I unfortunately can not recommend this salon. To preface, I used to come to this salon regularly a…read morefew years ago and loved it prior. However, there is a notable dip in quality/experience. The artists are talented but seem overworked and pressured to upsell. Their prices are not transparent, and they are constantly upcharging without getting proper consent. They will simply hold up something and say "Yes?" or "Ok?". I'm hard of hearing and accidentally agreed to a few up charges this way. I was sold a "crystal hair remover" for $15 that is clearly drop shipped from alibaba or a similar site. It made my skin bleed when used at home as they gave no instructions on how to use. They were VERY forceful about selling it and would not take a simple no. I got a gel mani and pedi. I looked at their website and am unable to determine what I even got because none of them match my experience. The recharge combo is the closest one ($99 plus $30 for my french tips) but I did not receive "collagen gloves" or "collagen-infused socks" as advertised. Finally, the tech cured gel polish on my skin. I told her it was there and she continued to do so, which creates a risk for gel allergy to develop. Plus the polish is chipping 3 days later. I have no problem paying premium prices (I regularly pay over $150+ at nail salons) but I expect things like 1) no upselling & alibaba products, 2) transparent pricing, and 3) good workmanship that lasts longer than 3 days.

Hi! I have been coming here for pedicures for a couple years and they do a great job especially…read morewith ingrown toenails. I came here a few months ago for the first time with Kim for regular polish acrylic full set and she did an amazing job! I called ahead and decided to take a chance to get an acrylic fill for French with an older lady and I'm just disappointed. These nails are for my birthday weekend and I even asked for her to fix the white tips since she painted the pink on top of them. Unfortunately, my acrylic fill was still over my cuticle, the polish streaks were visible and white polish was left behind my backfill. My nails after a few hours are already chipping off and my nail tech kept walking away to talk on the phone while nails were drying and when I checked out to pay. I did come back shortly after my appt. To book a appt with Kim for a nail fix and she was still on the phone. I love this place for pedicures but very disappointed I paid and had a hard time vocalizing my frustration with how my birthday nails turned out. I don't know what to do since I sat for almost 2 hours to get them done and refixed and they still turned out like this. Hope somebody can help me somehow and fix these. Thank you!

I got a Cat Eye gel pink, which totaled up to around $45 (it would've been $10 cheaper if it weren't Cat Eye and just a regular gel)! My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

First of all, I want to say that I am an acrylic nail newbie. I've gotten normal, gel and dip…read moremanicures in the past, but recently wanted to try acrylic. 3 months ago, I got my first full set here and today, I got my 3rd fill done. The owner/male technician is really a master at his craft. He is fast and sure with his movements. I've seen photos of the artwork he can do, but I didn't ask for anything fancy (just nude/neutral color) so that the manicure can last as long as possible without becoming unsightly. Today, I was at 4.5 weeks from my last fill, and honestly, if I didn't stare too closely, it still looked good before the fill! I feel like that's evidence of a really good technician! So, of all the different types of manicures one can choose from, acrylic (when done by a skilled and experienced tech) seems to last the longest. The salon was quiet and there were 2 other clients in the space during my visit. They prefer appointments, but will sometimes take walk-ins. The owner has always been pleasant and professional at each of my appointments. I'm so glad to have discovered acrylic here, at this salon!
