Went there with my wife (w/ a groupon). Let me state first: I am a big fan of their lunch buffet (which I have attended several times). But I need to rate the over all experience(include my visit last Friday). Overall the service is very good but our trip a few days ago was not. We went to the Hibachi grill (upstairs) using our Groupon. The waitress was either too busy on not focus on our table (there were larger tables). It also too use a long time (20 plus minutes after the soup and salad) before we had a chef at our grill table. The quality of the food was very good. The portions was just, ok. The prices were fair and the drinks was average priced as well. One negative is I ordered a beer and my wife *had* to ask the server to provide a glass. The Sushi was just ok. I have had better and if you have a Sushi palate, I would suggest passing. I don't know if it was just a bad night but I would not *strongly* recommend going back to the Hibachi grill. Came here at 11:45am for hibachi with my girlfriend. Was told it was too early and we would have to wait 25 minutes or so. The shorter woman at the front seemed it was a hassle and big deal to have hibachi at this time of day and seemed like she was trying to push us towards getting the buffet instead. We didn't come here for the buffet!! Once we finally sat down at the the hibachi table the food was great as usual. Only reason for the low rating was because that woman in the front. Very impressive facility. But something seriously was wrong. We have a small party of 8 and was seated to a private dinning room. I was very surprised that other than the 2 large round tables, there were a lot of small unused tables and lots of chairs pilled on the side. Why can they put their unused tables away where customers would see them, instead we have a feeling that we were seated to a storage area? The food was the worst I had ever tasted. We ordered a seafood soup. It was much like plain water with some egg white. It tasted just like warm water and I am not kidding. The other dishes were worst than any choy suey house back 40 years ago when "Chinese food" was introduced. They could even cook a simple Tufu dish right. The tufu was dried out like it had been sitting in the frig for weeks. The "brown" sauce is like tar. The desert was another horror story. The $7 cheese cake again was like it been sitting there a few days. Not surprisingly, we found that the restaurant was only half ult at the peaking dinner hour on Saturday. I told my wife that this restaurant is not going to make it thru the year and I hope they don't so they would not continuing to serve garbage to charge for a relatively high price to this kind of choy suey restaurants. read more

