She must've thought that I was a teeny bopper driving my parents car and using my parents cc because of how she acted. I asked for $20, (to keep it full since gas prices keep changing and I would rather keep it ful)...irrelevant.... anyway, she rang up $60. Read on... I used my Mastercard which, I KNEW has money and she stated that it was declined. I used my Visa card which I also KNEW has money, again she says declined...I used my Amex which again KNEW IT HAS MONEY, again DECLINED ... SHE WAS FULL OF IT and the only reason I know that, is because she never ran them because they are all set up to send me alerts which none did! THE machine didn't make a decline noise nor did it say declined. Finally I told her, "I KNOW" that I have money on these so it's your machine, respectfully. Oooh ...then, suddenly the first Mastercard that I used, went through! Honestly. I felt as if she did that on purpose. Grownups don't have time to play games SABRINA!!! She asked if I wanted a receipt and at first I said no but then, I said yes because I didn't trust her. I get the receipt and it clearly shows she was running $60 and voiding it out as she was pretending to be processing them. Who does that!!! Shady chick! Gas station Karen! Remind you, that anytime a transaction is run on my credit cards, I GET IMMEDIATE ALERTS...I NEVER GOT ANY UNTIL THE END WHEN SHE FINALLY ALLOWED ME TO PROCESS... what a joke! I'll stop here again, if I'm running out of gas , that's how often I'll stop! If you go here and aren't on Sabrina's level... beware... your cc will decline even if you KNOW that you have money on them!

Have never needed to ask the attendant for assistance. Clear instructions at each pump. Decent gas prices all the time, IMHO. Made even better by using Fry's Fuel points. Water and squeegees are available for cleaning your vehicle's windows. Directional arrows are on the ground showing customers which way they are supposed to pull in and out of each row of pumps - not that the customers always follow these directions. If you are in the area this is a great place to stop in and fill up. There's also a fully stocked Fry's Marketplace with groceries, apparel, a Starbucks, etc. within walking distance. So you can build up your fuel points, of course.

I specifically asked if this was a monthly subscription because I did not want to sign up for recurring charges. I was assured that it was only a one-time deal. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was being charged a monthly fee after the 30 days ended, and it has now happened again. When I tried to cancel the service, I was told I would need to pay $21.95 to cancel something I never knowingly agreed to in the first place. I want to be clear that I have no complaints about the quality of the car wash service itself. My issue is with being enrolled in a subscription that I explicitly stated I did not want.

I do Salem when some heavy-duty grime has hit the car, and it definitely got the job done! They have I believe 4 Bays available to wash, and most vehicles spend no more than 5-10 mins so the wait isn't so bad. The nice thing is the bay takes a credit card, but be advised to monitor your time as you're doing each item, as it will continue to roll and charge after the base time provided. It's pretty straightforward if you've ever used one before. Make sure to actually switch & push stop and cancel on the dial when done. For this recent trip, I spent about $5 & yes, I managed to scrub off all of the bugs in the front and hit on some other areas that the typical car wash misses (unlimited wash one). When I'm done, I didn't stress too much about cleaning the interior or drying it down and just drive it over to the unlimited place and let them deal with it when I have time. The location is important to me and one of the few that offers/has a "touch" approach to cleaning the car at a very low price.
