They didn't have anything the day I walked in but they were able to schedule me for the very next day. Clean office. Smells good. Nice staff.

I will never let FEA fill my prescription again…read more 3 weeks after my order was placed, I had the not received any update on my order.When I called them I was informed my lenses were scratched so bad they had to redo the lenses. 4 weeks after the order was placed I still had not been contacted in any form of an update. I called again. They said it will take another week. 5 weeks after I placed my order, I was notified by text message they are ready to be picked up at 3:45 on Friday. They close at 5:00. I picked them up the following Monday. They forgot to put the transitional tint on the lenses. I returned them the next day to have the tint installed on them. 7 weeks later after my initial order I received my glasses. I had to return to the store due to some wire hanging down from the top of one of the lenses. There is not a manager there so you end up dealing with a receptionist. I was only informed of any update twice only because I let the receptionist know when calling to get an update. When I called, the receptionist acted like it was an inconvenience to give me an update on my order. Horrible customer service. FEA will not get my business in the future.

I asked why the auto system is sending out messages 10 minutes before thy close I was home all day and could come to get them, I will not be home tomorrow and will not be able to get them until Wednesday. Glasses are important - that automated system is set up horribly wrong and Paige's customer service skills need work too

Minimal time. Dr Garza pays attention to listen to my questions and did not rush to go see his next patient. After examination I decided to update my glasses and lenses. Prices were very good and it seemed the quality of eye wear offered were of solid brands. I should get my new glasses in a week or so. The mall firms can probably compete with frames and lenses, but it felt nice to patronize a local family owned business. Definately will be back when it's time for my next examination.

I was running 4 mins behind due to traffic and they went ahead and brought in the appointment behind me since they were already there and waiting. Not ideal for me of course but great if the shoe had been on the other foot. It's a pretty cozy space so I waited for the appointment to wrap up by admiring the small town views and a few new pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had just as much of an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I didn't feel rushed at all going through my exam and she gave me thoughtful suggestions on my next steps to ensure that my eye health was being prioritized. I also appreciated that Dr. Nguyen sanitized the equipment before having me use each machine. At the front desk for check out, the woman who helped me there was also really patient as I scrambled to find my HSA card to pay. It started pouring down raining and she was even kind enough to walk me through the back door to my car so I wouldn't get as wet. I will be ordering my new contacts from here soon and was told the turnaround time is really quick. I look forward to receiving them and I am excited to have a new eye doctor.

He used to be my optometrist while he was working at target, but once he left my insurance would no longer cover the appointments, so I went too look for other optometrist in the area and they were all horrible!! I decided to make an appointment with him and pay the extra out of network fee and it's was absolutely worth it!! He's is passionate about what he does and invest into his profession by having new high end equipment!!! He is extremely nice and patient with his people!! The lady's at the front desk are also extremely nice and helpful!!! Within minutes, I was escorted to the back by a young lady who asked me questions about my medical history and took some eye readings and turned out we had the exact same pair of eye glasses which progressed into a long discussion about our favorite imported frame vendor! I didn't get her name but she was very personable. Then came my eye exam with Dr. Peterson who listened to my concerns and was able to hook me up with a prescription for new reading glasses. There were some pretty cool high tech features that came into play while he was doing my eye exam. He was also pretty funny and has a great music selection playing in the waiting room (this is one of those things I take notice of anytime I'm in a business and makes an impression on me). Last, was my interaction with Ray who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. He was very helpful in recommending frames to try on while still letting me do my own thing and he was also very patient while I struggled to make a decision. One thing I love about this practice is their vast selection of designer frames. I've been to other practices where I struggle just to find "a" pair that is decent. I have the opposite problem here (can't decide on which one I like most!). This is my 3rd pair of glasses I've purchased from this location. I would highly recommend everyone to give them a try especially if you're new in town or looking to switch providers.
