Brought in my boyfriends suit jacket to get cleaned that we didn't realize had set in stains for YEARS. The owner was very thorough tagging where the stains were on the item & the jacket came out looking brand new! We were also in a time crunch & the items were cleaned by the date we needed. Very reasonable pricing considering I thought the jacket was ruined. They only accept cash which isn't the most convenient, but for the service I don't mind. The customer service was terrific & they even brought the cleaned items out the car for me. read more

Fast friendly and efficient.prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is noticeable.

I went here for the first time recently and the customer service was great! The man who helped me was so sweet and friendly! I brought a wool coat in for dry cleaning and they said it would take a few days which was fine with me. When I went to pick it up (a week and a half after it was ready) he found it right away and after I'd finished writing a check for payment (it is cash or check only) he carried my jacket out to my car and hung it in the backseat. So nice! I'll definitely go here again if I ever have anything else that needs cleaning! read more

Absolutely fabulous service! I took one men's silk shirt and asked for next day service. They were the ONLY Dry cleaner that said YES. When I went back today to pick up they had it ready waiting for me when I walked in. That's good customer service!! Clean, professional service, very good job too! But they only accepted cash or checks. read more

OVERPRICED! Wow, I literally just left this place paying $50.00 for two pairs of jeans that I needed hemmed and tapered in just an inch towards the bottom. $50 for that WOW?! The place isn't even kept clean and looks dumpy for them to be charging those prices. I wish I would have asked the prices before leaving my items here. Lesson learned. read more

Ruined my best dress, won't attempt to fix or give a refund. Nothing was wrong with it when I dropped it off, just dirty from wearing out one night. Very disappointing as it is hard for me to find dresses that fit right. read more

I rarely give a bad review, however, this one was earned. I brought in two men's dress shirts for laundering and specifically asked for "laundry, hangars, no starch." At most cleaners this is about $2.50/shirt. I've had these two particular shirts laundered at Fire Mountain Cleaners and other cleaners before with no issue. So, when I got the bill for $11.90 I was surprised! I asked why and the owner told me that because the shirts each had a design on them they needed to be hand pressed. First off, I've had the shirts for over 3 years and never once had them hand pressed...and they still look new. More importantly, if he felt the shirts needed to be hand pressed (an extra service) he should have told me that when I placed the order. At the least, he should have called me before he cleaned them to tell me these shirts require a special service that I didn't ask for and the cost would be double the normal cost. The owner knew I wasn't happy with this situation. He could have very easily offered to reduce the bill a bit or something to "satisfy the customer." He didn't do anything other than take my money. In the grand scheme of things we're talking an extra $6 so it wasn't worth fighting or getting upset about. Besides, I had another appointment to go to and there were several people behind me and I didn't want to cause a scene and hold everyone else up. So, the owner got an extra $6 out of me but he earned a bad review here and he lost a customer forever along with the hundreds of dollars I would have spent over the next few years. Bad business move on his part. Moral of the story: Even if you ask for a particular service at this business, have the owner confirm back to you what he will do and the accompanying cost. read more

So over priced! Took a suit and dress shirt to be cleaned. I almost fell over when he told me it was 20% more for in by 9 am out by 4 pm! Don't offer same day service and not disclose that! He charged me $27.50 to have my suit and dress shirt cleaned!! WTH! I pay $9 for the SAME EXACT THING IN TEMECULA! My advice, go elsewhere! This guy, Me Lee made a price up in his head and that's what he charged me! RIPOFF! You just lost a potential client who would have given you a lot of business! What you did was unethical! When I called and asked about same day service, you should have mentioned the "extra cost" for that service! YES, I'm mad as hell over this! And I had no other choice but to leave my suit with you, but NEVER AGAIN! read more

This is probably the best dry cleaning experience I've ever had! Unreal hospitality and kindness. Walked my clothes to my car fixed a few alterations he noticed for cheap I might add! Has my business for years to come! Thank you! read more

Very expensive in my opinion. $5 for a pair of pants!?! Ridiculous! Who can afford those prices. Sorry! read more

The best customer service and outstanding person. Mr Lee deserves your business! Immigrant who deserves your business

