Hey~I'm not a clueless fool, ya know--I'm not buying their money-scheming ploys . . . Ya get my drift--you know what I mean, eh? Anyway, I seriously can't differentiate between the quality and performance between the OEM Samsung H2O filters verses the off-brand Samsung H2O refrigerator filters. To my utter surprise, the Appliance Dude informed me Home Depot sells TWO Samsung H2O filters in a package for $59.00 verses OEM Samsung H2O filters sells only ONE in a package for $49.00. I get the line "It's not us, it's our delivery service. You need to call them". I have, twice, a few days apart, and no one returns my call. I went to the store at the two-week point, got the same line; two employees, one of whom found the paperwork, assured me "hey, no problem - our delivery service is prompt". No one, including the "sales manager" Kim, seems to care nor be an advocate... it's just "it's the delivery service". A decent business would take ownership of the problem. Sadly, these guys won't.

Now Diamond Pacific (through their insurance company) is denying us fair compensation to properly replace this reliable car, which our daughter uses to get to work. Rather than do the right thing and replace the car and make us whole they are playing the low ball game. If this is how they treat a victim of their negligence then you should look elsewhere for good service.
