Sent out a quote request and I received it within minutes. For a townhouse with 3 levels of stairs, a living room, hallway and master bedroom, it was under $200. My appointment was at 9:00 am and they were 15 minutes early. They had their own machines and just required water from my hose. It's now 10:30 and they did a great job!
