Tempur-Pedic uses them out of Baltimore for something I ordered at the end of Feb. Three times they push back my delivery. You get a call from a IL office telling about whats going on in their Baltimore delivery warehouse. They set you a date then by magic someone in their IL office removes your date or calls to set you a day a week later when you have a set date delivery in a day or two. And Tempur-Pedic calls this White Glove Delivery sounds more like No Glove Delivery because it seems like no one at Fidelitone is wearing any kinds of gloves to get the items to delivery address....Tempur-Pedic ...word to the wise Get another delivery partner for the Phila area. Give your customers more and better delivery options.I would have made out better picking the items up myself close in the area!!!! read more

This company is unreliable and rude!! They called me to tell me that they were not coming 3 hours after they were supposed to be here. I took off work and waited and waited....moved my furniture around etc. Then I get a call saying there not coming and now I have to take off work yet another day!! I ordered an area rug from Pottery Barn, Fidelitone was supposed to deliver it last Thursday. I waited all day for it. They called at the end of the day and said the delivery truck broke down. So the delivery was rescheduled for Monday. They were a no call - no show on Monday. I left multiple messages and sent multiple emails. Their voice message system doesn't work, you want on hold, a recording states you can press the number one to leave a message, but when you do you can't leave a message. The recording repeats the same instructions over and over again until finally it sends you to voicemail. No one returned my emails or calls, but I happened to get in touch with someone on Wednesday. I was told my delivery will not arrive for at least another month! The agent said she would have someone reach out to me to try to get it delivered faster. I never heard from anyone. I called them today and now they're telling me it's going to be 6 weeks!! This has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had! The amount of times I was put on hold, transferred and disconnected are too numerous to count. I was extremely frustrated the last time I spoke with someone; that agent told me "she didn't like my tone" and she hung up on me! I don't know how this place is even in business. They are the exact opposite of logistical. This has been the most disorganized , illogical, bungled and inefficient system I've ever seen. An eight year child probably could've have figured out how to make this delivery by now. For goodness sakes they could've rented a truck by now. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Crate&Barrel contracts this company in Tampa, Fl and after weeks of me trying to get my dinning room table delivered they delivered the WRONG TABLE! Then refused to fix the problem and are putting it on a truck for a few days later. And worst of all.. they didn't apologize or explain what happened. A deliver service has one job- get a product on a truck. And this company is incapable of that menial task. read more

Horrible experience. Company scheduled delivery window for 4-6pm on Saturday. Received a confirmation and they stated to move all the existing furniture out do the bedroom before the drivers arrived with the new bedroom set. We moved everything out, took apart the beds and moved the dressers to another room. Call at 5:10 stating the driver was running behind but just arrived at the address right before ours. Wanted to move to 6-8pm. I said no problems. Called back at 5:27 and said that the driver was in route to the address before ours and the truck had a mechanical malfunction. I said you do know you just called me a few mins ago and told me they were already at that address and just running late? He said uhhhh, Well the truck had a malfunction. He said that he didn't have another truck in the area and the next date was next Thursday. I explained that is unacceptable as we had moved all the furniture out of our bedroom as they asked. He said do you want the Thursday appointment or not. I said I don't really have a choice do I. Now we have to bring the bed back in and live out of clothes hampers for a week because you can't hold up a commitment. He obviously lied on one of the calls because you can't be at an address and then 17 mins late break down driving to that address. Completely unacceptable. Wasted my entire Saturday. read more

This company does a lot of phone calling and no showing up on time. They gave me a time frame and called me at the end, only to tell me that the truck broke down and that they needed to reschedule. I asked them not to call me NO more just bring me my item, just like the other leading delivery services would do without all the phone calls. They did finally show and the two guys were courtest and polite. but overall if you want reliability and accurate delivery service don't use this company. read more

