We also inspect your propane tank from top to bottom along with your propane appliances." so Mr. Manager, who asked you to perform any tests??? The tanks and the regulator is your responsibility I understand (soap test) the rest of the infrastructure is MY responsibility. If I need the pipes/stove inside my house to be inspected I would hire a licensed inspector. You don't seem to get that you're using words like "risk" and "safety" to extort $69 from customers when AGAIN, all you need to do is a soap test on the regulator and the tank fittings THAT'S IT, that's all you are liable for in case of an incident, and you know it!!!
