Every time I come it gets worse but after today service I'm not sure I'm coming back to this exact place again. It seems like it's just a hang out spot for coworkers. When she finally let me in, she stood at the register and stared at me. No "hi how are you", "hi can I help you". Nothing. Just went back on her phone. I finally ordered, went to the restroom and it was disgusting. I was the fist customer of the day and everything was dirty. The floors had crumbs and trash, the tables were filthy and sticky with crumbs too.The soda area was dirty and sticky too. With half the sodas in the machine out of order. The chairs are disgusting with dirty hand prints. I knew I was going to regret ordering food. When I got them, the wings still had feathers on them. Big fried feathers. You guys can't clean the wings? It just shows how much you care. The wings were dry and chewy. And were bland. No flavor. Not worth the price at all. It was a very packed Friday night, and I was craving wings as I do almost every Friday night. I ordered ten wings: five were Jamaican jerk flavor, and five were buffalo stampede flavor. I also ordered an 802 beer to wash it down. The beer was on draft and cold, but a bit flat. The wings arrived promptly, and I noticed I received one drumstick and mostly flats. The flavor was muted, with hardly any spice. The wings were not dry and had a substantial amount of meat. The second beer was a Pacifico, also on draft, and it was as cold as a beer could be. I think the wings needed a little more spice and flavor, but the beer was excellent for the price. The game was on, which I also appreciated. These are some of the best wings I have had. The bone in wings are large and meaty. I really enjoy the sauce variety, which rivals or surpasses that of buffalo wild wings. The best thing is that the food is priced at almost half of their competitors. With this in town, I see no reason to go to BWW. We grabbed our drinks and waited. My sister's order came 1st, cold along with the Mozzarella sticks. She returned her cold wings and fries. The other orders still had not arrived. After waiting another 10 minutes my order arrived and to my surprise it too was cold. My daughter still awaiting her order OF FRIES! My sister's order came back and the wings were luke-warm at best, French Fries still very much cold. She ate the wings and left the Fries. When my order came (for the 2nd time) we had to remind them of my daughter's order (yea, she still hadn't received it). We then received the Zucchini sticks. My order was now completely burnt! I tried to be a good sport however, I took the order back to the register where I was told by the employee it wasn't burnt but the Nashville sauce. Well, this order looked totally different from the 1st cold order. I requested a refund and they obliged. My daughter's order finally came and although not the hottest she ate it. Came here on a Friday night to watch Laker game. It's a great place to go if you want to catch a sports game and eat some good food! Believe it or not I tried the peanut butter wings and they were really good. If you ever had Thai chicken satay, it's similar to that taste.
