Went for a date pm 9/23, our reservation we did for the wrong day, but they made a table for us anyway it was very kind of them as they had a busy night :) its a cozy dining room but feels comfortable we ate inside this date but the patio is our favorite, we've eaten outside many times its warm and airy fun for dates and groups, we got the burrata and heirloom tomatoes as the app more than enough for a group and for two maybe too big, but I really love the tomatoes right now and was really hungry. the waiter suggested the perfect wine for me, my spouse got his favorite cider, we each had pasta we always share we always get the Rigatoni, I also really wanted jsit Cacio Pepe the portions are perfect for sharing. The cook on the pasta is perfect, We also always get a pizza because we are crazy lol we love to take home left overs and have pizza for lunch the next day. We got the margarita pizza this time which is my favorite, it's lighter and so yummy, the NYC pepperoni is another favorite has a slight kick and is very good:) the pizza is a thin style but very tasty and filling on its own, we maybe have like a slice each and take home the rest. we ended with the terimisu, which was not too heavy and not too large, which was perfect as we were full. Only feedback of the night, I could taste the alcohol a little too much in the terimisu , i had floods of the liquor with zero sweetness on that liquid, I didn't love it, but other bites were perfect, have had it before here and loved it. The staff is the best the food quality is always tops we specially go here for dates because it's fancy but relaxed and it's not pretentious the prices above a regular dinner out in this neighborhood, but worth it, and jsit great service and food, we always feel like we had time together and that's what it's about. there are a lot of families with children here especially on Wed nights kids eat for free, which we have nieces and nephews so we bring them here when they visit, even with kids at the restaurant being on a date still feels calm, we possibly jsit don't mind as much as other people might, but if you really don't like kids don't come on Wed nights. Overall another great dinner :) read more

It's pretty hard to find parking around this restaurant during peak dinner hours. We got lucky and managed to get a spot acrossed the street from the restaurant. We had dinner reservations for 7:00PM. We were greeted by a friendly waiter upon entering the restaurant. We were seated promptly. We ordered the OG Baby Lettuce Salad, Squid Ink Reginette With Gulf Shrimp, Rigatoncini Al Bolognese Classico, Iced Tea, and Two Diet Cokes. Our entrees came out in a timely manner. The OG Baby Lettuce Salad was pretty colorful. The pastas were cooked a la dente and the sauces were very flavorful. The prices were fairly reasonable and they were generous with the portions. We'll be back to try some of their other entrees. read more

We also got the broccoli and little gem salad. broc was stellar. the kale had a cream sauce. our server was too sweet and we lived the patio for our group of 7. the lights were super cute and the heaters are warm! read more

Looking for a good neighborhood Friday dinner spot, I remembered this place which was long bookmarked. An Open Table reservation was not difficult. I secured a 5:30 pm reservation for 5 and we got here a little early, having food fortune in finding a parking space across the street. After some discussion, here's what we ordered for a family style meal: Starters: 1. Nonna's meatballs (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=cqv77eH7OYPVCB3ynH1pLw) - Marinara, parmagiano, & parsley. Hearty and paired really well with the delicious sauce and cheese. Three to an order. 2. Wood-roasted octopus (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=TXkOCAKqwAuEH6gx-4sUTQ) - Pistachio olive salsa, chickpea puree, mint, & lemon. Smoky and tender, the octopus was enhanced by the accompaniments. 3. East Coast chopped salad (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=8Fux3i82a_Cg-d25f1-4lg) - Mixed lettuce, red wine vinaigrette, cured meats, chickpeas, pepperocini, & provolone. A big chop, you'll need a knife to cut some of the lettuce leaves. A good amount of meats add that perfect savoriness. Pizza: 4. NYC-style pepperoni (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=7hXB8RXAD1tGDE1KzzrLew) - Ezzo pepperoni, 'NYC Slice' style sauce, mozzarella, Pana Gradano. Tasty and thin body with medium thick edges, this went fast. 5. Funghi, add olives (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=SNqCgwYVsofbQ10-hwlCKA) - Cremini and oyster mushrooms, rosemary, garlic, Crescenza & Fontina Val d'Aosta. A sauce less pie, the toppings made this a flavorful one on the lighter side. Pasta: 6. Rigatoncini al Bolognese classico (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=pr5NxIGC0v33PAXXuDmxjw) - House made rigatoncini, pork & beef Bolognese with tomato, Parmagiano, sage, & rosemary. A traditional take with tubular pasta and a comforting sauce. This also went fast. 7. Radiatore Alla vodka Diavolo (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=mCFEWRJOi8K0WspvIsoucA) - Pomodoro, cream, chili, vodka, basil, - Parmagiano. A staple dish here, I enjoyed this different take on saucing that was rich but not overly so. Dessert: 8. Guittard chocolate Budino (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=0eZyTYKy8-3M8eAXXwAYtw) - Hazelnuts & sea salt. This was our waiter's recommendation and kudos to him. This was addictively good and the flavors were bold, reminding me of desserts from that now gone Howard Street pizza place. The dining room was half full when we arrived. I didn't wander to the back outdoor dining area so I don't know how that was. The room filled as we finished our meal. Everyone was friendly, from the greeter to our waiter Matt S. Matt was thoughtful in helping us order the perfect amount of food and arranging for custom cutting of our pies for our party. I remember this place housing an old neighbor Japanese restaurant Shimo's where I popped my ankino (monkfish liver) cherry. I look forward to returning and repeating most of the above and try other menu items. read more

