Overall good quality and service and hard workers. Would recommend again. Arrived one time as well.

Quick to respond and scheduled work quickly with great prices. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Quick response. They came out on President's Day and was able to get all the dog pee smell out of the carpet. I had tried to get it out on my own multiple times with a rug doctor, vinegar, etc. and nothing worked. Carpet now smells great and super happy with their service. They also cleaned the grout by our front door. Should have taken a before/after picture. Looks so much better. read more

FH Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job in my apartment. I couldn't thank them enough for making their way to Irvine and climbing 3 floors (no elevator) with equipment to handle the job at a fair rate. They removed all the stains and concerns I had with the carpet (I just moved in). I can breathe, I feel great, and at peace in my apartment after they left. You don't realize what dust, dirt, and gunk you're tracking in on a daily basis, also what hovers in after opening your windows all day, dirt constantly accumulates in carpet. I had no Choice, I'm renting this place and decided to hire FH Carpet Cleaning and will continue using their professional services at least 3-4 times a year. I highly recommend FH Carpet cleaning for your house cleaning needs. They are worth every penny. They were professional, understanding, and very helpful. They handled my 900sqft apartment, 2-story townhome, along with each carpeted staircase leading up to my room. Professional equipment, divided and conquer, and finished the job with no mess. Thank you guys so much for your services! read more

Highly recommend! We rent and are pretty sure our landlord didn't clean the carpet before we moved in. We wanted to get the stained stairs on the carpet cleaned but didn't want to spend a lot, especially since our lease ends soon. We got several quotes from Yelp. Francisco's was the best and he was also one of the only vendors who didn't ask for a minimum spend to come out. He was easy to schedule with, early to the appt, efficient, friendly, and our carpet looks great! It feels so much better being in the space now. We will for sure contact FH next time we need carpet cleaning. (Bonus is that before cleaning I was concerned our landlord would charge us upon move out for the carpet that was in bad shape before we moved in. Now it looks well-cared for and cost so much less to get it in good shape than if our landlord charged us to clean it.) Will post photo as soon as I figure out how to! read more

Wow. That's all I can say. Francisco is not only a hard worker, but a very pleasant man to meet. I've hired other cleaners in the past and nobody compares to Francisco. He responded to my request for quote in seconds. Crazy how fast he quoted, and without a ton of detail. Arrived promptly at the stated time. Cleaned my sectional and area rug, and I mean every inch of the sectional was cleaned. He didn't just run over the rug with a steamer. He and his partner were using a brush to lift stains. Pricing? Beyond fair. In fact I made a point to tip and send more because I almost felt guilty for the time they spent and the job done. I will never use another carpet cleaner again. 5 stars isn't enough. Thanks Francisco and Rafael. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. read more

Francisco and his team were responsive and on time. I have a 2 story house with carpet on the staircase and upstairs that needed cleaning. The price and value were worth it. We recently had our area rug and velvet couch cleaned by FH carpet cleaning and we couldn't be happier with their services. Their communication was great from the get go and prior to quoting me they asked for pictures and details on the services I needed, unlike some of the other places we reached out to. They were beyond friendly and came in to work and handle business. We have already recommended them to friends and family and look forward to using them for future cleaning services.
