The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I had almost 10,000sq ft of sod put in my…read morebackyard at the end of last year. So they were supposed to come open our irrigation at the beginning of May, because it is vital that new sod gets alot of water, but they never showed up. so we called and their excuse for missing our appointment was "we are too busy, next week" very rude. So as you can guess next week came and went and nothing so the week after we called them again (mind you I've been watering my huge lawn manually for a month now) so when I called I kind of expected them to say ok we are coming asap, nope, same excuse, same rudeness "we're busy, next week! Click" no bye nothing. So that was it I called the company they are contracted through for irrigation HUNTER IRRIGATION and told them and they were mortified when I told a manager. Luckily my wife saw a trailer with a company called VIP IRRIGATION, so we called them at 5pm expecting them to say minimum a couple of days, but by 7pm they were at our house fixing everything. They told us they were going to go home for the day, but after hearing what happened to us they couldn't just go home, how nice is that, now that is customer service! SO BEWARE IF THEY ARE THAT BAD AT SOMETHING SO TRIVIAL AS OPENING A IRRIGATION SYSTEM (WHICH THEY CHARGE MUCH MORE THEN VIP TO DO) IMAGINE WHAT THEY WILL DO WITH LANDSCAPING, I KNOW ONE THING, I WOULD NEVER TRUST A COMPANY THAT RUDE AND WITH SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
