Worst customer service in the entire Bay Area. It looks, that they hate their job. They completely ignore you, while you are waiting or even ask a question about anything. I don't write a lot of reviews, in fact it's probably been years since my last one, but I have to give a Big Shout Out to Rob Melia and the rest of the staff at Ferguson's in Corte Madera. I had a problem with an order, and Rob could not of been nicer in helping me resolve it. He certainly went above and beyond, going the extra mile to help me. These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company. I recently ordered and picked up filters for my Trane HVAC at the San Rafael office and to my pleasant surprise, there was no drama or hassle because I had the assistance of Brennan H. He looked high and low and finally discovered them. I was so pleased that I had him order two more filters and they arrived and at the cost quoted. Ferguson has an employee that knows how to provide exceptional customer service. I will return for future HVAC needs. By far the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Last year we entered Ferguson's with the hope we could purchase all plumbing for our remodel including kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. Considering we had already decided on the brand we wanted to work with a local small business. The customer service we experienced was absolutely awful resulting in us working with a company in Colorado, Winsupply (they're amazing)! Today we were looking to replace an outdoor shower and thought we'd give Ferguson's another try. We walked in and we're the only customers in the store. When we asked for help from an employee stocking shelves, we were immediately met with a rude, unhelpful attitude. After several minutes of explaining what we were looking for......an outdoor shower head and handles .... she said we only have chrome. "Great! Can we see the options?"...her response "No, we don't have any and walked away". And....this will be our last visit to Ferguson's. read more

We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures from the Fergusson facility in Coral Gables for a complete renovation of a condominium in Miami Beach. In total, we purchased about $35,000 of plumbing fixtures. Overall, we had a very poor experience with Fergusson. 1. Many of the products recommended by the salesperson ended up inadequate or not the best product for the purposes we described. We found our salesperson to be poorly trained and inexperienced. 2. We received a number of defective products. These are not necessarily Fergusson's fault, but when we asked for returns and replacements, we received virtually no support or help. We only received some attention after we threatened Fergusson and reached out to the general manager. 3. After months of complaints and pleading, we still have not received the replacement of all of the faulty parts. Our contractor is very frustrated with Fergusson and has stated that he will not let any of his clients purchase fixtures from them in the future. 4. We don't receive any product support or assistance from Fergusson. In my opinion, once they receive our money, they feel that they are finished. If I was ever going to purchase plumbing fixtures for another renovation, I would go to a smaller locally owned plumbing fixture supplier who would give better customer support. read more

I had a problem with an existing high-end Euro shower wand assembly as the holder for the wand would not stay in position and would slide down the pole making it useless. I went to Ferguson and Lewis helped me. My initial reaction to him was that he was taking ownership of the issue and was going to figure out a way to help me. Needless to say I was impressed. He immediately sent an email to the manufacturers rep and he got a response the same day and let me know. I went in to order the replacement assembly and Lewis continued with his high level of customer service. He did a follow-up with the rep after the order was placed and got me an estimated delivery time and a tracking number. I had expected the delivery to take 7-14 days and instead I received it today, less than a week after ordering. Lewis, thank you for your help and terrific customer service. I will definitely be back the next time I need plumbing supply help. read more

I really like these guys. The guys at the counter are knowledgeable and helpful. I operate some rental properties and we buy supplies from them regularly. They can get nearly anything that they do not regularly stock. Many contractors use them - which is a good sign. They give me discounts when I have a project and buy regularly from them. Open Saturdays which is better than some other contractor supply type companies. Excellent. read more

Wow, 5 stars... I called today to order some replacement parts for a 5-year old La Cava faucet.... they were incredibly helpful and instead of selling me the parts, they told me they were under warranty and gave me the contact info for the manufacturer, then said to call them back if there were any issues. I just about fell over. Our plumber recommends them highly and definitely after this experience, I want to shout from the mountaintops how great they are. (Yelp from the mountaintops??) read more

I'm a DIY plumber with more confidence than skill. After trying to seal a compression fit connection under the sink and having it leak every time (we spent most of the day w/o water, kids using the gym), I went to Ferguson. I bought things from them years before and forgot how helpful they are. Lisa showed me exactly what I needed. I took it home, installed and it leaked again. This time I called a plumber but couldn't get an appointment. I brought the fittings and my assembled pipe segment and asked "what's wrong with this?" Lisa took the time to disassemble it and showed me I hadn't cranked it down nearly tight enough (I had watched the youtube videos which showed people barely tightening). In any case one more try with her suggestions and... wow, no leak. There's no question where I'm going to get plumbing supplies now. read more

I had a problem with a Rohl kitchen faucet and even though I could not find the receipt, Kevin the manager, was happy to help. He made some calls to Rohl and was able to get me a replacement faucet at no charge. I found the showroom to be clean and offered faucets at a variety of price points well displayed. Their prices are competitive and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. My plumber originally referred me to Ferguson's so they obviously have a good reputation in the trades. I highly recommend this shop for your plumbing fixture needs. read more