We stopped by after looking for a few places in the area and stumbled upon Fiorella, they were busy but were able to squeeze us in each time and the highlights of the meal were definitely the Spring Crostini and the Rigatoni al Bolognese Classico for sure. They were both flavorful, packed with a balanced amount of flavors and tasty! I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood. read more

You know, for as often as I find myself in the Richmond District, I actually have no idea why I don't spend more time along this stretch of Clement Street. For one, it's not like it's all that far from me, but also, there are so many interesting restaurants out here! Granted, this area has never been short of eateries to choose from, but I have to admit the current lineup is far more appealing. So, what better way to start checking them out than by stopping into Fiorella. After trying, and thoroughly enjoying, their spot on 9th Ave in the Sunset, I was more than a little curious to see how it compares to their original outpost out here! Stepping inside, I was surprised by how quaint and cozy it felt. In particular, the dining room isn't overly large, though, they do have additional seating on their rear patio that we didn't see. More importantly, though, the menu here looked just as appealing. Despite not seeing a couple of the dishes I really enjoyed over on 9th Ave, I was happy to see that so many of their apps, pastas, entrees, and pizzas were still listed. A few, like their Arancini, Meatballs, and Salsiccia, were must gets again, but it was nice we got to try a few new things, too! -- NONNA'S MEATBALLS with Marinara, Parmigiano, and Parsley...$19 I was sad to see this was topped with less shredded Parmigiano than the last time I had this, but everything else about this was just as great. The meatballs were as plump and meaty as before yet not super heavy or dense either. -- ARANCINI AL PARMIGIANO - Warm Mozzarella Center, Rich Pomodoro Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano...$15 Like with the Meatballs, this was pretty much exactly as I remember. The Arancini were fried up to the perfect golden brown, the inside was piping how, and every bite was incredibly cheesy. Too bad I forgot to take a photo! -- SALSICCIA PIE - House-Made Sausage, Ricotta, Mozzarella di Bufala, Garlic & Calabrian Chili Salsa Verde...$25 I don't know if this is their "signature" pizza, but it should be. Each time I've had this, it's been awesome. The sausage is so juicy and well seasoned, the globs of ricotta add a sort of richness, and I love the touch of spice from the Garlic and Calabrian Chili Salsa. -- NEAPOLITAN PIE - Tomato, Garlic, Chilies, Oregano, Sal Secco Olives, Capers, and Frantoia...$18 Ehh...this didn't do much for me, but it's not my kind of pizza either. While I did appreciate that the sauce was flavorful and that there wasn't a ton of it, all I could taste were the olives and capers. Kind of the point to some degree, given the lack of other toppings, but it was a bit much. -- WILD MUSHROOM CANNELLONI - Chanterelle, Black Trumpet, Porcini Mushrooms, Bechamel, and Crescenza...$24 Not bad, but not quite what I was expecting either. On the plus, the canneloni had a tender bite and the medley of mushrooms was great. That being said, the amount of bechamel and crescenza cheese in this made the dish feel super heavy. -- RICOTTA CAVATELLI, LAMB SAUSAGE, AND ENGLISH PEAS - English Peas & Tendrils, Mint, and Parmigiano Reggiano...$24 All in all, this was pretty solid. The chunks of lamb sausage were juicy and not gamey, the peas and tendrils were bright and held onto the sauce really well, and I loved how the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. -- TIRAMISU - Ladyfingers, Espresso, Mascarpone-Cream & Cocoa...$11 Tiramisu can be a little hit or miss for me, but, thankfully, this was far from the latter. In this case, I actually liked that the flavors weren't too intense - it wasn't overly sweet and was perfectly balanced between the espresso, cream, and cocoa. It didn't hurt that the ladyfingers weren't soggy either. -- MEYER LEMON-ALMOND RICOTTA CAKE with Toasted Peanuts, Whipped Cream, and Armarena Cherries...$11 I was super hopeful for this based on how it sounded, but it didn't amaze like how I had hoped. Still, it was pretty decent. The Meyer Lemon and Almond worked really well together, and the Armarena cherries were terrific, but the cake itself was a little dry/crumbly, especially along the bottom. Even though I didn't find the food at this Fiorella to be as impressive as what I've had at their spot on 9th Ave, the service here was just as good. The servers who helped us were all really friendly, even bringing out crayons for my friends' kids to draw on their menus without being asked, and the kitchen gets orders out really fast. As for the ambiance, it isn't quite as nice, but a lot of that has to do with us sitting inside rather the back patio area, which would've been closer to the rooftop seating at 9th Ave that I always go for. Either way, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back to this Fiorella, but I have to admit that, if given the choice, I would look to go back to the one on 9th Ave instead. THREE AND A HALF STARS rounded up. read more

