was it. he walked away and i continued to hit golf balls. when i left i was told by the front desk employee that he said i cussed at him. when i asked him about what i said, a manager and some other employee arrived and said yes, they back their employee. even thought the employee admitted that i didn't cuss at him . they said yes , the way the employee interpreted it was that way. what the heck?? then they wanted to call the sherrif on me to settle this. i called them on their bluff . but they wouldn't . so i just walked away. so basically an employee accuses a customer of doing something that didn't happen. the employee admits that it didn't happen and the manager is okay with that. what a patheticly run business read more

Racist staff! I will never set foot on that property again. If you're not white, expect to be treated bad and discriminated against. I was the only non white person there. She stopped at my stall and loudly reprimanded me for being in the wrong stall. The white guy assigned to 12 was hitting on 13. Yet the racist employee continued to loudly berate me while ignoring the the guy that was actually mistaken. I pointed out i was 11 hitting on 11. Ignored that fact and continued to loudly tell me to get in my correct stall. I hadn't done anything wrong yet i was embarrassed and admonished for nothing.
