Rosco is an artist and very fair in his pricing. He turned my mediocre fitting aftermarket cat back into a perfectly aligned and sealed system. He welded up the slip joint for a leak free system. Let's talk about the welds for a second. Rosco TIG welded with stainless fill wire. This is hard to find most places will MIG with mild steel wire that will rust out from the inside. His welds are nicer than factory. You will pay more than a run of the mill muffler shop but this is the real deal and a long lasting quality job. Worst experience I've had with a shop in a long time. I went out of my way to be as transparent and easy to work with as possible. I sent them a detailed message explaining EXACTLY what I wanted done to my Mustang -- full exhaust setup, how I wanted it mounted, clamps, O2 bungs, everything. I literally did their job for them and made it easy. All I asked for was a rough price range before driving OVER AN HOUR to their shop. Not an exact quote. Just a simple "around this much depending on fabrication." Any decent shop can give a ballpark estimate. Instead, they ignored most of my message, barely communicated, wouldn't answer straight, and kept pushing me to drive all the way over there just for them to look at the car for 10 minutes. I called multiple times and it felt like they genuinely did not care about wasting my time. Then they acted like what I was asking was unreasonable and basically said no shop in Arizona would do what I wanted. Funny enough, less than 10 minutes later I found another shop that actually knows how to communicate, gave me a price, and scheduled me immediately. What made it even worse was seeing them joke on Instagram stories about "if you're not a good customer we don't want to work with you." Meanwhile I was being EXTREMELY clear, respectful, transparent, and serious about spending over $1,000 with them. So if THIS is how they treat someone trying their best to be a straightforward customer, imagine how they'll treat everyone else. Communication was trash, customer service was trash, and they lost themselves an easy customer because of their ego. read more

I highly recommend this shop for exhaust, emissions issues, and any welding work. My experience with Rosco was phenomenal. He is highly professional, knows exactly what he's doing, and quickly pinpointed the real issue with my exhaust system. I had failed the emissions test with a P0420 code, which usually means the catalytic converter needs replacing. I went to several VVRP-authorized auto shops for quotes, and all of them told me I'd need to leave my car for 2-3 days, with repair estimates ranging from $2,500-$4,500. The problem? My car is only worth about $2,000! Rosco turned out to be a lifesaver. Using his diagnostic tools, he determined it was only a sensor issue. The part cost just $100, and he replaced it in about 5 minutes. After driving 75 miles on the highway, my car passed the emissions test without any problem. Even when a hanger was welded and it was slightly off he cut it and re positioned it to the correct spot. I had a cat back exhaust installed on my '18 mustang GT at their Tempe location off of Mill. The entire process took about 3 hours from time I dropped it off until I was able to pick it up. Due to work, I had to delay picking it up a few hours. They were willing to keep the shop open a little later than usual so I could get a ride after work to pick up my vehicle. Work done was flawless and even fixed an issue with the parts provided not working. Overall, my impression was that they are very proud of their work and knowledgeable in the area of exhaust work. In the future, when I eventually decide I need headers, which I understand is a much more involved task, I would trust this company to do the work over any other. Prices were very reasonable, work was done perfectly, and I could not be happier with the end result. I took my car in today because the mid pip from my exhaust was loose and essentially fell off where it connected to the cat back exhaust system.