We've been going here for years for all our dry-cleaning and alteration needs, and have never been disappointed! Their service is lightning fast, which in these days and times is definitely a huge plus in my rulebook. Mr. Lee is always so friendly and polite, and I love the personal touch he adds by carrying your items to the car for you! read more

I am a BIG fan of Fire Mountain Cleaners! I found them after a horrific experience elsewhere! They are wonderful! Your items are ready when promised! And they INSIST on carrying your items to your car - talk about service. They are a cash only business....remember to stop at the ATM before picking up. read more

I was sent on a mission to help my boyfriend find the perfect dry cleaners to take his Levi jeans, sport jacket, and NFL jersey. We found Mr. Lee and his outstanding customer service. I am so glad I chose this place for my boyfriend because he was completely satisfied with the service. He is VERY picky when it comes to his jeans. He always takes them to the dry cleaners because it maintains the quality of the jeans to his liking and they last longer rather than washing them in machines. Pricing is a little high, but totally makes up for the service for Mr. Lee provides. Believe me when I say he is a genuine person and his work is amazing. I will come back for the customer service and quality. read more

Sent in dress blues, uniforms, ball gowns, and work dresses... They came out perfect and undamaged (my dress was very delicate). I consider this place pricier than others but would always trust this place with my important pieces to ensure a job well done. The guy who tends the shop most of the time (Mr Lee?) is the SWEETEST gentleman who gives service with a big, bright smile and even helped my husband (who really didn't need much help) carry the items and hang them properly in the car. We couldn't help but gush a big AWWWW as we left. read more

With this place you get your value. I've sent in all of my suits for cleaning and every time they get it RIGHT! The owner is very friendly and personable, he even walks your items to you car. I wont go to any other business for my dry cleaning! read more

I have used this cleaners for years and years. Mr Lee is the consummate gentleman and carries your orders to the car... so polite! Topping that off, never a perc smell from the cleaning- always just a clean fresh smell. Mr. Lee works hard, is honest and does a phenomenal job! Fire Mountain is the best cleaners going! read more

This place is fantastic. I took two full suits to be cleaned and it was done in a timely, professional manner. The gentleman that runs the shop is also extremely friendly and accommodating. He was kind enough to walk my suits out and hang them in my truck for me and then proceed to open my driver door for me. Fantastic dry-cleaning, and superbly friendly. Will definitely be going back again and again. One thing: they only take cash or check. I didn't know this and just went to the ATM nearby. But just a heads up! read more

If you don't use this place you are missing the boat. Reasonable, great service, and the clothes are perfectly cleaned and laundered every time. read more

Red Nail Polish ALL over my favorite white blouse!!!! I called Mr. Lee immediately, he said put acetone on it. I did, it just spread... I took it to him within the hour. 2 days later and $8, Mr. Lee got ALL of the nail polish out! As per norm, he carried my cleaning out to my car. I love the personal service. Best dry cleaner ever!!!! read more

ok so believe it or not, I've actually once had a problem with another cleaners in Oceanside, which will rename nameless. So I was very nervous about finding another one, b/c I really didn't want another article of clothing to get ruined. Enter, Fire Mountain Cleaners. Found it while shopping at Trader Joe's and have to say I love them. The man in the front is so friendly, smiley and courteous and does good work. He even once helped carry a bean bag chair back to my car, even though I was not able to get it dry cleaned. Awesome service!! If you have a hole in your shirt, he will make sure not to clean it until you give him the 'OK' so that he doesn't get blamed for it. I love it here and send all my stuff here from down comforters to clothing. Even going to try getting a gown hemmed here. Will let you know how that goes! read more

First time here. Great customer service. Me. Lee personally walked me out to my car with my dry cleaning after cashing out. Prices seemed reasonable. Will definitely go back! read more

When picking up my last dry cleaning on the morning we moved to San Jose, CA, I couldn't help but HUG Mr. Lee goodbye. I've been going there for 8 years and have only had the BEST service - each and every time. Not only did he know me by name, but he always walked my cleaning to the car and hung it inside for me - making sure to close my door after I climbed into my seat. Sweetest man ever. When I come home to visit my friends in Carlsbad, I know I'll stop into see him. :) It says everything, really. read more

