Spoil alert! I won't be back unless I get an apology on here for everyone to see. I had the squash soup and a vegetarian wrap. They were both very good but not great. I asked the waitress to hold the cucumbers on the wrap. She said ok. Wrap came with cucumbers. When we were done we waited for 10 minutes for her to come back so we could get a check. We were seated outside and my daughter had here little dog. So finally we went in and all the wait staff were in the back. The place was real slow with two tables occupied and about 4 wait staff. I asked the bartender for my check. 5 minutes later our waitress comes out from the back and loudly scolds me about bringing the dog inside. She didn't care how long we were waiting or that the dog is a licensed service dog. She got $1 tip and I regret giving her that much. My tips are usually 15 to 30%. This is one of our usual brunch spots. For some reason we only have come here for brunch and the occasional evening cocktail, never for dinner. The decor is fun and the staff is always pleasant but you can usually expect to wait a little longer than you'd like for your meal. Today we were a bit disappointed. We ordered the French Toast and Eggs Florentine plus a side of crispy bacon. Both the french toast and eggs were cold and we waited too long for the food to come out. Once we let them know about the cold food they quickly made a new meal without any qualms. Normally their french toast is amazing and their bruch overall is solid. Giving this place a 3 because of our good experiences in the past. If you are looking for a good brunch give Fetch a shot. read more

Went with a friend and had a very strange experience and not in a good way. My friend ordered a cheese steak that came with chez whiz. There wasnt enough cheese so she asked the waitress for more cheese. You would think that would take two minutes. ...nope. Meanwhile her dinner was cold and she expressed that to the waitress. The waitress just said sorry and walked away. Maybe it is me...i would have taken the plate and brought it back warmed up with more cheese. Not what happened...she just put the cheese down and left saying sorry about 10 minutes later. Loved the place itself. Not the service. read more

A group of 4 of us came here after apple picking nearby for dinner and a drink. The interior of this restaurant is clean. The tables are pretty close together and there are pictures of dogs all over the walls. The portions here were very large. The beer selections here aren't as good as other restaurants in the area. The buffalo chicken tenders ($9) would have been a full meal of their own though they're an appetizer. My friend got a thanksgiving themed bowl which he said was delicious but he couldn't even finish half of it. My other two friends got burgers and fries ($10-15) which they said were decent. I got the chicken sandwich ($12) and added bacon to spruce it up a bit more. My gripe with this restaurant was that after bringing our drink order and taking our meal order, our waiter never came back to check on us until we were ready for the bill. Someone else dropped our meals to us and my chicken sandwich was less than great. It should have been grilled chicken, avocado, an herb mayo, and bacon on a roll with fries. What I ended up getting was grilled chicken and bacon on a roll and it was so dry my beer couldn't even wash it down. No matter how hard we all tried at my table we couldn't flag any waiter down. All I needed was some sort of sauce, but to no avail. I think we each ended up paying about $25/pp when the bill was said and done. I wouldn't come back here next time I'm in the area. read more

