I'm so glad they reached out. I called and spoke with Kerry (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), and she was absolutely wonderful. She provided excellent customer service, made setting up our account quick and easy, and scheduled both a propane delivery and a line inspection. I called on Tuesday, and they were able to schedule us for Friday. As promised, Robert called about 30 minutes before arriving. He completed the inspection and was equally professional, friendly, and helpful. Both Kerry and Robert made the entire process seamless. From start to finish, this was a simple, pleasant experience. We even shared a few laughs while scheduling. The personal attention and genuine customer service made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another account number. During the inspection, we perform a pressure test on your gas line through your home to ensure that there are no leaks. We also inspect your propane tank from top to bottom along with your propane appliances." so Mr. Manager, who asked you to perform any tests??? The tanks and the regulator is your responsibility I understand (soap test) the rest of the infrastructure is MY responsibility. If I need the pipes/stove inside my house to be inspected I would hire a licensed inspector. You don't seem to get that you're using words like "risk" and "safety" to extort $69 from customers when AGAIN, all you need to do is a soap test on the regulator and the tank fittings THAT'S IT, that's all you are liable for in case of an incident, and you know it!!! So if you do your JOB RIGHT with the tanks there's no problems is there???
