Communication is very poor: - They once permanently switched my day from Thursday to Wednesday. The way the request was put, it sounded like I was agreeing to a one-time switch. It was fine, but not as expected. - They are unable to give a time window (requested a 4 hour window) of when they will provide service. They kind of just show up whenever. Expect to leave your gate, etc. unsecured for a full day. - I asked if they would be willing to consider trimming a bush that had become overgrown. They said "yes", and that I'd receive a quote that day. It's been 3 weeks, and I'm still waiting for the quote. No follow-up from them. I followed up, no response. I ended up doing it myself. It would have been a better experience if they'd have said "no, we don't trim bushes" instead of leaving me hanging. That's been my experience. Ed seems like an overall great business owner, and they do show up every week for basic lawn service. My only ask would be better expectation management. I hope this review will help you make the best choice for what your needs are.

The lawn has a lot of weeds and bare spots. I requested regular mowing, trimming, patching, fertilizing / weed killing, blow away dead leaves, trim bushes when needed, etc. Felipe showed up on time. We did a walk-through. He asked a lot of questions and explained what he could do. He and his assistant came a few days later, on time. They trimmed the bushes, trimmed the lawn edges, collected dead leaves, and mowed. The difference is dramatic. My first thought was, "it looks like a golf course." I am delighted with the results. They were very careful and respectful of my property. I have signed up for weekly service. I highly recommend 4 Seasons Gardening.

I see how much time and care they put into Care they put into my neighbor's yard and how stunning their property always looks.. I finally stopped procrastinating and called them to get a quote. Felipe scheduled an appointment with me the same week. He was very prompt and professional. He gave me a quote and explain the process and what to expect. I have a very large lot. Almost a half an acre with with many trees that need to be manicured and maintained. He explained that during the first appointment he would be here leading the crew and explaining what my needs were to them. They showed up on time and took several hours due to the size of my yard. They worked very hard and clearly took pride in what they were doing. They did an absolutely amazing job! I cannot be happier! If you've been a procrastinator like me, I recommend you reach out and get them over to your place. You will not regret it!

Our yard had gotten away from us after years of neglect, and with a new dog in the family, we wanted him to have a safe, open space to enjoy. After doing some research, I found The Grounds Company and decided to reach out -- best decision we made! Sebastian, the owner, is incredibly professional and just an all-around great guy. He came out for a consultation, walked the entire yard with us, and within a few hours we had a clear, itemized estimate that was very reasonable. The breakdown included everything: overgrown weed removal, tree trimming, debris haul-away, and even stump removal. Rain caused a couple of delays, but Sebastian was always quick to communicate and had us rescheduled within days. On the day of service, Sebastian and another crew member arrived earlier than scheduled and got right to work. They worked fast, efficiently, and did a tremendous job transforming the yard. What used to be an overgrown, cluttered mess is now clean, open, and dog-friendly. Our dog was absolutely stoked once the work was done -- the backyard is officially his turf now! If we ever need more work done, we're definitely calling Sebastian again. Highly recommend The Grounds Company if you're looking for honest pricing, professional service, and amazing results.