What a neighborhood gem! We were house-sitting for our daughter and son-in-law in the Richmond, so decided to try Fiorella one night. We went for an early dinner to take advantage of happy hour. Didn't really order from the happy hour fare (just got a half-price bottle of a nice Primitivo, and a plate of delicious seasoned olives at happy hour price). Ordered a margherita pizza (delicious crust) with arugula and a nice broccoli dish to share. Both were great. Service was amazingly friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was very 'European bistro'. Loved it. Will definitely go back next time we're in town! read more

Restaurant week 4/10-4/19. Had to try their dinner $45 per person but of course we ordered the fungi pizza as extra. See picture of menu. I had the peas on toast. Friend had the meatballs. They were salty. We were asked how things were going. We told the truth. They were willing to redo it and we said it was ok. We got it boxed up. Entree: i got fried chicken with romaine lettuce on top. I was told this was not on their main menu. The chicken was super crispy and romaine lettuce paired well. Chicken super thin and coated. She had octopus. I was afraid it was filled with olives but no olives were visually seen. It was ok. Dessert: I had the budino which turned out to be chocolate pudding, super rich and thick, delicious. Didnt like the broken candy sprinkled on top. Tiny sea salt was ok. She had the panna cotta with cooked strawberry topping. Not on main menu. That was her favorite out of everything. We got the mushroom funghi pizza. Eat it fresh with melty cheese. Mushroom was super fresh. The pizza dough was on the soft side, no crunch but unique. Service was great. Next time need to ask Juan what to eat? He is our lovely server. His recommendation was spot on. Friend had a glass of wine, was asked how many ounce she wanted. It was ok. Early dinner found parking. Rainy day so people didn't come out. Usually this restaurant is always packed. I always see children here. read more

This is a nice, slightly above casual, place for pasta and pizza. The pasta was definitely my favorite. The cacio e Pepe and bolognese were both amazing. The salsiccia pizza while tasty lacked structural integrity. The arrancini were yummy and the order came with 3 of them. There was a big (8 oz) wine option along with 5 oz option. Wine list was good, the orange wine was fantastic. Service was prompt and attentive. We made a reservation which allowed us to get seated very quickly. read more

I would not recommend this for first date since the place is crowded and the tables are close to each other unless you want the town to hear about your favorite color and your favorite toy growing up. I got the cacio e Pepe and the Neapolitan pizza. The pasta was ok but the pizza was delicious! The pizza crust was thin, crusty, flaky, and soft in the right places and the sauce was delicious. I was seated in the back patio which was perfect, the heaters were on and I was comfy even though I typically run cold. The warm lights really made my dinner there an amazing experience. This was my first time at their clement location. read more

