I had high hopes since at first the customer service and delivery were good. But the tank I have smells terrible...smelling up my patio...I thought it would go away and didn't...and the tank lasted 4 uses on a small grill. That's right it used 1/4 tank each time I used it. A propane tank should last approximately 25 uses, not 4. I contacted Az Propane Express by email and they won't respond. So much for customer service. All they had to do was reply and make the situation right and they could not do that. A business is only as good as their customer service. My experience was amazing with this company! We have had our propane tanks filled multiple times, and never liked the company we used before! We always had to wait a couple weeks to get our tanks refilled....and with this company, he came out next day! We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who went above and beyond to address our every need! I am so thankful we found someone to refill our 100Lb tanks, as well as our portable bbq/heater tanks! Brilliant idea! Heard about this company on Amazon Local. Talked to Wayne, the owner, who was very nice. All I had to do was put my empty tank near my front porch before I left for work in the morning, and he came by, as scheduled. When I came home from work, the new tank was at home waiting for me. I didn't even need to be there for the exchange! No more carrying empty tanks to Lowe's, Walgreens, or Fry's anymore! Great price. Wayne not only delivered a new tank of gas (propane) to us but he carried it around back and hooked it up at no additional charge. Due to my disability, this is a very hard task to complete as the weight of the filled tank is probably around 40lbs and then to walk to the back patio and disconnect the old tank and install the new, is simply a very difficult thing for me. Wayne charges a very reasonable fee compared to the other propane resellers and then he delivers and installs too. My wife and I are VERY PLEASED!!!! read more

I have a gas patio heater and utilize this service only in the winter. Only reason I mention this is if I had a propane verse natural gas grill I would use them year round! Absolutely the best service at a great price. Beats loading empties in car and lugging them for refills when you can just enjoy them being delivered to your home!!
