We get to the place to pick it up that morning and they informed us they require a Class 3 receiver hitch. Bumper hitch not allowed. Tongue weight of splitter is less than 100 pounds. Towing and rental policies were not explained in detail. Had planned on renting other equipment from them but not now. They cost us money for the ball and the hired help in which we could use neither now without a splitter.

Nearly four months later, I still have not received a single appliance or a refund. Throughout this process, the owner repeatedly told me that my order would arrive "soon" or that he would send me a tracking number "tomorrow." Those promises never materialized, and my calls and messages often went unanswered for weeks. I contacted Forno directly to find out what was happening. I was informed that they had received my order but that it was canceled by the seller a few days later. I was also told that they were unable to sell to this dealer due to issues involving the California Franchise Tax Board. Had I been informed of this before my purchase, I never would have paid over $12,000 for appliances that could not be fulfilled. Despite living without any appliances for almost 4 months, I have not received a refund either. Moe, the owner, just says "Sorry, no refunds"!
