Ordered a large chicken bowl, easy rice, extra teriyaki sauce. Got to work, no sauces at all (was charged extra), no napkins or fork. Called and they wanted me to go back for the sauces. They said they could write my name down so I could speak with a manager. Frustrating when your on the go and try to grab a quick meal, especially with no utensils. Please check your order before you leave. BTW, there was very little initial sauce.

Two small bowls for 9.99 they werent even bowls they were the tinniest plates and they add white rice to the top and just cover it with chicken and then the the chiken with shrimp said it was 15.99 plus tax so it says 17.99 then plus tax which is 1.89 they need to update there menu on the drive through in total i gave 40 dollars for to tinny bowls i kid you not and the the 17.99 plate honestly dont waste 40 dollars there and the teriyaki chicken taste burnt.

I've been to this Golden Bowl Paramount location multiple times. This place has never disappointed me on any of my visits. The service is always good and the staff is very courteous. The inside of the place is set up in a fast food style. There's plenty of space to eat if you would like to get your food there. I typically order the large chicken, beef, avocado, and no onions bowl.

Not sure of the low stars here, but everytime I've come through the drive thru I've never had a bad experience. Yes the Prices are up But the amount of food given to you is a lot. I ordered the Beef and Chicken plate with a side of egg rolls and the total came up to $22.00 and some change However my food was fresh and not dried chicken breast. I've only went in the restaurant once and it does need a HUGE upgrade if anything it's looks like a place that needs to be washed down and sanitized very well. You know how when you walk in those burger joints and there's ketchup stains on the table ,chairs look old. .and you know never have been scrubbed like TAMS.

I typically don't test three star places but my family suggested it and sometimes I just want protein. With that being said, all the pricing in photos is outdated. I've uploaded photos of new menu. Pricing is still very fair but I opted to make rice at home and pick up an avocado at the Stater Bros next door. Best cost effective meal to share ever! The chicken and beef were tasty and not dry. Teriyaki was on the side which I appreciate because I do t use it. The meat was topped with a healthy amount of green onion. Overall, I enjoyed and would return and recommend.

Been coming for years...my spot for teriyaki in the area. I've tried others always keep coming back to this one...maybe it's the smell of grilled chicken from a block away. Never had any problems here. Yeah food has gone down somewhat but still good still better than other teriyaki places in Paramount. Never had any complaints w the customer service, order in drive thru they tell me my total after my order, drive up to window end of deal... My usual is a medium chicken bowl sometimes I add a side of veggies or I get the chicken/beef bowl.

I had to try this place - every time I drive by at night there is a long line. So despite the iffy reviews on a day we did not know what to get I decided to try this place. So glad I did, flavors were on point and overall really enjoyed their chicken teriyaki. I got a chicken teriyaki bowl and my BF got a chicken teriyaki plate. FYI - if you want extra sauce say so beforehand, they charge for it. It is a pretty decent sauce though! Chicken bowl is just chicken over rice with green onions. It was enough for me when I am not trying to feel super stuffed. The Chicken plate comes with salad. The menu does not say it comes with salad, but veggies are always nice IMO. Both tasted fresh and the rice was fine. Prices are pretty high, but everything is now. They were an 30-40 min from closing when we joined the line. I saw reviews that they stopped taking orders but we got to order fine. The line moved pretty slowly but the food was fresh so I don't mind. By the time we got our food the line was still super long and it was near closing time. I hope people know that they probably had to work late to take your orders, make them, and clean up afterwards.

First of, they have the worst attitude. The food is alright but not for $20 with his it the protein and rice and salad. Almost $9 more for vegetables or and $3 for avocado. Had an attitude when I asked for jalapeños and extra Sriracha. She replied with 'I already put some in the bag.' I looked and pulled out the 3 she gave me...mind you it's 5 of us in the car. Soda was so carbonated that I spit it out as soon as I drank it. Please go to the Atlantic one. I thought this location was cool for having a drive thru but I wouldn't take my money and appetite elsewhere. The shrimp plates had no cocktail sauce and the salad had on square filled and the other square o the tray was for the RANCH. Who wants to pay $20 for having the ranch have its own little compartment space on the plate. Literally was ranch in the left square, small salad on the right square space and the big space had the rice and protein. Toda las señoras con cara de caca and endless eye rolling. read more

NOPE! I'm sorry but not sorry. I'm a teriyaki lover and this is my go to for me and my baby after a long day of work and I don't feel like cooking. This was close to home and my first time trying and will be my LAST! The beef is soooooo tough, dry and thick. No sauce on the meat you have to add it all for $20 I'm so pissed. I can't even eat this shit. My baby just eating the rice with the sauce that I poured on it. read more

It was great just like the first time I tried it. Nothing has changed. Even the kids loved it. It was yummy. Only thing is the large is quite small. Tho they do pack that little box to the fullest. Visually it still seems a bit small. But overall it was simple and tasty. read more

