I took in my auger in November got quoted $150 to get it fixed when I went to pick it up I was charged $200 which was fine But they had broken the gas tank on the auger here we are almost in April and I still have not received my auger back they called me up and told me it was fixed and they wanted to charge me over another hundred dollars. I don't know how business is done where you're from but I know when I take in my equipment to be fixed I expect to pick it up fixed, not broken. This is a honest review. The owner Phil Bill is a stand up man who has extensive expereince in the janitorial field. During COVID he was helpful to me as I am a Pastor and we needed the right products to keep people safe. His employee Brandon can repair any vacuum and he has extensive ecperience himself with all of their products. Our church has made this place our primary supplier for all of our cleaning needs. Let me highlight a few products that you may want to consider: 1) First, their Hydrogen Peroxide cleaner is amazing and will clean anything from carptes to count tops. 2) Second, the Ridz It green tea aminia based cleaner is excellent for cleaning surfaces and leavinf a great scent. This Emigh has become an El Dorado Hill's favorite. Hands down. It is definitely the community store for everyone. The customer service EXCEEDS (yes in caps) any I have received anywhere.