We've been before and loved it. Today, not so much. Egg rolls were cold in the middle. Waitress said she would bring a new order. The plate came back out with the same egg rolls. The one that I had taken a bite out of when I realized they were cold was re plated with the bite missing. Next, after taking a few sips from my water, I noticed there was a DIME in the bottom of the glass. Unbelievable! Restroom was dirty, trash overflowing, just gross. Cute place! Love all the pictures and artwork of all the dogs all over the place. I loved the whole atmosphere of the place. My friend and I couldn't even make it halfway through our drinks because they were pretty strong. I guess thats the gamble you make with fruity mixed drinks. They made for a cute snapchat pic though. I had the mac and cheese. It was a good size and very creamy and cheesy. It has ritz crackers crumbled on top but I thought there was a little too much of it. It kinda overpowered the actual mac and cheese a little. But other than that it deff satisfied my "comfort food" craving. I've been here quite a few times, as I live in the area. I usually have my dogs with me and we sit outside. Depending on the server, they'll usually bring water for the dogs without me asking, which is nice. The veggie wrap is good. Super fresh cooked but chilled veggies with balsamic dressing. The butternut squash soup is delicious (sweet) and a nice contrast to the wrap. You can get fries instead. It's around $12 for everything; a good amount of food for your money and a nice setting. The fig flatbread is also amazing. The veggie burger was just OK- cooked on a flat grill so kind of oily. Food seems to be pretty consistent as far as freshness, quality, and taste. I only gave 4 stars because the service is hit or miss. There is one girl who is there a lot that is great, but some of the other serves seem like they just don't care, which is frustrating (10+ year service industry worker right here. I care!). Well after a lovely stroll through the village of warwick a hunger grew with in. A kind local suggested I go to a lovely dog restaurant and I was all in. The staff was very delightful and a kind young man named tom introduced himself and told me all about his electronic dance music whilst serving me a refreshing cocktail. Everything was going great until the menu came. I searched and searched and to my dismay absolutely no dog Meat was offered. I beckoned the waitress and enquired if perhaps they had a dog rib eye or a dog fillet on the specials. She seemed perplexed and said she would ask the chef. I simply wanted a nice stroll down memory lane to the days of my mother's dog stew on a chilly fall day but I was let down. What kind of dog themed restaurant has no dog meat. I strongly suggest they start serving dog or at least put a sign to let patrons know that dog meat is not what's for dinner. read more

Maybe name some dishes after certain breeds of dogs to keep with the theme. And they're famous for their egg rolls. Really? Egg rolls are the best item you can come up with? It has been said that, "Three times is the charm." Fetch opened in the same location after two failed attempts by different owners and themes. I love dogs (I had three) and so do the owners of Fetch. Before you enter this place, the photos and paintings that adorn the walls could make a cat lover dine someplace else, but I found it, well, charming. The menu has interesting twists, like the Thanksgiving Eggroll that comes complete with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce inside and a side of gravy for dipping. It was a bit pricey, but it certainly has me thinking about the holiday. We have also tried the lovely small-plate of Grilled Calamari with Sautéed Greens and Grilled Potatoes. And we enjoyed the Grilled Flatbread, but also found this to be a bit pricey outside of Manhattan. I am still looking for a decent burger in Warwick and Fetch cannot satisfy this craving, however, the Pulled Pork Sloppy Joe was a moist and flavorful sandwich that would please any appetite. The Vegetable Wrap was punctuated with roasted peppers and a lip-smacking vinaigrette. And we have also enjoyed a kitschy 'Turkey Pot' - a layered meal served inside a porcelain camping pot with the standards of turkey, mashed potato, stuffing, cranberry & gravy. I have now been to Fetch a few times and have noticed one thing that is inconsistent - the French Fries. On two occasions shortly after Fetch first opened, the fries arrived soggy and limp, but they were perfect on a subsequent visit. I'll keep you posted. All-in-all, the food at Fetch is nothing to bark at, but the pictures of all of those dogs and seeing the many happy families makes me wonder when I can scratch and sniff my way back into this seemingly popular addition to Warwick. We got seated right away which was great but the place was half full anyway. We waited 40 minutes for the food to come out. They forgot the soup appetizer and brought it later on and it was ice cold (they took it off the bill as we could not eat it). I asked for the egg rolls and they said they had NO egg rolls left. The table next to me, seated after me, got egg rolls......not one order.......not two orders, but THREE! This made me FURIOUS! It was the ONE thing I wanted to try and I had to settle on a burger that I can get anywhere. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. When they first opened the food was much better...seemed like they cut corners. We arrive at 4:30pm on a Thursday. We were offered the "twilight" menu, since apparently the dinner menu is not offered until 5pm. There was hardly anything on the twilight menu...my husband has a gluten allergy also. Pretty lazy cooks if you ask me to offer this kind of menu. At least offer a full lunch menu until dinner time. We even saw two women walk out and come back at 5pm because they didn't like the twilight menu. We decided to order a salad and some soup to kill time before 5PM so we could order from the full dinner menu. My husband ordered a wedge salad which was basically iceburg lettuce in a bowl with blue cheese squirted on it. I've been to other places and a wedge salad is usually presented much nicer with bacon on it. This literally looked like someone just shoved a hunk of lettuce in a bowl and squirted Ken's Blue Cheese dressing on it. I could make a better salad at home. I ordered the butternut squash soup. It was so bad I couldn't continue eating it. I asked it I could exchange it for the beefsteak tomato soup...She was very friendly and understood. She said the soup has apple cider in it which gives it a sweet taste. I told her, you might want to offer that soup as dessert! It was awful! So, my beefsteak tomato soup comes....I kid you not...it looked like the chef put a ladle of pasta sauce in a cup and called it soup!! It tasted ok, but not really soup! I felt like asking for some pasta to dip in it! For entrees, my husband ordered a steak, and I ordered a dinner sized salad (forget the name) which came with cornmeal breaded chicken, avocado, tomato, bacon, lettuce, and cheese. It was tossed in what tasted like store bought honey mustard dressing - reminiscent of Pfiefer dressing. I had to fish for the avocado and bacon...very skimpy! It was OK, nothing to rave about. My husband's steak was just OK. There are so many other restaurants these days that offer a gluten free menu, or gluten free buns for sandwiches. This place is not gluten free friendly hardly at all. They just tell you order something without the bread. I don't think we will be back anytime soon. Just isn't the same as it used to be. I hope the owner reads this perhaps and takes this as constructive feedback. This place needs improvement. read more

