I contacted an electrician through yelp and he came by ran some tests and told me I had to run new wires through my house and said the wires were getting hotter than normal. The project would cost 4k and that didn't include repair to my drywall. I sat with that quote for a few days and contacted SD Electric. When Sterling came he was professional and communicated well through the yelp app. He ran some tests and determined that the breaker was bad. I asked Sterling if he saw any unusual wear and tear and he said no. Ultimately Sterling saved me a ton of money, he replaced the breaker and fixed the temporary fixes the other electrician did. I'm glad I went through SD Electric, the owner is honest and helped save me from doing unnecessary repair work to my house.

Nearly four months later, I still have not received a single appliance or a refund. Throughout this process, the owner repeatedly told me that my order would arrive "soon" or that he would send me a tracking number "tomorrow." Those promises never materialized, and my calls and messages often went unanswered for weeks. I contacted Forno directly to find out what was happening. I was informed that they had received my order but that it was canceled by the seller a few days later. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They are complete scammers!
