Our yard had gotten away from us after years of neglect, and with a new dog in the family, we wanted him to have a safe, open space to enjoy. After doing some research, I found The Grounds Company and decided to reach out -- best decision we made! Sebastian, the owner, is incredibly professional and just an all-around great guy. He came out for a consultation, walked the entire yard with us, and within a few hours we had a clear, itemized estimate that was very reasonable. The breakdown included everything: overgrown weed removal, tree trimming, debris haul-away, and even stump removal. Rain caused a couple of delays, but Sebastian was always quick to communicate and had us rescheduled within days. On the day of service, Sebastian and another crew member arrived earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They worked fast, efficiently, and did a tremendous job transforming the yard. What used to be an overgrown, cluttered mess is now clean, open, and dog-friendly. Our dog was absolutely stoked once the work was done -- the backyard is officially his turf now! If we ever need more work done, we're definitely calling Sebastian again. Highly recommend The Grounds Company if you're looking for honest pricing, professional service, and amazing results.

Truly Remarkable Service -- Good value for the price. Orange…read moreRoots Lawn Care took care of our front yard as well as our backyard and did an excellent job at both locations! The backyard had a challenging project for them since there were large two-foot weeds throughout the entire backyard, and Joel and his team handled it with no mess at all! It was a complete transformation! Joel is truly committed to making things right for his customers, and he also pays a ton of attention to detail. In addition, Joel is a super nice guy, very easy to communicate with, and will return (without hesitation) to fix something that you think needs to be touched up or worked on again. The amount of commitment to follow through with his customers is hard to come by and well appreciated! The crew itself is something special. They work together as a team -- they provide hard and efficient work -- and, to be honest, the excitement they have while they are working their job was super surprising to us. You just feel good when you see a group of guys that loves working together and take pride in their job they provide to you. If your yard is in need of total attention or just upkeep, then call on Orange Roots. We will be looking forward to seeing them again soon!

We decided that we were going to hire him because he came across as very Professional. I told all the gardeners that I was interviewing that day I would get back with them that evening. So we tried to reach out to Joel and offered him the job, but we had a few questions. Joel's phone went to voicemail which was no problem. He returned with a text the next morning that said I will call you today at 10 AM.....Well, 10 AM came and went and my husband called back at 12 o'clock and he called us back. We had just a few questions and one was we always pay at the end of every month when the work was completed.... We have had a gardeners before for over 5 years. Joel replied, that he would need to be paid for the full month upfront. I said no business that is reputable pays for full services for a full month upfront. I do however, understand that some companies need to have materials paid for upfront, but you NEVER pay for services rendered until the job is completed. So I told him that we would not be hiring him and he hung up on my husband and I that was very rude...Then he texted back and said well I need money upfront to pay my guys... I don't care how you pay your guys, but you never pay in full until services have been rendered.... Joel was extremely immature and very rude and THAT is not how you deal with potential customers.... He should've said, "I'm sorry, but that is how I do business, but thank you so much for your interest in Orange roots and I wish you well on finding a new gardener" that is how you do business... Beware. Rude