Fiorella in the Richmond was so good! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was excellent throughout the entire meal. We ordered the Margherita pizza, the vodka pasta, and wine and everything was absolutely delicious. Love the space both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend for smaller or larger groups. The portions are a little small to be family style but never less great to share a plate with friends to try more from the menu. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. We had Nonna's meatballs, OG baby salad, and bolognese. Meatballs were good. Salad dressing was a tad odd as a pairing with the ingredients but still refreshing and tasty. The bolognese was a miss as it was a little too Al dente lol for me personally but was very yummy still. Would absolutely come back. read more

Came for 8pm dinner with a friend. We started with the cherries, stone fruit and stracchiatella (refreshing!), funghi (cremini and oyster mushrooms) pie (cut in 4, doughy), Radiatorre alla vodka diavolo (pasta has a nice kick with the chili), and tiramisu sans cake (this different take of featuring four light, flavorful ladyfingers crisscrossed each other was creatively done, but I prefer the traditional tiramisu with cake). My favorite chicken wings in the city. When I saw wings with "herbs", I didn't expect a strong taste of herbs. It was really surprising and tasty. Almost every restaurant has their wings, but this one is definitely a must. The paste and pizza are also very good too. My disappointment is the tiramisu. It's made in house.c but it's way too watery. It's because all the layered ingredients are placed evenly, some parts are flavorless and some other parts have a stronger flavor. The place is cute and busy, but people are efficient and quick to respond. read more

We had the pepperoni and salsicca pizzas. Wow, probably the worst pizza I've had in San Francisco. Underdone, soggy in the middle, way too much cheese and sauce for an Italian style pizza. Flavors and ingredients not well balanced. Presentation was sloppy, the pepperoni had these massive stacks of pepperoni together so they couldn't crisp up properly. And the pizzas were cut into 4 massive slices!! I'd expect 8 or at least 6. I was shocked, the slices were so large they were unwieldy. 2 stars for good service - everyone was super nice. But terrible pizza :( it'll be hard to convince myself to come back but I'll try the pasta next time if we do. read more

First of all, gotta say that it is great that Fiorella is open to 10pm on Saturdays, since there aren't a lot of restaurants open that late in the Richmond on weekends. Despite arriving around 8:30pm or so, it was still lively and busy inside, which was a great sign to me and my partner. We started with the crazy melon and capicola, which was super light and refreshing; perfect for a summer appetizer. It was really well balanced, as the capicola was super thin so as not to overshadow the melon or other ingredients, and the chili crisp added some nice heat but wasn't applied with a heavy hand, letting the other flavors shine through. As avid pizza lovers, we also tried the burrata pie and salsiccia pie. The burrata pie was slightly disappointing, as it was a little blander than we were expecting and the heavy amount of burrata cooled off the pizza fairly quickly. However, the salsiccia pie was fantastic! The sausage had a great floral flavor, and paired beautifully with the ricotta, which provided a nice salty bite. Pro tip: Give the pizza a healthy dose of the chili oil they provide for the table to take this pizza over the top. We will definitely be back to get the salsiccia pie and to try their other pizzas as well. read more

Good neighborhood spot for some pizza and pasta. Went to the Clement location and called for a reservation for 5 day-of and they were able to accommodate. Pretty much ordered the whole neighborhood appreciation night menu! Such a good deal for what you get. All the pies are delicious. The margarita is one of my personal favorites. So much pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza! The neopolitan was also very good. Arancici al parmigiano - fried perfectly. crispy, soft. Stuffed with cheese/rice. One of my favorite dishes of the night. Nonna's meatballs - these were just okay to me. A bit dense but good portion. Was nice with the sauce. Herbed chicken wings - gave this a try and was very juicy. That sauce was amazing - garlicy and creamy and was good for dipping even the pizza crust in! Cacio y Pepe pasta - I thought this was standard, was a bit dry and not as peppery as I had wanted. It was also a smaller portion compared to the others. Lumache fra diovolo - I enjoyed this! A good balance with the cheese. The chocolate ganache dessert was very nice to end the night. Not too sweet! We ordered through the QR code on the table. Service was okay (a bit slow) and the back patio is very welcoming with the heaters turned on in the evening. They gave us a different table's tab when we were finished, but it got corrected. read more

