I used my Mastercard which, I KNEW has money and she stated that it was declined. I used my Visa card which I also KNEW has money, again she says declined...I used my Amex which again KNEW IT HAS MONEY, again DECLINED ... SHE WAS FULL OF IT and the only reason I know that, is because she never ran them because they are all set up to send me alerts which none did! THE machine didn't make a decline noise nor did it say declined. Finally I told her, "I KNOW" that I have money on these so it's your machine, respectfully. Oooh ...then, suddenly the first Mastercard that I used, went through! Honestly. I felt as if she did that on purpose. Grownups don't have time to play games SABRINA!!! She asked if I wanted a receipt and at first I said no but then, I said yes because I didn't trust her. I get the receipt and it clearly shows she was running $60 and voiding it out as she was pretending to be processing them. Who does that!!! Shady chick! Gas station Karen! Remind you, that anytime a transaction is run on my credit cards, I GET IMMEDIATE ALERTS...I NEVER GOT ANY UNTIL THE END WHEN SHE FINALLY ALLOWED ME TO PROCESS... what a joke! For those having issues w the business,…read morethis might help. 1- You drive up w a car or truck 2- You pay(if you can't figure it out, an attendant usually comes to help you once he notices you are ignorant and can't figure it out) 3- You wait for the guard to lift(Important--wait for it to lift up) 4- You drive 50 feet to the entrance(The entrance is where the car gets washed) 5- Follow the attendants instructions(Tip-roll your windows UP) 6- Once car starts to move, do nothing(Hint-you don't need to use your windshield wipers) 7- Wait for green arrows at exit to tell you to drive away 8- Decision time... Park at vacuums and clean inside of car or leave parking lot and continue on w your life If bird crap has been on the car for a few days, it might have a little spot visible..due to the heat engraving it into the car, but this could happen at other car washes also.

Have never needed to ask the attendant for assistance. Clear instructions at each pump. Decent gas prices all the time, IMHO. Made even better by using Fry's Fuel points. Water and squeegees are available for cleaning your vehicle's windows. Directional arrows are on the ground showing customers which way they are supposed to pull in and out of each row of pumps - not that the customers always follow these directions. If you are in the area this is a great place to stop in and fill up. There's also a fully stocked Fry's Marketplace with groceries, apparel, a Starbucks, etc. within walking distance. So you can build up your fuel points, of course.

I believe it opened just a few months ago and is even closer to us, so I've been going to this location instead of the other one, and I like it a lot more! Not only is it shiny and new, but the staff is pleasant, my car looks great every time, and the towels are always stocked. Plus, this location has almost double the vacuum bays compared to the other one, and it's less crowded. And did I mention how much closer it is to us? I haven't seen anyone getting their car detailed yet, just the self-serve, so I'm not sure if they have that option. But as soon as they do, I'm definitely trying it!