We had a piece of furniture delivered today. We were given a 2 hour time window and told they would call 30 minutes before they would arrive. Our time window was 4 to 6pm. At 3:40 I received a call to say they were on their way. Arrived in 30 minutes. Two guys who were very polite, clean cut and wearing shirts to identify where they were from. Brought cabinet in (which was wrapped in shrink wrap and also wrap in blanket type material. Were very careful bringing it in. Set it up unwrapped it and had me check it over. Then had me sign the forms of delivery and cleaned up all wrapping. Could not have asked for a better delivery experience! read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I wish Arhaus provided other options for a delivery service. My first delivery with the resulted in 7 huge dents to my wood floor. I harassed them and finally got someone out to fix the floors. "The repair" looks even worse now then it did before. There are still dents, the stain color is different and they got wood stain on my white baseboard. I am still battling with them to come out and fix this. Yesterday, I was scheduled for my second delivery with them between 2-4pm. I got a call from the dispatcher (who was working from home with a screaming child in the background) saying they would be between 4-5pm but closer to 4pm. 5:30pm rolls around and I haven't heard from her. I called her and she said they were 20 mins away according to their GPS. 6:15 rolls around and they still aren't at my house so I start calling her and she is sending my calls to voicemail. I finally hear from the delivery guys at 6:45pm saying they would be ther in 20 mins. I had already left my house as I was an hour late for my dinner plans. I waited around for hours, was late to my dinner and never got my couch. Now they can't get me scheduled again until Wednesday because they are full on Saturday and closed Mon/Tues. This company employs liars. They pretended to deliver something to my house last Friday. They made me wait at home on a Friday evening and then didn't show up. Why make me take such a bad time slot (you don't get to choose, by the way) if your employees don't even want to work during this time? The lies and excuses for what happened keep coming. Where do I begin? I ordered a very expensive NordicTrack Treadmill, paid $249 for the "White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service" which I learned was via a contract with Fidelitone. First red flag was there were 2 small guys to bring a 260 lb treadmill into my home up my stairs and then place it in my bonus room and assemble. My brand new treadmill was in pieces out of boxes in the back of a truck. The guys could not handle the treadmill pieces, dropped it numerous times, banged into my corners, walls, floor, stair treads, etc...I have 56 pictures of damage to my home - FIFTY SIX INDIVIDUAL PICTURES OF DAMAGE. No one has contacted me from Fidelitone! Corporate said the local warehouse had to call me and they emailed all 56 pictures to the local warehouse but not one email or call from the local warehouse about the damage to my home and treadmill. I am still waiting....in the meantime I'm looking into lawyers as this was the absolute WORST delivery experience I've ever had. read more

This in an update on the review I posted in January. The day of my post, I found a response, and an email from the company representative Joe. I did not expect that. I emailed the next day, and the person I was dealing with was great. She was very understanding, and interested in helping me resolve the issue. The company came out about 2 weeks later and reassembled the furniture to my liking. The assembly crew was very thorough. I got a text and an email once I scheduled the time, and a phone call when they were on their way. They did arrive within the window promised. I could tell that they took pride in how things were assembled, and made sure I was happy before they left. I was impressed with how the company handled and resolved the compliant, hence my change to 5 stars. read more

Absolute worst bulk delivery experience I've ever had. They confirmed a 2-4pm delivery window the day before via voicemail and email. They didn't call the phone number I gave them and specifically instructed them to call. They arrived an hour early at 1pm and I had no way to know because they didn't call the correct number. When I called them at 2:14pm just to be safe they told me that the delivery men had been there and left already. Then proceeded to tell me that the next delivery date was 6 days away. So I would have no furniture for nearly a week and have to sit on the floor because I had gotten rid of my old couches for my confirmed delivery. They treated me like it was my fault because they had called the wrong number and left 3 messages. When I requested to speak to a supervisor it took them literally 45 minutes to find one. When they did finally find a supervisor, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. They finally agreed to deliver them the next day. So I took the entire day off just to be safe. Lucky I did, because they came an hour before the confirmed delivery time again! The delivery guys were fine. But after all the BS to get them there, the entire experience was ruined. read more

the worst delivery service in the biz. check with amazon that this company will not deliver your package before purchase. if they use this service for your delivery-- do not purchase the item. you will get it weeks late if even at all. i never received an important item which was time sensitive, i'm cancelling all orders on amazon using this delivery service now. boo!!!! read more