Management or owner employees are stealing from your business I literally seen the girl cashier grab my change from a container not the register and when I ask for my receipt she said she couldn't give it to me I could just imagine what else there stealing from this facility especially when customers pay with cash read more

Disgusting. The cashier told me depends on the cook the portions. Portions are smaller when a certain cook is there. Food is all rice almost Jo chicken. Try another place avoid. Tastes like dry tasteless crap. read more

HANDS DOWN probably my favorite teriyaki place. I've been going here since 2007 and even though I no longer live in that city anymore (it's been over 15 years) I find myself sometimes making a pit stop for take-out. Now I don't have it as often as I'd like, maybe once or twice a year, but every time I do- I have a memory of nostalgic times. The food taste has never changed, still serving classic teriyaki bowls. I love the taste, the sauce, the char on the beef. So whenever I go, not only am I pleased with the taste, portions, and price... but I remember fond times in my past which makes this place a nostalgic staple for me. Thank you, Golden bowl. I hope to visit soon! read more

Used to be much better, feels like the quality of their meat(beef) has gone down. They stack the bowls with white rice and top it with marinaded beef topped with sesame seeds. Pretty good until u reach the white rice which is not saucy. Rice to meat ratio is off to me. read more

Honestly this is my fave teriyaki place especially for a drive thru, I have never been inside so I don't really know how is the customer service or attention towards its patrons but for my past experiences the place is great and food is delicious! The large plate is giant! I usually buy it and I split between my 3 year old kid and myself and we never finish it! I totally recommend it read more

Very filling Beef Teryaki bowl. The quality and taste of the meat is very yummy! They definitely pack the bowl with a lot of rice. I also recommend getting another side of Teriyaki sauce. I like to add this bowl to a bigger bowl to make it easier to mix the sauce around a bit. read more

I love the teriyaki from this place. Have been eating with my family at Golden Bowl for years. As I mentioned, I live their teriyaki, their service is good, but I would highly recommend checking your order before you leave if you are going through the Drive-Thru. I was just there, and for the 3rd or 4th time, they did not add the Avocado I paid for on my teriyaki plate. So word to the wise, check your order before you leave. read more

Food is good. Service has been atrocious for years. If you don't want to work, stand around and talk to coworkers while customers are waiting in this long line apply at golden bowl. I'm sure they'll hire you. They only have LAZY AND RUDE EMPLOYEES. Not the cooks. ALL OF THE CASHIERS. read more

First time ever here, and I was not disappointed. Staff was friendly, food was given within 10 mins and fresh! Lots of friendly faces from the people working there to their other customers. I just found by new teriyaki spot! They also have drive through so that nice. Lots of parking too. So it's def somewhere I look forward to coming back read more

Some sort of bug or wasp was in my chicken bowl. Staff claimed it was chicken but you can clearly see the and legs and the body of it. This is NOT a piece of chicken . The cashier girl Karina was really rude and disrespectful , no manager or supervisor were there to assist. What kind of business does not have a manager or supervisor on duty? Disgusting place, no ownership, unprofessional staff, and bad management, will be making a report to the County of Los Angeles Public Health. Would rate this 0 stars but yelp does not give that option to submit with out click at least a star. read more

I've yet to be disappointed. The food portion is big enough for hubby and I to share. The kids eat it. The service and staff is always fast and friendly. The location is small but clean. Drive through is my usual method of order and pick up. read more

Im just leaving this place customer service is HORRIBLE!! The girl in the drive thru !!! Pretends she can't hear !! You she ignores you face to face when you ask her about your order ! I spent 27$ for a horrible treatment and RIPOFF !! she needs customers service skills!!! Never coming back And she has a horrible attitude to go with her service! And to top it off I get 3 small fried shrimp order for $6 dollars wow!!!! See it for your self I though the wall menus says 5 pcs !!! ? What A RIPOFF!!!!! read more

Food is great. Three stars because the drive through experience was frustrating! The girl was not at all courteous, polite and professional. Also, took FOREVER to get my food. I'm guessing they hire only high school dropouts for "diversity" here? I hope management trains their employees to be better at their job. read more

I love the grilled onions on top. We usually eat it from the top to the bottom, so we usually don't get much sauce or toppings when we get to the bottom. I think it's meant to be mixed, but we don't want it to get mushy. The be sliders were good. The patty, sauce, and grilled onions were good. The Ube bread didn't have much Ube taste to us (imo). And I felt like I was getting more bread than the actually patty and what was inside the burger. I felt like I could have used more sauce to soften up the dry texture I get from the bed. But overall it was good. This place is located inside the Steelcraft so it has a nice, chill ambiance. The place can get busy, especially when they are showing games. But a nice place to hang out and chill over some food and drinks.

Let's start by the costumer service, not so bad, they look at you like "what do you want" take you're order not smiling or anything. The tables should be cleaned after the customer leaves.
