I had a frameless shower door installed where the tile was not perfect and once complete it all looks perfect....... all LEVEL and PLUMB. I was so pleased about the shower door I have now placed an order for a floating frameless mirror. Pricing is fair and people are all amazing. read more

Glashaus installed a steam shower glass door with transom that required precise and tight shut in a not perfectly square opening due to remodeling. Smooth stress free experience. Quote visit was efficient, precise and very professional. The installers were just as professional and had amazing attention to detail. Maybe not the cheapest but fair given the high quality. They left me very confident about the final product. read more

They are completely unresponsive! They installed our shower enclosure several years ago and it was time for some basic maintenance. I left voicemails and filled out their website request.... Nothing. Very unprofessional. read more

Recently I needed to replace an old shower door with a new one, and wanted to work with someone nearby so I was so happy to have found Ryan and North Bay Shower Door. Ryan, the owner, was so personable and helpful; he answered all my questions and really took the time to explain my options, show me different types of glass and hardware and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He also did the installation himself with one other worker, and they were meticulous, quick, clean and professional. I had shopped around and spoke to other glass/bath companies in Marin, but his price was the most reasonable and no other company took the time to explain things like he did. They just handed me a (highter) estimate! So my shower door is gorgeous and I recommend this company highly. read more

I'd give them one more star if I could - completely delighted with Ryan and the team at North Bay Shower Door. As others have said, they offer a first class product with outstanding service at a competitive price. In other words, why would you go anywhere else? We had our glass shower enclosure installed today. They made an appointment and arrived right on time. Friendly and polite, the crew went about their business installing the new shower. They did a great job making sure everything in our new master bathroom was well-covered with tarps, and they cleaned and vacuumed everything up before they left. read more

I highly recommend Ryan and his team! I had called around for quotes when we needed a shower door for a new bathroom addition. I am so glad I chose Norrthbay. We needed to get a shower door installed in our master bathroom and a mirror in our second bath. Ryan was very thorough during his consultation. He answered all of my question & was incredibly knowledgeable. The installation was quick and efficient....we are over the moon about our new shower & mirror. I'd highly, highly recommend using them. As an FYI - I did not price shop around so I can't say whether or not they are on the high end or not. What I would say is the service they provided was well worth the cost because I felt like Ryan and his team did an excellent job of pointing out potential issues, things to consider, and their process. read more

Shower door installed by great team and excellent work.

Ryan: when you told me I had to wait a full three weeks before you could assess my shower door repair situation, I figured you were in demand! If you had told me you were getting married then I would totally have understood your reasons! However, making someone wait 3 weeks to get an assessment and then taking another week after to tell that client that you are getting married and going on a honeymoon and can't do the job is just poor business management. Thanks for wasting me time.Customers: be aware! read more

I almost don't want to give Ryan and crew such a high rating for fear that their schedule will fill up and I'll be left out! As a contractor, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, design and execution of my client's MBath project. Impeccable production and installation. Many design options. Among these I would highly recommend the low-iron and diamond-fusion options. They make the product go from great to spectacular. Ryan and staff are a pleasure to work with, very friendly, courteous and accommodating. You can't go wrong with them. read more

Let me just start off by saying "Ryan is an A+ guy all the way!" Having been able to work along side this artisan for many years as a sub on some of the same bathroom projects, Ryan and his team have shown nothing but pure craftsmanship at its finest when it comes to shower doors. Yes, I said it! These guys are the best! Just a couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to have his work permanently installed in my victorian bathroom in the city, and I am certain I made the right choice having North Bay install my shower door. Clean as a whistle! I show his work off to eveyrone that comes over with my chest puffed out with pride. No question in my mind who the best is. Thanks Ryan and The North Bay Shower Door Team! North Bay Shower did an amazing job. We designed a custom corner shower and they installed our vision perfectly. The glass is solid, door action smooth, and the seals (thus far) are totally water-tight. I would highly recommend this crew! read more

We have had two shower doors from NBSD in two years and both are true center pieces for our remodeled baths. The low iron and Diamond Fusion make them practically disappear they are so clear and easy to keep clean. One is a bi-fold door that was totally custom for the size of the bath and tub that is a one of a kind. Both were custom jobs very professionally handled from measurement to installation. No complaints bout the price for what we got and compared to some of the do it yourself products. Ryan and Matt were great. The door installed in 2016 had a loose seal and I used the web site to report it. They responded within hours and came and fixed it under the 3 year warranty the same day! No wonder they get repeat customers. read more

North Bay Shower Door, Inc - best we've worked with in all the Bay Area. We're a high end design and construction company - we can't afford to cut corners for our clients. The entire crew at NBSD's is reliable (a MUST for our timing), professional, efficient, and friendly to boot. The company leader, Ryan, sets a fine example for his team - that's clear especially when he sends them out on one of our jobs. They install on time and on budget - We recommend this company with five (5) stars. Absolutely. read more

These guys are a joke. I made an enquiry on their web site - no response. That should of been my signal to walk away. A couple of days later I phoned the shop, my call was eventually answered by a recorded message telling me to make my enquiry through their web site. Tried that! It then went on to say they are only accepting repeat business or referrals. read more

We wanted to have a frameless shower and contacted 3 different companies in Marin to get a quote (all well rated on yelp). Two of the three told us they can't do it; our shower is too big to be a frameless shower. The response was literally we do A, B and C and you don't fit into either of these. Then we met Ryan... not only we could have the frameless shower but we had 2 options. He thinks outside the box and offers a solution. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our shower. It's not your typical enclosure. It's an amazing, one of a kind shower. A design that transformed our entire bathroom! All appointments were on time and installation on schedule. We are very impressed with the work!!!! read more

We did more than due diligence, getting 5 bids for the shower in our new bathroom, since we really wanted to feel that we'd made the best choice from both an aesthetic and an investment perspective. We were most impressed with Ryan's expertise, honesty, and clear commitment to excellence, so we chose North Bay Shower Doors over the many competitors in the Bay Area. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome; our shower is as beautiful as our dreams. Ryan immediately understood the look we wanted, and designed a frameless glass enclosure both sleek and structurally sound. Matt and Alex, his crackerjack installation team, did an expert job meticulously executing the design, and Ryan stopped by on installation day to check that all was precisely right before they proceeded. Our experience with Ryan and his team at North Bay Shower Doors was absolutely superb from start to finish. Our highest recommendation. read more
