Let me start off by saying that fire & ice has been my favorite restaurant for years. This is the place i choose to bring my extended family for any special occasion like birthdays,anniversaries...etc. This weekend i went for a graduation dinner when i was informed they were under new management and this was my experience. Upon sitting down they came and explained their new rules they now require a credit card on file before you start eating (fine, i can do that). They no longer split check and honestly when i go it's usually with a party of 20 and that's how we usually pay so that was my first complaint but again something i can deal with. We all went to get food, picked our sauce and left it at the grill and that's where the problems started. Somehow the grill staff mixed up everyone's food and the sauce that went with it. When they brought it out to the table everyone's food was wrong, they came apologized and asked to make our food again. So we go again get our food with the sauces and leave them at the grill and come back to our table and guess what it happened again but this time some of our food had been given to another table. The server asked what we had picked and offered to remake it and we waited ... 10 minutes go by nothing... 15 go by nothing, at this point I'm getting frustrated because the food is not coming out. I get up go to the grill and ask what's taking so long only to be told they never made it. Why would you offer to make my food but not follow through? At this point we ask to speak to management where they apologized brought out a pitcher of margarita and offered a discount on the check. The issue with the mixup of food and sauces continued thought the night. It was honestly so so disappointing. I noticed they don't have any of their old staff, i would suggest bringing back old staff and maybe not having too many cooks on the grill that don't know what they are doing. read more

First timer. I went the Friday before Christmas and thought it was going to be packed but it wasn't there was no waiting. This place is like Mongolian BBQ but appetizer are on the menu we had nachos which I did not like because the chicken was dry. Everything else was good. I had the cucumber jalapeno drink and it was really good the first time but I ordered it again and it wasn't prepared as good as the first one. Our server was really attentive to our needs and really friendly, too bad I didn't get his name, he is super handsome maybe that's why I forgot to check his name tag because I was checking something else lol. But anyway, the atmosphere was good they have a bar, music playing, tv screens, and a patio with those gas warmers don't know what they're called, and it's pretty much family friendly too. Definitely going back. read more

Great place to go for a dining experience. The staff is great the food is excellent. The meats were good quality not full of gristle and fat but tender. The veggies were fresh. I highly recommend the habanero sauce and garlic butter! read more

We ate there with our kids aged 11 and 13. We all had a great time choosing our combinations and then trying them out. It is a fun family experience and the kids raves about it afterwards. Staff was very friendly too. read more

Food is subpar, excessive wait period in buffet line, very small bowls often lead to visiting the cooks twice or three times resulting in longer wait periods. Great location and love the patio setting (DJ is fun). I would not come for lunch/dinner. There are other better Mongolian WOK restaurants for much better prices. read more

We've been coming here since it opened. This place is always good. The cooks are friendly and entertaining and have great food suggestions if you need help! read more

We've been hosting our youth basketball team dinners at FIRE+ICE for the past 4 years during the summer for tournaments. It's a great easy going vibe especially for large family groups. The food style option is entertaining and place has an upbeat atmosphere. There is limited indoor seating so recommend bringing a light sweater just in case your sat outside in the evening. Place also has a decent bar to retreat to. It hasn't let us down yet when reserving for a party of 40+. We certainly look forward to it. read more

Highly recommend this place , the wife and I came here for the first time tonight and were very impressed . It's a Mongolian style , put what you want in a bowl and take it to the grill , the cooks even though they were busy were very polite and their best to greet everyone and ask how their nights were going . Waiters are very attentive, our waiter andrew made sure that our drinks were full the whole time and that we had what we needed. If you're looking for a good place for a date night or a night out with some friends , this is the place . Thanks for a great dinner yall , keep up the good work ! read more

I love coming here! Its a korean bbq inspired spot that allows for a lot of creativity. You can have anything you crave! Whether it be a bacon mushroom cheeseburger, chicken vegtable stirfry, or bbq pizza. The chefs are really nice and personable and the food is great. You start off by choosing your noodles, then veggies, then proteins and then finally your sauces and bring them to the grill. Once at the grill they cook your meal and when it's done you bring it back to your table to chow down. This is a great date night spot! You can order drinks here too! read more

