I found Diamondback Propane on Yelp while searching for an alternative to a local grocery store or gas station to swap out my gas grill propane tank. Diamondback actually refills your tank and charges you only for the amount you receive. Our tank was empty and the cost was $15 to fill! You can't beat that! Also, it's quick and easy, just pull up to either side of the propane pump, they fill you up, give you a ticket and you go inside to pay. And if you're lucky you get to meet Sherie and she'll make you feel welcome and leave there with a new friend! This place is great very easy, you just pull up next to their gated propane refill and they will fill you up and give you a sticky not with the gallon amount on it then you bring it in side and they ring you up. Easy process to refill heater tanks. Pulled up, gave tank to the attendant and within a couple minutes had my 3 tanks filled and he put them back in my car for me. You then park your car and go inside and pay. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Great thing vs swapping out tanks at other places is you only pay for what you need. read more

Just an FYI to anyone in Queen Valley needing a propane delivery service...Don't bother calling Diamondback if you are looking for anything resembling Customer Service... I'm 70 yrs old and had to unhook and move my 4 #100 pounders out to make it more convenient for the young 20something to fill the tanks...once filled he said that he could not help me get them back in place or help hook them up claiming a policy issue... They made a brass fitting for my propane tank many months ago. An undetectable (smell) very small amount of gas built up and permeated throughout my RV for four months. I was very sick for a long time and went to the doctor. To no avail. Subsequently, I stumbled upon this problem with a gas leak detector - over my bed. We went back and forth. Me saying there was a leak right there and them saying there was not and that smell didn't mean anything. They charged me a lot of money for their faulty part and installation. It cost me $228.49 to fix what was killing me by a reputable company. I went to talk to the owner to get re-imbursed for what they cost me. HA! Guess what he said. This company is terrible. I had my propane tank filled at a steep price tag of $180.00. I didn't use the tank for nearly 2 years, however when I tried to use it the propane was gone. They came out and inspected the propane tank and advised there was not a leak. They proceeded to fill both tanks without my approval and to top it off left my gate open so my dog escaped. The guy that makes the decisions - Bill, had nothing to offer except to pick up the tanks. I gladly accepted. What terrible customer service. Without saying it, they basically said I'm a liar and I must have used the propane because the tanks are fine. I'm happy to pay for the things I use. I'm now out $180.00 for propane I did not use.