Arhaus does need another delivery company. White glove service? Um nope. Have had things delivered twice. First set of guys were very nice but admitted they didn't know how to set up an adjustable king size bed base. At least they were honest and didn't try and force anything. Not their fault they aren't trained properly. But the second set of delivery guys was beyond awful!! I won't get into ever negative detail but the main guy was in a hurry. I was his first stop of the day. I told him why not come in the house first to see where you have to go and what you have to do. He ran in like he was on fire. No shoe covers on my new carpet. He put them on when I asked him to. When he found out he had to put a bed together the last guys couldn't do, his response was OH NO ONE TOLD ME THAT! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!...um I didn't ask you to come in and help off the street. This was a scheduled delivery..it's your job! They were going to put the foam inserts of the mattress on top. The one guy says, see it's just an extra layer of cushion. No, no it's not you have to unzip the mattress and put them in. But the best was when they were having problems with the bed and fitting the adjustable bed base inside the frame. I was on the phone with Arhaus concierge and relaying what they were saying. Concierge says, put him on the phone. I said she wants to talk with you. He refused! He said, NO I ain't got time for this!! Extremely bad customer service! They assigned me a time frame that did not work for me, and even when I called as soon as I found out the exact time window and talked about this issue with at least four different people, they were unwilling to incorporate in their delivery plan the information about the time slots that did not work for me: I was available for delivery any day of the week, during seven of eight possible hours of the business day. Nevertheless neither the customer representatives, the manager, or the driver could accommodate my request of not having the mattress delivered during the exact time in which I had to take or pick my kids from school. When I complained about their lack of flexibility they reminded me that I was just one client, and they had many others. In other words, I was not important for them to try to help. I like a lot Pottery Barn Kids Stuff, but I seriously thinking to stop buying from them after having such a hassle with the delivery company that they are using. Incompetent is the nicest word I can think of when describing Fidelitone. I have received numerous redundant calls to schedule the same appointment. I am at the mercy of 24 hour notices for 2 hour delivery windows and now, in the latest instance a scheduled delivery has "disappeared" from their system and they are claiming they never called or spoke with me when I have a record of both. Assuming scheduling goes according to plan, look forward to delivery staff will no remote command/understanding of the English language. Not broken English, literally no understanding of basic greetings, questions or comments. Simply put, this is a broken company. read more

Two scheduled deliveries, two times leaving work to wait for the delivery and two last minute cancellations ... citing that the driver called in with a personal day and they had no back up drivers and then subsequently the driver had an accident en route. This company is absolutely horrible. On December 9, 2016 I scheduled a delivery date of December 17, 2016. I specifically requested that my delivery be made before 2pm. I get a call the day before confirming a delivery time of 2-4pm, during which time I am not going to be home. The delivery company nonchalantly informed me that they cannot accommodate my request and my only other option is to reschedule. I don't want to reschedule because I have been waiting on the arrival of my table since October 17, 2016. They attempted delivery on November 11, 2016 and only had the base to my dining room table and not the top (not their fault). However I am so disgusted with these fools, that they don't care one bit about their customers and are totally disrupting my day. Even if I were to reschedule for another day, they cannot even give me a time upfront. Their policy is to call the customer the day before with a time frame. Do they not realize that folks work and may need more than a few hours notice to make appropriate accommodations. Now I have to find someone to sit at my house in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. I hope and pray that these imbeciles arrive within the designated time frame and that my furniture is not damaged. I also hope that I never have to deal with these people again. read more
