Excellent customer service! They are always very friendly when I arrive, and they even walk your laundry to your car when you go in to pick it up. The prices are a little on the higher side for cleaning services, as they are $5 for each pair of pants. I do always get a clean pair of pants though from them though, so I can't complain since they do such a good job. Fire Mountain Cleaners is my go-to place to get my garments dry-cleaned whenever I am in town. I have been coming to this establishment for about three years now and glad that I don't have to look anywhere else to get my dresses pressed or my husband's suits cleaned. Mr. Lee and his staff do an awesome job and are some of the nicest folks around. I never would have expected this from a business, but Mr. Lee or one of the workers always walks my clothes out to my car and hangs them up in the backseat. Not that's what I call amazing customer service. Is this place a little more pricier than its competitors? Yes. Is it cash only? Yes. However, I don't mind this inconvenience because I know my clothes are in safe hands here at Fire Mountain Cleaners. So over priced! Took a suit and dress shirt to be cleaned. I almost fell over when he told me it was 20% more for in by 9 am out by 4 pm! Don't offer same day service and not disclose that! He charged me $27.50 to have my suit and dress shirt cleaned!! WTH! I pay $9 for the SAME EXACT THING IN TEMECULA! My advice, go elsewhere! This guy, Me Lee made a price up in his head and that's what he charged me! RIPOFF! You just lost a potential client who would have given you a lot of business! What you did was unethical! When I called and asked about same day service, you should have mentioned the "extra cost" for that service! YES, I'm mad as hell over this! I rarely give a bad review, however, this one was earned. I brought in two men's dress shirts for laundering and specifically asked for "laundry, hangars, no starch." At most cleaners this is about $2.50/shirt. I've had these two particular shirts laundered at Fire Mountain Cleaners and other cleaners before with no issue. So, when I got the bill for $11.90 I was surprised! I asked why and the owner told me that because the shirts each had a design on them they needed to be hand pressed. First off, I've had the shirts for over 3 years and never once had them hand pressed...and they still look new. More importantly, if he felt the shirts needed to be hand pressed (an extra service) he should have told me that when I placed the order. At the least, he should have called me before he cleaned them to tell me these shirts require a special service that I didn't ask for and the cost would be double the normal cost. The owner knew I wasn't happy with this situation. He could have very easily offered to reduce the bill a bit or something to "satisfy the customer." He didn't do anything other than take my money. In the grand scheme of things we're talking an extra $6 so it wasn't worth fighting or getting upset about. Besides, I had another appointment to go to and there were several people behind me and I didn't want to cause a scene and hold everyone else up. So, the owner got an extra $6 out of me but he earned a bad review here and he lost a customer forever along with the hundreds of dollars I would have spent over the next few years. Bad business move on his part. Moral of the story: Even if you ask for a particular service at this business, have the owner confirm back to you what he will do and the accompanying cost. read more

I was sent on a mission to help my boyfriend find the perfect dry cleaners to take his Levi jeans, sport jacket, and NFL jersey. We found Mr. Lee and his outstanding customer service. I am so glad I chose this place for my boyfriend because he was completely satisfied with the service. He is VERY picky when it comes to his jeans. He always takes them to the dry cleaners because it maintains the quality of the jeans to his liking and they last longer rather than washing them in machines. Pricing is a little high, but totally makes up for the service for Mr. Lee provides. Believe me when I say he is a genuine person and his work is amazing. Sent in dress blues, uniforms, ball gowns, and work dresses... They came out perfect and undamaged (my dress was very delicate). I consider this place pricier than others but would always trust this place with my important pieces to ensure a job well done. The guy who tends the shop most of the time (Mr Lee?) is the SWEETEST gentleman who gives service with a big, bright smile and even helped my husband (who really didn't need much help) carry the items and hang them properly in the car. This place is fantastic. I took two full suits to be cleaned and it was done in a timely, professional manner. The gentleman that runs the shop is also extremely friendly and accommodating. He was kind enough to walk my suits out and hang them in my truck for me and then proceed to open my driver door for me. Fantastic dry-cleaning, and superbly friendly. Sooooo happy!!! I recently became an Ambassador for rabbit, a CA based running apparel company, and received my team running/racing kit. I managed to get some crazy stain on the back of my brand new team tank while running. I didn't want to chance trying to remove it myself. ok so believe it or not, I've actually once had a problem with another cleaners in Oceanside, which will rename nameless. So I was very nervous about finding another one, b/c I really didn't want another article of clothing to get ruined. Enter, Fire Mountain Cleaners. Found it while shopping at Trader Joe's and have to say I love them. The man in the front is so friendly, smiley and courteous and does good work. He even once helped carry a bean bag chair back to my car, even though I was not able to get it dry cleaned. Awesome service!! If you have a hole in your shirt, he will make sure not to clean it until you give him the 'OK' so that he doesn't get blamed for it. I love it here and send all my stuff here from down comforters to clothing. Even going to try getting a gown hemmed here. Will let you know how that goes! read more

When picking up my last dry cleaning on the morning we moved to San Jose, CA, I couldn't help but HUG Mr. Lee goodbye. I've been going there for 8 years and have only had the BEST service - each and every time. I am very short so just about everything I buy needs to be hemmed. I dropped off a large amount of items to be dry cleaned and altered. I got them all back in a very timely manner with no issues. Usually, all cleaning is done on premises within two days, and a realistic assessment of stains and other difficulties has always left me satisfied with their results. Although I moved 25 minutes away from the establishment 10 years ago, I continue to patronize it. This cleaners is probably the best cleaners I've ever gone to. Mr. Lee was a professional, and also took time to carry my item out to the car and assist with my door. I have to say more than my husband does today. That was not the main thing that impressed me. I had called around to several places that day to have an emergency press for my husband's suit and he was the only one that could get it in and out that day. Not only was it out that day but it was out within a couple of hours. Even though this cleaners is out of my way and when I say out of my way really out of my way. Other than when I'm back in the Bay, I usually just hand wash my dry clean items but I had two tops that were way overdue for their dry cleaning. I dropped them off Monday evening and picked them up Wednesday afternoon - what a fast turnaround! As others have mentioned, the owner is super friendly and even walked my items to my car which was parked all the way on the other side if the plaza.