I had my suit cleaned and pressed. Later that night I went out a pulled a fredo. So tight. I recommend anyone who's in a slump go and get your suit cleaned and pressed then go out and pull your own fredo. read more

Fire Mountain Cleaners shows the way all such businesses should be run. Usually, all cleaning is done on premises within two days, and a realistic assessment of stains and other difficulties has always left me satisfied with their results. Although I moved 25 minutes away from the establishment 10 years ago, I continue to patronize it. Mr. Lee is so personable that he inspires the fiercest loyalty, and his meticulous care extends to escorting customers to their car and remembering the last names of all his regulars (even mine, so difficult that many of my friends cannot begin to spell, let alone remember it). read more

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. I used Fire Mountain Cleaners regularly for 5 years and never had a single problem. The prices are good and the location is convenient. The best part, though, is the customer service at Fire Mountain Cleaners. The cashier is always courteous and respectful. He insists on walking your dry cleaning to your car for you and he always has the most pleasant attitude. I should have written this review a long time ago but I just moved away from Oceanside and only through my quest for a new dry cleaning service have I discovered how good I had it with Fire Mountain Cleaners taking care of my stuff. Once I found this place, I never went anywhere else. read more

Incredible customer service! In town for a wedding, I needed a dress steamed as travel caused some issues. Fire Mountain had the friendliest staff and the dress was done immediately. The gentleman even walked my dress to my car and put it in the back for me, right after he opened my car door for me! read more

Had 7 pairs of pants pressed. They were ready in less than 24 hour. Great job. And the gentleman (don't know his name) was SOOOO nice!!! He walked me out to my car, hung the pants and opened my door. Speedy service and incredibly nice staff. I'll definitely be back. read more

Sooooo happy!!! I recently became an Ambassador for rabbit, a CA based running apparel company, and received my team running/racing kit. I managed to get some crazy stain on the back of my brand new team tank while running. I didn't want to chance trying to remove it myself. I took it to Fire Mountain Cleaners and they successfully removed the stain and made my day! They even offered to walk my dry cleaning to my car. Such service. Thank you...I'll definitely be back :) read more

The service here is the best. After a few visits, Mr. Lee knew me by name and always welcomed me with a warm smile and asked how I was doing. When picking up dry cleaning, Mr. Lee would always walk take my items to my car. Once, I needed a pair of pants pressed 5 mins before they closed and he had them done right then and there. Very accommodating and very friendly. This is only place I'll ever take my dry cleaning as long as I live in North County. read more

I believe they did a great job cleaning my suit, which was, honestly, not in a good shape after the wedding. Definitely will return here.

It might sound weird to say that I love taking my clothes to the cleaners but its true. Mr. Lee is one of the people I look forward to seeing every week or so. He's always very nice and very helpful. The quality of the cleaning is great as well especially when you consider the cost of the service. He'll have my business as long as we live here and he should have yours as well. read more

BEST DRY CLEANERS EVER!!! Not only is the owner polite, but he is fair with prices and really cares about his customers. Love coming here!

My new favorite dry cleaners! Just moved to the area and this place is so close to my house and very convenient. The service is outstanding! Love that he carries out my clothes and hangs them in the back seat for me and opens my door! It's so sweet and thoughtful! If your dry cleaners doesn't have the same service you need to switch. Best dry cleaners! Admittedly not the cheapest, but they're the place to go if you want to use a reliable and friendly service.

My husband and I have used this cleaners for the past several years and absolutely love them. They have done all of my husband's uniforms, dress blues, dress shirts, and also all of my dresses and even my wedding dress! They not only do a fabulous job but they are so kind and great people. They always carry your dry cleaning out to your car even! Highly recommend them for their customer service and dependability!! read more

Came in for the first time on Monday based off Yelp reviews. Other than when I'm back in the Bay, I usually just hand wash my dry clean items but I had two tops that were way overdue for their dry cleaning. I dropped them off Monday evening and picked them up Wednesday afternoon - what a fast turnaround! As others have mentioned, the owner is super friendly and even walked my items to my car which was parked all the way on the other side if the plaza. Definitely making this my new dry cleaners in SoCal. read more