Had some ease getting a walk in table on a Sunday evening - cute place to get Neapolitan pies and pasta. They have chili oil, chili flakes, and Parmesan on each of the tables which is nice too. The crab pasta was great, and had a good amt of crab piece, but the burrata pie was a little soggy for me. Although the burrata itself was tasty. I wish it came w a few more pieces of roasted garlic bits on it as well. The tiramisu was crunchy lady fingers? Also they played jenga with it in the sense that they were stacked on top of each other w space as well. Strange layout and strange texture but the cream and espresso powder was good! I took my friends from out of town here for dinner, and we all loved our meal. It was easy to make a reservation day-of with the option to choose inside or outside seating, and my group opted for patio dining. Luckily for us, it wasn't too hard to find street parking. Their patio area in the back is mostly covered, but they also have heat lamps to keep you warm. It's a cute and cozy area, and I prefer the ambiance of the patio to the inside seating area. We started with a bottle of the riesling to share, and it went well with everything we ordered. To share for the table, we ordered the cherries, stonefruit, and stracciatella appetizer, radiatore alla vodka, funghi pizza, and rigatoni al bolognese. The fruit and cheese appetizer was the perfect summery appetizer, it was so fresh and light. It had a nice balance of sweet and savory, and crunch and creaminess. The pizza was good too, the crust was crisp on the bottom and had a nice chew to it. The mushrooms and cheese were nicely savory and generously covered the whole pizza. I like their style of thin crust pizza where the crust can hold its own and it's not completely floppy. My favorite part of the meal was the pastas! The radiatore was the perfect pasta shape with a bunch of nooks and crannies to pick up the vodka sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the vodka sauce was a delicious balance of tangy tomatoes, rich cream and cheese, lightly spicy chili, and herbaceous basil. The rigatoni was good too, but I preferred the vodka pasta. Our server was attentive and came to check on us multiple times throughout the meal. The back patio was pretty quiet while we were there, only two other tables had people, so it was a nice and intimate setting to catch up with friends. I cannot wait to come back to try their other offerings! read more

I went to the Fiorella-Sunset location about a month ago but decided to check out the Clement location as well! We got four dishes; the arancini al parmigiano, the herbed chicken wings, the salsiccia pie, and the rigatoncini al bolognese classico. The arancini al parmigiano stole the show! This was my favorite dish as the sauce was perfect and the cheese inside the balls was so melty and tasty. I wasn't a big fan of the herbed chicken wings as the chicken was kind of dry but the garlic, lemon, and fiorella ranch sauce made it taste a lot better. The salsiccia pie was good as I liked the sausage and ricotta on it but I personally wasn't a big fan of the chili salsa verde as I don't like spicy food and the pizza crust was kind of thin. The rigatoncini al bolognese tasted good too but it was kind of basic as there wasn't really anything special about it and I feel like I could make it at home. read more

My first time at Fiorella and will definitely not be my last. The food was delicious & pretty big portions too which I loved. We ended up getting the $50 fixed Valentine's Day meal which included an appetizer, pasta or pizza, and dessert. Pretty good deal honestly. The Arancini was delicious and so flavorful. Citrus salad was super juicy and fresh. The pastas tasted amazing as well. The portions were bigger than we thought so we had to take some to go. Honestly the dessert was just alright. Not the biggest fan of either the lemon ricotta cake or the tiramisu but they weren't bad. Just not my favorite for my taste buds. My only issue was that service was pretty slow. I'm always trying to find good food deals in SF, and Fiorella has one of my favorite ones! On the last Monday of every month, they have certain pastas, pizzas, and wine for $10, and lower priced appetizers. I had to book my reservation 2 months in advance though, but luckily there are 2 other locations in SF (Polk and Sunset) you can try to reserve too! We picked the Neopolitan Pizza (and added the pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage toppings) and the Lumache Fra Diavolo pasta. I loved the spice with the pasta, and the sauce was so creamy and flavorful. We also ordered the meatballs which were some of the best meatballs I've had in SF. The $10 house red wine was great, and they definitely gave us more than 1 glass worth (felt like 2 glasses with the carafe they gave) which is a steal! One thing to note was that their back patio seating only allowed service dogs, which is the first time I've been in a restaurant in SF where they didn't allow dogs to sit outside or on the patio. Other than that, I had such a great experience here! I do think it's a little overpriced to come here on a normal night, so I highly recommend trying to get a reservation on the last Monday of the month, so much more worth it. read more

