I can't imagine that immediate response is something that can be offered on a regular basis but I certainly appreciated it! In no way did I expect him to perform the work that day but he said yes he could come back and remove two trees that I hated, several thorny, stupid bushes that should never been planted in the first place and clean up my entire half acre lot! I was seriously disappointed with my last landscaping company and was just looking through Yelp trying to find something else and I am so glad I called him! He is extremely reasonable for such good work. I'm going to have him take care of my yard from now on and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for Solid service! After reading some of the other reviews I feel the need to point out that if you expect anyone to do anything for $75. you are ridiculous. How much do you think it costs to drive to your house and do even an hours worth of work? Think about it. Adrian and his crew are hard working and do a much better job than the previous companies I have been frustrated with because they did absolutely nothing.

I contacted via text and asked for a quote for my front yard which needed an overall trimming and cleanup. I sent him a clear photo of my yard and he was able to give me a price for all plants/trees shown. He responded timely and communicated clearly via text and was able to come do the work the next day. Him and a crewmember showed up around the time he gave me, and did an excellent job for a price surprisingly lower than several other companies I contacted. I do not own a Mobile Phone - Dave wants to only communicate via Text Message so he doesn't answer his phone! While Blades is reasonably priced- They do not SHOW UP on scheduled days and DID NOT complete the worked they were PAID paid in advanced to do. 1. I walled my yard with Dave, the owner and pointed out importing things for him to know. They did NOT follow my directions to NOT Trim specific Plants- namely my Cape Honeysuckles and Twisted Junipers which have been hideously scalped and will take years to recover. 2. They weed-whacked my Gerber Daisies in my Annual Flower Bed saying they thought they were weeds, Mowed Down my Wandering Jew Ground Cover that I Specifically told them NOT TO DO - now I have a big 6' X 8' Muddy mess 3. Worse yet, They Weed-whacked the Electrical Power Cord and Copper Water Lines to my Fountain, as well as, severed the cords of 2 Outdoor Extension Cord Boxes. 4. Dave made promises to replace the Electrical Cord, Water Line, Replace the 2 Outdoor Extension Time Boxes, but it has been 7 weeks and has not returned. 5. He requested additional money on Nov 18 to repair the Sprinkler system - he cashed the check immediately and NEVER Returned to complete the work- I have a hazardous 2 foot by 10 inches hold in my yard. 6. Back in October, they were paid to trim my Shamel Ash tree. They left promising to be back the next day to finish it... they left the extension ladder attached to my tree for over a week before they came back to finish. The project took a little bit longer than expected but they had warned me of that at the beginning which I really appreciated. They said they wanted to make sure the proper job was done. The workers arrived early every single day and they worked very hard. I work from home and I felt very safe with them working out back all day. I called to get pricing, and had a nice chat with Nolynn. He gave me a good rate, and I decided to use their services to spread my new gravel in the backyard. The work itself was great, but I gave them two stars for some issues with communication and scheduling. I had e-mailed Nolynn on a Friday with some questions. I hadn't heard from him, so I left a voice mail on Saturday. He sent me a quick e-mail on Sunday. I got his voice mail again on Monday. I e-mailed him later that day (rock was being delivered on Tuesday, so timing was becoming an issue). He finally responded that they would be able to come on Thursday at 7:00 AM. That worked OK.... not great, but OK. I rescheduled the rock delivery for Wednesday. Then on Wednesday night he sent me an e-mail that they'd be at the house 9-10AM instead of 7:00. I wasn't thrilled, but it was too late to change landscapers at that point. With my wife waiting all morning for them to come, he called me at 10:15 and said that they'd run into problems at the job they were on. They'd be at my place "in an hour or so". It was 11:45 before they showed up! As I said before, the work quality was great and the pricing was fine (about the same as some other companies).
