The food was excellent! We had the fried artichoke hearts and the wings. With the wings you can get half/half with the sauces. The wings were crispy and the sauces were super good. I ordered through Grubhub for take out during COVID times. When I arrived, this restaurant was open for in person dining already and I was told to go ask about my order at the bar (which was packed with people). Considering it said through grubhub, that the order was still preparing, I decided to wait until it said "completed." I sat outdoors during this. I'm from the Bay Area--COVID is still a real thing here. Meanwhile I noticed that other people were getting their food. Eventually I ended up going to the bar and asking. They did in fact have my order completed for a while--just must have not updated on Grubhub to communicate it. Perhaps I would recommend calling the place directly instead of going through Grubhub because the chefs don't seem to update Grubhub. I got a steak salad--mediocre to say the least.. chewy steak and tons of leaves. I would give this place another chance perhaps to try their burgers not during COVID times. It's a decent first draft. I was excited about this place when they first opened, but I haven't been convinced yet. They've removed three different menu items that I've pointed out as being exceptional and their beer is lacklustre. They really should try for quality instead of number of beers produced. Additionally, their advertising promotes alcoholism and their beer names can be as tasteless as the beers themselves; "Miso hony" and "Banana hammock" come to mind. At one point something like half the beer list was sex puns. Also they got into a fight over Facebook with a customer that a bunch of people screenshotted before they deleted it, so that doesn't speak highly to me of their professional quality. All that said, the food is ok still, the beer is drinkable, and the old building is pretty cool. read more

My wife and I ordered pickup and the whole experience was lackluster. We ordered through Yelp (powered by Grubhub) and the original estimate was about 25-30 minutes. But when I submitted the order, it suddenly turned into 1 hour for 2 dishes and a side of rings. When we showed up, the whole vibe was weird. The restaurant is on a dimly lit street and a homeless main was loitering out front. We were directed to the main bar, then the main bartender directed us to the side bar, then the original host that spoke to us originally suddenly appeared with our food. We saw employees without masks on. The upside is everyone was very polite and we got our food right away. Now on to the food. It was pretty terrible. I had high hopes because everything sounds delicious and reasonably priced on their menu. My wife ordered the NY Steak Dinner and I had the steak kabobs over risotto. Sounds gourmet right? Well it was terrible. My wife's steak was so chewy and gristle-y, she couldn't even cut pieces off with a steak knife. My steak skewers were cooked and seasoned well but the risotto was so bad. Parcooking then reheating rissoto is an old restuarant trick but it only works if you do it correctly. At first I thought I had steamed cauliflower with my rice but then I realized they were just large congealed chunks of room temperature risotto. The onion rings were amazing and the best part of the meal. I also appreciated that they packed separate containers for the butter, sour cream, green onions and cheese for the baked potato. We've eaten out over 15 meals on a road trip and this was the worst meal by far. I think the kitchen is too ambitious and probably does best sticking with straightforward bar food like burgers and fries. I should have ordered something like that instead. read more

My partner and I come here often craving their appetizers which all come in large servings, the dirty fries and pretzel bites with beer cheese are our favorites. Most times we come in its packed and we usually get the same server (Isaiah i think?) who's always super friendly and attentive to ALL his tables. The staff is amazing and friendly. The beers are top notch and creative. I miss the Jenga they had there and have suggested maybe the blocks be checked out by patrons using them appropriately since they had to remove it because people don't watch their kids. I found this place through yelp. The area of town is extremely sketchy with a homeless camp on the other side of complex which makes parking tough. We arrived and got seated right away. They had plenty of seating indoors and out but we were required to sit outside due to us being a party of 8 and them only allowing 4 in doors. The patio is very beautiful but hot. They have wonderful lights but could use misters. My husband and I got the sweet and saucy burger which had candied bacon and Dr Pepper bbq sauce. It was Amazing!! It's been a while since I've had a beer here as I no longer drink beer. However, they're s solid brewery with a variety of styles. All of the beers I've had here have been at least good, and often great. I'm a regular diner here, and management changes up the menu once in a while to keep it fresh. There are usually one or two things that are keto friendly, so it's a nice place to go for either lunch or pub-style food. The staff are all really nice, but sometimes the service from the kitchen is slow when it's busy. I've been coming here for lunch for a long time, and it's definitely improved over time. The staff are also responsive if you let them know you're on a schedule. The only gripe I have, and it's not enough to cost anyone a star, is that they don't really have any kind of interesting salsa or hot sauce worthy of the name. They have stuff that's more interesting than Tabasco, but nothing that's actually loaded with flavor or hotter than that. read more

As for the COVID concerns, many patrons were seated all around the bar area while multiple empty tables were available spaced at safe distances from one another in the northeast section of the dining room. Believe me, I'm not trying to beat you guys up. I like the facility, the food, and the beer (I had brought a growler with me to fill if I found something I wanted mor3 of. Your bartender was really nice but there is a DEFINITE problem with your hostess situation. We walked around the corner to Fusion Lounge and enjoyed a delightful meal with fantastic service. Horrible. Nearly an hour for my disgusting undercooked cold burger with cold fries and a chicken sandwich that my wife had to scrape the mayo off of because the cooks decided not to pay attention to the order. But at least the beer is good. Before we left the server came and explained to us the difficulties they're having with staff, particularly in the kitchen. It's obvious! We could see it was definitely taking a toll on her also. We felt bad, so we gave her a cash tip and told her we didn't want any of it going to the cooks. It would be tough to be the owner and have to deal with employees who I have no sense of value, or excellence in what they do-but instead they are only looking for the next handout for doing nothing. That's definitely the sense we got. Absolute crap. It just sucks to pay for an evening out, especially when you have to pay for a babysitter, and not even be able to finish your meal that took an hour to get. I hope I don't get food poisoning from the raw hamburger! I hope the server that we had quits and finds somewhere where she can be appreciated a little more. read more

This is the place you bring your pregnant wife to so she can drive you home after tasting all the beers. They have THE BEST fried pickles I have ever tasted. If you're craving a beer and she's craving pickles - bring her here. I really liked how they had the big beer menus projected and the indoor cornhole game. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they were not that busy and the service could have been better.