Very tasty food overall; we came for the neighborhood appreciation, so it was also great value. We tried: - Meatballs were pretty big, they were alright but nothing special - Arancini was also good but nothing standout. Nicely fried and very cheesy risotto inside - Radiatore was really good. Its served with a whipped ricotta which lends salt and creaminess to the dish. I really enjoyed the pasta shape as well but the best part about the dish is the tomato sauce; it's super punchy, acidic, sweet, and salty - would definitely try this dish - Caccio e Pepe was also good. Simple and cheesy but perhaps a touch more al dente than I'd prefer - Pepperoni pizza was also great. Generous amount of pepperoni, really cheesy and crisp crust Really friendly staff and tasty food. Made reservations for a group of 9 for my ex-manager's retirement. I've had a friend rave about Fiorella so when this was the choice for dinner - I was looking forward to it. I understand it's considered fine dining so not a spot I would normally go to but was excited to finally give them a try. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get seated despite having reservations. When our table was ready, we were walked towards the back past their kitchen into an outdoor seating with overhead heaters so it was an awesome seating area. It was much preferred than sitting indoors. The staff was very patient with us as our group spent a lot of time taking pictures and catching up (we haven't had a get together in a while). When it came time to order, most of the group hasn't even decided but our waiter was patient and even recommended/explained some of their items. At one point, the waiter informed us that the chef recommends family style for our big group of 9, which is 3 pastas 4 pizzas or vice versa. Immediately, our group thought "oh we didn't know you guys offered family style." We were under the impression that that meant they have bigger portions if we opted for family style. When we received our food, everything was the same portion so there was definitely some misunderstanding. The waiter never corrected us on what we thought he meant by family style even though our group was ordering the food saying for example, "we'll have the Dungeness crab pasta family style" and "we'll do the margharita pizza family style." Not a big issue since we already decided beforehand what we're getting and who's sharing what but it was still misleading. After ordering our drinks, it took about 10 minutes to get them and place our orders for appetizers and food. We ordered 3 appetizers: -A toast with some kind of bean - it didn't really taste like much, wasn't too memorable -Another toast with cod + potato mix. This was a lot more flavorful but definitely has that fishy taste so keep that in mind if you don't like that. Our group liked this one more for sure. -Meatballs - this was very basic. It tasted like a regular meatball with tomato sauce out of a can. Honestly for $18, I was expecting more flavor and something I can't do myself at home. Funny enough, our group basically got the same thing - 2 good neighbor pie (awesome that part of the cost goes to charity), 2 margharita pizza (the 2 friends that I was sharing with opted to add pepperoni to ours), and a few orders of their Dungeness crab pasta. We don't see that often so it appealed to us and we thought why not go all out? The pizzas were small - 6 slices per pie and both of them was severely burnt on the bottom. The main feature of the margharita pizza is of course the sauce - yet I couldn't even taste it. If it wasn't for the pepperoni we added on, I would only taste the burnt flavor because it was very prominent. The burnt flavor wasn't as strong in the good neighbor pie has it had more flavor due to the toppings but cmon, a pizza shouldn't be burnt to begin with! Dungeness crab pasta - I don't know the prices for crab but I know Dungeness crab is usually on the expensive side so I didn't expect much meat. There was actually a decent amount but boy was the portion very underwhelming for $30. I shared it with 2 others and we all barely got 2 fork grabs each. The flavors weren't mind blowing but it was worth to try. Wouldn't get it again. The best thing I had all night was honestly their Chocolate Budino dessert. The nuts reminded me of see's candy and the chocolate was rich but not overly sweet. It had a smooth texture which was a nice end to the dinner. The service wasn't terrible. The staff was very friendly and patient from start to finish. The waiter was patient with our indecisiveness and another worker was friendly about taking our picture. It was a Sunday so maybe the front of the house was a bit busier so I can't knock them if the service was a bit slower. I wish they would get different chairs though because my chair had a part where it was uplifted and kind of sharp. It snagged my jeans and made a small hole. read more
