Do not come here!!!…read more For starters, The exam room where they check your eyes was uncomfortably hot, humid, and stuffy, which made the appointment less pleasant from the start. My mom ordered a pair of glasses on June 1 and was told they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After more than two weeks passed with no update, she called on June 23 to ask when she could pick up her glasses. She was told they would be ready on June 24 and that she would receive a call or text when they were available. June 24 came and went, but no one ever contacted her. After another week passed with no communication, she called again on July 1 to ask about the status of her glasses and requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor explained that there had been an issue with the machine that cuts the lenses, which was the reason for the delay. This was the first time anyone had mentioned there was a problem, despite the office previously saying the glasses would be ready and that they would keep her updated. She was then told that the lenses had just been cut that day and that the glasses would be ready for pickup later on July 1 after she got off work. The lack of updates and conflicting information throughout the process was very frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. When she got home and was simply cleaning the glasses, one of the lenses popped out with almost no pressure. This should not have happened with a brand-new pair of glasses. She returned on July 6 to have them fixed, but the front desk employee never apologized for the inconvenience or showed any empathy. Instead, she simply took the glasses and offered my mom a different pair to wear temporarily, even though my mom just wanted the glasses she paid for to be fixed. She left empty-handed, and now we're still waiting after more than a month from when the glasses were originally ordered. The repeated delays, lack of communication, poor quality control, and disappointing customer service made this a very frustrating experience.

I was running 4 mins behind due to traffic and they went ahead and brought in the appointment behind me since they were already there and waiting. Not ideal for me of course but great if the shoe had been on the other foot. It's a pretty cozy space so I waited for the appointment to wrap up by admiring the small town views and a few new pair of glasses. Dr. Nguyen was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and made sure that I had just as much of an understanding of what was going on with my eyes. I didn't feel rushed at all going through my exam and she gave me thoughtful suggestions on my next steps to ensure that my eye health was being prioritized. I also appreciated that Dr. Nguyen sanitized the equipment before having me use each machine. At the front desk for check out, the woman who helped me there was also really patient as I scrambled to find my HSA card to pay. It started pouring down raining and she was even kind enough to walk me through the back door to my car so I wouldn't get as wet. He used to be my optometrist while he was working at target, but once he left my insurance would no longer cover the appointments, so I went too look for other optometrist in the area and they were all horrible!! I decided to make an appointment with him and pay the extra out of network fee and it's was absolutely worth it!! He's is passionate about what he does and invest into his profession by having new high end equipment!!! He is extremely nice and patient with his people!! The lady's at the front desk are also extremely nice and helpful!!! Within minutes, I was escorted to the back by a young lady who asked me questions about my medical history and took some eye readings and turned out we had the exact same pair of eye glasses which progressed into a long discussion about our favorite imported frame vendor! I didn't get her name but she was very personable. Then came my eye exam with Dr. Peterson who listened to my concerns and was able to hook me up with a prescription for new reading glasses. There were some pretty cool high tech features that came into play while he was doing my eye exam. He was also pretty funny and has a great music selection playing in the waiting room (this is one of those things I take notice of anytime I'm in a business and makes an impression on me). Last, was my interaction with Ray who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. He was very helpful in recommending frames to try on while still letting me do my own thing and he was also very patient while I struggled to make a decision. One thing I love about this practice is their vast selection of designer frames. I've been to other practices where I struggle just to find "a" pair that is decent. I have the opposite problem here (can't decide on which one I like most!). This is my 3rd pair of glasses I've purchased from this location. I've been to this location 3 times, one per each of the last 3 years. First year I was there, my…read moreeye glasses had to be corrected 2 times because they were not good to me. I was told that it was maybe because I was used to "cheap" eyeglasses (I used to have them done in Walmart, or Sam's or Costco). Second year I went there, I was sure my measure had changed because I was kind of uncomfortable with the old eyeglasses. The doctor told me that the measure had not changed but pointed out that my 62 year old eyes were not the same as younger eyes. Really? Do we need a reminder we are getting old? I decided not to be so sensitive and gave them another opportunity this year, because I believe in second chances. BIG MISTAKE! After waiting for a week or more, I was told my eyeglasses had been sent to another location in a different state. Then, when I finally got them, once again, I could not read with them. They took it back to make an adjustment. Mind you, this time I was wearing THEIR glasses, not the "cheap" ones, as before, so it was not a matter of adjusting to a better quality. A week or more after I received the new eyeglasses. The left lens was incorrectly cut and kept falling off the frame. Took the eyeglasses back for yet another fixing. 3 weeks in a row I was told that the eyeglasses were going to be ready "next week", and Brian kept apologizing profusely for all the issues. After the 3rd time the eyeglasses were not ready when I was told they were going to be ready, Brian told me they were giving me the money back (I did not ask for it, he offered it), which they did. Today I went there decided to just get my prescription and have the eyeglasses done somewhere else. Something I didn't do before, because I did not want to wait again for the glasses to be ready somewhere else. This time the glasses were finally there. Out came Brian with the eyeglasses, and put them on the table while telling me that they did not have any warranty anymore because they had refunded me with the cost. Again, I did not ask for it! So, at this point, I hope this time the glasses are fine, because I will have to start all over again somewhere else if they are not, due to the refund and lack of warranty. Needless to say, I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. I have never given a review before, but this time I really felt the need to do it, not as a revenge, but an opportunity for them to improve their service, and an advise to any other want-to-be customer, so that they don't have to go through what I did.
