Francisco and his partner responded to my urgent request at 7 in the morning - after my pup had two unfortunate accidents on our white shag rug the night before! I did my best to clean it up - but it became clear we needed experts to get the mess out. They were able to schedule us within the same day and were super prompt and efficient. I live in the top floor of an apartment building - so they had portable machines to clean the rug. They did an excellent job at a very good price and we are so glad we were able to get the rug cleaned so quickly! Highly recommend FH Carpet Cleaning for all your carpet, upholstery, rug cleaning needs. 10/10 recommend! read more

Sent out a quote request and I received it within minutes. For a townhouse with 3 levels of stairs, a living room, hallway and master bedroom, it was under $200. My appointment was at 9:00 am and they were 15 minutes early. They had their own machines and just required water from my hose. It's now 10:30 and they did a great job! Very little mess, where I just used a paper towel to wipe up. They wore protective booties over their shoes the entire time. Very pleased with the work. My house smells really clean too. read more

Great Service! I called them Thursday night because one of my dogs left a stain on our sectional sofa. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT ANSWERED AFTER 5pm and I'm glad they did! Owner gave me an estimate in a few seconds after I told him what needed to be cleaned. He also gave me a great price to clean two rugs and my bedroom carpet. The next day the owner called me before the appointment time and asked if he can show up an hour early which I appreciated. He showed up and cleaned everything perfectly. We are extremely happy with the way everything turned out. Great price, professional and on time. We couldn't ask for a better company to help us with cleaning these items. Best carpet cleaners in town! Thank you guys!! read more

On time and did a great job getting multiple grease stains out of the carpet and cleaning some very dirty tile grout. Would definitely use again. read more

FH Carpet Cleaning was extremely detail and efficient with their work. I had them do a deep clean of the carpet flooring and he brought scrubbing tool and three men for the job! Well prepared and extremely hard working. They also did a good job preparing the work area. For us that meant putting corner protection so hoses and wires won't damage the property. I was especially impressed with them being on time. Literally on the dot. I've had some bad experiences with contractors being late (which always results in delayed overall project timeline). read more

Francisco did such an amazing job cleaning my West Elm chenille tweed sectional! My 12 year old, incontinent dog has completely messed up my couch with old and new stains that I tried to clean myself. His response time was also extremely quick and he was punctual (something that's really hard to find these days) and got the stains out thoroughly but quickly. He was also extremely warm and friendly and accommodating when it came to my condo being tri-level and trying to find a faucet, and also helping to put my furniture back. All in all I highly recommend him for his great work and service. read more

I used this company and was very happy with the response and the cleaning job. I would use them again.

I was looking for someone to clean my upholstered chairs and my sectional couch. I've had them for over 5 years. I have a little boy as well as dogs. Over the years, they have gotten quite dirty and I was even told that I would have to reupholster my bench that goes along with my dining room set. I'm so happy I found this cleaning service because they completely cleaned everything for me. All the stains came out. We had an appointment at 10:30 AM but he called me and said he can do 9:30 AM instead and I was so happy about that because we have a busy day ahead of us. The price was extremely reasonable over others that I had inquired especially for the service that you . They were both so nice, efficient and the service was done very quickly. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. read more

Great communication from this company, they were available same day for an emergency couch cleaning after my kitty got sick and peed where he shouldn't have. If you have pets you know cat urine is the worst to get the smell out of, but the guys that came to take care of the mess were experts! Targeted the wet spots specifically with deep cleaning scent boosters and got the whole couch looking brand new, couldn't be happier! Will definitely keep them bookmarked for future accidents read more

Don't you hate it when you are trying to call around businesses to get quotes but no one answers. Ugh I do. Francisco answered me when I called. It was a Saturday and we set something up right away. He was busy when I called too but he still took my call. I am very happy I found FH carpet cleaning. They did an amazing job. My room was upstairs and that wasn't an issue for them. He also cleaned by couch. They came and got the job done. Great prices too. He was punctual and communicative. I asked him to confirm with me the day before and he did.
