He said he could have his crew out on either the following Saturday or Monday. On Saturday, he called to ask if it was ok to send the crew out and I was told they'd be here within the hour. The crew showed up on time and spent about 2 hours removing weeds and cleaning up. They also removed the dead tree. Multiple mature, full, flowering shrubs were cut down into stiff, unnatural box-like shapes with most of the blooms removed. The entire look of my yard was drastically changed in a single visit. This is not professional landscaping - it's careless and shows a lack of basic pruning knowledge. When I contacted the owner about it, my concerns were dismissed and he hung up on me.