Sketchy pricing system. Becomes overpriced without being upfront. I took my girlfriend for a nice late lunch during the "lunch hour" we were told. We asked if they were still serving lunch and the host said yes, happy to seat us. The restaurant was a bit empty. I thought it was odd there were no prices but he insisted it was all part of the "lunch menu" that he gave us and quoted some general costs as to how the buffet worked. I didn't think much else. We didn't mind serving ourselves as we were chatting and went back 2x for plates. The manager who also sat us came over and took a drink order. He came back a few times to chat us up but finally left us alone. The food was good. It was a tad salty but overall we enjoyed the experience until we realized we were ripped off. I had a gift certificate (not a groupon) so when the bill came I applied it to the bill, added $100, left to the bathroom and to get my car. My girlfriend offered to cover the tip and get the change. Here's my 2-star, we were only sitting there and chatting at apparently the time it became DINNERTIME prices. The manager said nothing, even though we ate during the lunch meals, he decided to upcharge us. We left around 4. Had I noted that on the receipt, I would have let them have it. It was a sucker punch move and to add their own tip to the tip my girlfriend left at the table was stinky. They do not publish their meal prices nor that they add their own tip. We didn't even know we had paid DINNER PRICES until we had paid parking and driving out when my girlfriend handed me the receipt. That's the only time they were specific about how they charge and delineated the meal time. TOO PRICEY for what it was. $88 for two for just some stir fry, 1 glass of wine and a shake ??? I can do better elsewhere. The manager was all nicey nicey but now I think it was just a scam. My girlfriend felt bad she didn't catch it and it was my treat to her so I left it alone. read more

They are okay first time here no one explained how it worked or any thing just sat us down gave us a menu and walked away

Excellent service, exceptional quality, and amazing food. Yelp should have this as 5 stars. Definitely coming back.

Went there recently for my company's dinner due to EXPO West. It was my very first time trying this place and was not impressed. Loved the concept! The quality and the food were just not to my liking. Servers did not check on us often and were just mainly looking to clear plates. They didn't take my drink order or refill my water, which was frustrating. I gave up and just decided to eat my food and leave. I suggest for management to train their employees to check on every single customer and ensure they have their drink orders in and waters refilled. Our table felt neglected to be quite honest. read more

This is our go to spot ! My boys and I love this place. We can never agree on where to go eat as we all have our own different favorite type of foods. This place however handles all those faves! There are so many options to choose from. I'll normally have fajitas, my little one pasta, my other little one teriyaki chicken, and my husband a burger. This is what I mean , they have all kinds of variety! To be honest the prices are very reasonable. We spend the same amount going to other restaurants. But this is by far our favorite. The service is also amazing! Even with this pandemic they have to take extra precaution and they do it so willingly. I have to give kudos to their amazing service! The food and service has us coming back every time ! read more

Went for brunch last weekend! Everyone was very happy with their creative selves. Hard to find a place where everyone can have exactly what they want to eat. Steak and potatoes, banana chocolate chip pancakes, omelette stuffed with yummy goodness and crispy bacon to your hearts content. Grill masters and service on spot. Can't wait for our next visit. read more

Love this place!! it is a gem. and it is more than meets the eye, literally. a simple glance does not do it justice. you can make anything your heart desires. the cooks over hot grill are always SO friendly, helpfu with tips and suggestions to a type of food you are craving. Just wish dessert was included in all you can eat though. other than that, stay a long time, really get creative, you will enjoy atmosphere. it can get loud and crowded on weekend nights. very cool place though. my favorite: macaroni and cheese! read more

Great food, albeit a little pricey. Doesn't matter though because every time my friends and I come here we eat them under the table. Do-it-yourself-and-watch-it-cooked-in-front-of-you-all-you-can-eat-meat food. What more do you need? Go crazy and experiment. Make pastas, salads, sandwiches, burgers, tacos, whatever. Or just fill a bowl with bacon and eat nothing but. Endless food and its all up to you. The service is always great, your drinks never run out, and the cooks joke and talk to the customers. Great ambiance and just a fun place to eat at. Most definitely a recommended eating place. read more

Had a birthday party here this past weekend (about 26 people) took for ever to refill any drinks. Once the bill was paid we where asked to leave we where told there where other waiting Approched manager and he had no clue of the amount of money we spent and told us then why did we leave a tip! Well if we would have known we would be aske to leave we wouldnt have paid when we did. The food was good but wont find us going back read more

This is your typical "Mongolian barbecue" restaurant - get your ingredients, bring them to the large grill and watch as your stir-fry is cooked. What sets this place apart from other similar restaurants is that their ingredient selection is a bit more unique, and they can make a few different items on the grill that go beyond just stir-fry (they can do hamburgers and pizzas, and a few other things I think, as well). I ordered what amounted to a Long Island from the bar, and it was very strong (and too bitter) - not tasty at all. Overall, a good place. If you're a fan of restaurants of this nature (make-your-own stir-fry), I recommend this place. read more

I came to Fire and Ice for a luncheon with my co-workers, and it was awesome. The price is decent if you go during the week, and during lunchtime. The food is delicious, and you get to pick every individual ingredient that goes into your plate. I had picked out some pasta, with assorted veggies and a garlic sauce -it was very tasty, and rather fun watching it getting cooked in front of you. It's comparable to Benihanna's but what I liked about it is that unlike Benihanna's, they don't cook it at your table. So you don't have to worry about the chef trying to be fancy and throwing certain pieces of food around in the air, and possibly landing on you/your food. After it was cooked, I took my seat, and found out they made pizzas on certain days... this day not being one of them, but when I asked, the chef was happy to make me one anyway. The waiters were prompt and professional with serving our drinks and other items we had requested, and it was a fun experience. I recommend going during the week, as the prices go up during evenings and weekends. read more

Nice setting been here before very social of a place to go to , the only down side is it is always packed because it's by disneyland.