The food here did not disappoint. One of the local shop owners sent us here. The squash soup and Thanksgiving eggrolls with gravy dipping sauce were delicious. Our only disappointment was that they were severely understaffed and when two friends came in behind us with a dog, that was not a service dog, the hostess became distracted and focused all of her attention on them because they wouldn't take no for an answer. We finally asked if we could seat ourselves at the open table. So we did. It was a busy weekend, being Thanksgiving weekend, but a good manager would plan for that. My wife and I keep trying to like this place, but it's a no go. Service was strong when we first walked in, but weak toward the end. Three servers yet nobody wanted to get us more water. Everybody raves about the Philly Cheese Steak, but it's so weak. The roll was stale, the meat was dry, and it just needs more Wiz. The PCS and Thanksgiving eggrolls were just too oily. The food was fresh enough but everything we had lacked any flavor I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had grilled chicken a little dried out and had no taste it was suppose to have olive oil and balsamic dressing which it did about a teaspoon dabbed in the center of the bun. My wife had a Caesar Salad with grilled chicken once again dry tasteless chicken and the dressing should of been called Mustard Vinaigrette the predominant flavor was mustard it was ok but be warned if you don't like mustard. The cheesesteaks are the best I've eaten outside of Philadelphia! Honestly I've never tried any of the other food because the cheesesteaks are so great. However, other people I've dined with have always enjoyed their food as well. It does get crowded, especially at peak times and during the fall, so takeout is always a good option. read more

The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible and the restaurant wasn't even crowded- no more than 5 tables of people with 3 waitresses working. A family of 6 were waiting so long to be seated in an empty restaurant that they left because no one came to greet and seat them. When the waitress came to take our drink order she looked at people coming in, rolled her eyes, huffed and spaced out from when she initially asked what we would like to drink. Then I had to repeat "water please" because of her lack of attention. We waited about 20 minutes before she came back to take our food order. When we asked for the check, the waitress sat at the bar with the other 2 waitresses and they were loudly complaining about people that were sitting outside. We also asked for boxes for the rest of our lunch to take home and she never brought them. It's a shame that the service was so bad because we really enjoyed the food, liked the decor and had heard good things from friends that go there. Fetch is awesome! Nusseled into the little town of warwick, its homey comfort food is outstanding. I could recommend a few things. For starters, the thanksgiving egg rolls are delicious! Its everything you want leftover from thanksgiving, fit into a delectible egg roll with a mushroom brown gravy dipping sauce! I love their cheese steaks too... Bread is amazing and they use "the whiz" like they do in Philly. Its a dog themed restaurant with tons of dog pics and paintings and such. Good craft beer and a very nice environment.