Definitely 5-Star service. The hostess (Mariah) did her best to accommodate our party, which kept growing by the numbers, THANK YOU!!! Then it was a bit hot(temp wise) inside, they happily adjusted the temperature & they gave us a drink on the house cuz of the inconvenience. The cherry on the top, the hostess ended up STILL getting us an outside table. Beautiful service!! Thank you for a great experience, as usual!! That's why we like & will continue to come back to Fire & Ice!! read more

We love the food, atmosphere and especially the staff all the way from the hostess to the servers to the cooks and as always management. We travel once a month ( sometimes twice) from north side of Rancho Cucamonga to eat here. The food quality is always fresh and top quality every time we have dined. We try to think up of new menu combinations including quesadillas and carnitas burritos. If you ask to have your meats cooked to order any one of the friendly cooks delivers to your need. We always order alcoholic drinks with our meal. The drinks are never watered down and always taste amazing. Its always a pleasure coming in to eat and having the staff remember us and especially our 8yr old son's food likes. I recommend this place to anyone willing to have a casual fun dinner. Friday and Saturday dinners are pretty lively. They also have an amazing brunch on weekends. read more

The food was amazing. We did the all you can eat for 17.99 . It felt like a chopped challenge in there. You can create your own flavors the options are infinite! Lol loved this place . You get a bowl and you can fill it with rice and create a rice bowl or get pasta and Create your own . The hamburgers where bomb too. ! 4 stars just bc the waiter never refilled me. read more

We've been coming here for brunch after church on Sundays for awhile. Maybe every other month. My grandkids love being able to pick out what they want and then watch it being cooked. The food is always good and the prices are good. The reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is this last time they wouldn't let us sit outside on the patio. It was a beautiful day to do so. Inside it's very, very loud. read more

Pretty delicious! I like the " all you eat" menu. A variety of things to create your plate. Went in on a Friday night and the DJ Jesse was lit! Had everyone out in the patio on their feet, dancing. I had a great time. Good food, great music, good vibes, I think it's a perfect place for any possible occasion. I look forward to coming back and telling my friends about this place. read more

Service was very slow, had a group of 13 and took the 1 server over 20mins to get us our drinks. Food was average, takes too long to get through the line. Forget about getting more than 1 drink being that the service was so slow. Recommend they have more staff especially on a Saturday night and you had big parties booked! read more

TBH best place on the planet Nancy was amazing and I couldn't ask for anything better than what she did go check them out they have a variety of things to eat definitely go there read more

Modern and fun type place. Food and service is good. Good selection so come hungry!!!

Was not impressed by this Mongolian wok place. Priority is given on quantity rather than on quality of food. About $18 unlimited number of orders but the quality was not good. I would rather have one good selection of food but good one. The cook had to throw two orders of cooked food right in front of me as there were no one to claim for the food(drawbacks of unlimited). In long, here are the stuffs I didn't like about the place: - Poor lighting on the food selection area and cooking area. - Food selection area not clean and few empty containers. Soup had ran out and no interest in refilling although I asked for it. - Have to select cold carbs(rice/noodles/pasta) at the beginning. This will take most part of the bowl. I was used to telling the cook towards to end. - No eggs - No testing spoon for sauce selection - No separator around your food while cooking. You might get few chunks from your neighbors There were some good ones too: friendly waiter, kids loved the crayon shaped water container, good location and an option to get salad and soup along with your wok(although soup ran out while I was there). read more

Fire and Ice was AMAZING!!! LOVED EVERYTHING about it. The cooks were awesome. Rocking it with keeping up with the flow and rush of people. Very friendly. Did some extra special things to make my food exactly how I wanted it. Plus gave extra tips to make it even better. Raul was INCREDIBLE!!! SO HELPFUL!! Made me a mixed drink(non-alcoholic) that was great. This was only my boyfriend and my 2nd time coming here. He was explaining how exactly it worked. So I wasn't confused or doing anything wrong. We had our Aunt visiting and made sure to bring her here too. Cause we loved it so much after the first visit. Raul also made sure she enjoyed everything. That she had all she needed and understood how everything worked too. It is awesome being able to find somewhere that I can feel almost like I'm home and having home cooked meals. But it's different every time I walk into the "kitchen"!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! read more