Stopped by for lunch buffet on a Saturday as a single. The restaurant was about half full but the hostess would not seat me and said I could sit at the bar. Yikes! very bad and down right discriminatory, I do not recommend at all, never tasted the food. I find it hard to believe this happened in this modern times. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I went with my boyfriend and got the buffet. He did not because of his shellfish allergy. I loved trying the different appetizers and sushi at the buffet and found some new sushi that I like. Really good crab Rangoon and pork wontons. They have fresh fruit at the buffet and different desserts(cream puffs and ice cream). Their dinner buffet is $21.50...lunch is $12.50. My boyfriend got the crispy duck and raved about it. So I've been here multiple times!! Also I prefer feng shui to any other local hibachi. Tonight was quite different. Started off we waited about 10 minutes to take our drink order. Saturday night is a very busy night I get it so we let that slide. Drinks came along with the soup and salad. Way after we had finished our soup and salad the chef came to start cooking. We ordered vegetable dumplings, awfullll tasted so bad, when we told the waitress this she responded with ya they're frozen dumplings. So next Obviously the shrimp goes first, my friend that was in attendance with me received a shrimp with a hair in it, she proceeded to tell the chef and all he replied was sorry about that and trashed that shrimp. Long story shortened the chef was in and out probably less than 5 minutes 7 max. The vegetables which is my favorite part still tasted raw, I got a piece of chicken that was raw, some Of the rice was hard, and most annoying part was... we had asked the chef when he was DONE to take away our souppp and salad, the sameeee soup and salad that we had finished 15 minutes prior to that, his response was the waitress gets the tips not me and walked away. When we were waiting for our check is finally when someone came to let's our food that has now been sitting there untouched for over a half hour. We spoke to the manager after this explained absolutely everything, although she was very sweet and understanding, she took 7$ off My 80$ bill and still made my friend pay for most of her food knowing she had a hair in it and everything else we told her. Ohhh yeaa as we were leaving they had just washed the floor, soaked floor on the way out as if water was just spilled over it. My friend who's pregnant slipped and pretty much did a spilt thankfully she didn't fall but still there was no wet floor sign or anything. This has to be the worst Chinese takeout I've ever had. Our usual place was closed due to Covid-19 and thought I'd give this place a try. The crab rangoon was cold and tasteless, the spareribs were as chewy as gum, the egg rolls and spring rolls were cold and disgusting, and my wife's pad thai was inedible. The only thing reasonably good was the fried rice. You would think that places that were trying to stay afloat during this pandemic would really want to make fresh, hot and appetizing food. Fun!!! We came here for a 21st birthday, and it was really a neat venue. First off, the restaurant is GIGANTIC! The restaurant is two floors and it is definitely great for large parties. We weren't thrilled at the station we were seated at, as we didn't feel too together. We ended up moving and got our drinks ordered right away. Most of us ended up ordering off the grill and had our food cooked in front of us. I went with the filet minion, which was served with rice, veggies, and shrimp, which was all cooked right there. We were definitely encouraged to order the fried rice, since it was an upgrade of $3 or $4. We did order a few appetizers and they all came out right away, and sushi followed soon after for the folks who ordered sushi. The rolls looked really good, and I tried a piece of one of Jesse's Lobster maki, which was good but there was smoked salmon in the roll which overpowered the lobster flavor. It still had the richness of the lobster, but would have preferred it being a little more simple. On to the show, er, I mean, the food being cooked in front of us! It was fun watching and the chef did a really good job at getting everyone involved and was all about flipping stuff into everyone's mouth and being funny and entertaining. The rice was started, and then various meats and seafoods were thrown on, then veggies. The rice was put on the plates, and then the shrimp were the first thing that came off of the grill, and the chef really timed it well. The shrimp were really tasty and flavorful. The rice was good, but kinda salty for me. I kinda wished I hadn't given in to the fried rice and I would have probably enjoyed the plain rice more. It was fun watching it being cooked. My filet came off next, and it was cooked perfectly and was really tender and flavorful. I was happy with my meat choice! The veggies came off, and they were good but by then I'd already kinda filled up. All and all, it was a pretty good experience and it was a fun family outing. Over $60 for one sushi roll, chicken with cashew nuts, one appetizer and nigiri....and the chicken with cashew nuts didn't come with rice!! They even charged me for spicy mustard! Might as well go to nobu or O Ya in Boston for these prices. You're really going to charge a $60 order for spicy mustard and white rice when it is standard for those things to be included at virtually every other place? I've been here twice now with large groups from work. It's a lot of fun for small to large groups. You get entertained by the chefs cooking right in front of you, and the food and drinks are great. Your experience depends somewhat on the quality of the chef you get. On my first visit, the guy was funnier and did more tricks than the second time around, but it was still very enjoyable. The food is so fresh compared to like restaurants in the area. I've been twice with no wait. I love the atmosphere of the interior. Everything that I've had has been delicious. (Even the next day for leftovers) Most of the dishes i've ordered are served family style. The wait staff is friendly. Excellent decor and atmosphere and very good food. Our meals and appetizers were very well prepared and elegantly served by very polite and helpful staff. The place is new and it looks like they spared no expense in making it a place where one can easily spend 2-3 hrs over a great meal. I thought the prices were reasonable for the food quality, the service and the whole experience. I'm planning on going there again! I tried their tuna sashimi sampler appetizer (4 types of tuna) and it was amazingly fresh. I actually ordered a second one, before ordering my meal. I have to say that went with a group of 8 people and 2 of them complained that the portions were small, because they were not the typical Chinese "pile-your-dish-to-the-brim" style. To me, quality and quantity have nothing to do with each other (well, O.K., sometimes they are remotely related), otherwise one should *only* go to places with "all-you-can-eat" buffets, which this place also offers on Sundays. If all I want is to "eat" because I am hungry, I can find lots of places in the area which will give me platefulls of O.K. food for small money. We hit Feng Shui's lunch buffet on our recent visit to Chelmsford and were pretty happy with the food. The Chinese food was nothing special but not bad either. The sushi was actually quite good and made the buffet a great value. Not a great selection (they only brought out a couple of trays at a time), but they kept switching it up so if you were there for an hour you got to sample at least 3 or 4 different maki and 3 or 4 nigiri. The fish was fresh and pretty well prepared, and for $10 was quite a deal. I usually don't expect much of a sushi buffet but I would definitely go back to Feng Shui. We also ordered a couple of items off of the menu, to sample a few more offerings, and were impressed with the quality of the fish. I did have a couple of gripes with this place however. For one thing, the waiter was clearly completely unfamiliar with the sushi menu. We ordered some pretty standard nigiri (for example unagi and maguro) and he looked at us like "what the heck's a 'mah-goo-row?" We repeated our order several times and even pointed to it on the menu but he still got it wrong. The manager promptly and happily fixed the order and gave us a roll for free though. My other complaint was that the online menu had advertised that sashimi was available with the buffet on request, with no mention of any restrictions, and when we asked about this, they told us that this was only on weekends. I just checked, however, and it seems that the sashimi has been taken off of the website. Despite minor failings, $10 for decent, all-you-can eat sushi is still a great deal, and I would definitely hit Feng Shui again next time I was in town. read more

Feng Shui has been my go to Chinese place for years. Their food is delicious and always fresh. I'm a huge fan of their crab rangoons and scallion pancakes. Upstairs their hibachi is delish - steak / shrimp combo is a perfect combo. If you don't want to sit down to eat - their takeout is extremely speedy, usually only about 15-20 mins. read more

I'm a habachi lover! Love the chef's entertainment especially when they make mistakes! Well not if the eggs roll onto my head, or if the spatula flies across the room, does it ever happen? Hopefully not! I laugh more at their mistakes than their jokes, weird huh? Well mistakes show that they're human like us, not only skilled cool chefs! We ordered a scorpion bowl for two. Like always they had Barcardi 151 in the center. I was surprised that they left it burning for us. It was so big and was strong. We were a little tipsy half way that we had a difficult time finishing the whole thing. For our appetizers, *Spicy seafood salad: The spicy seafood salad presentation was soo PRETTY! It looked as if it was crafted by chefs from upscale restaurants (Mooo, Sorellina). Well the look is there all right, but the taste was upright lacking! I always knew the sushis here were not as good as other japanese restaurants but I still craved for it. The salad had avocado which were sliced too big which overpowered the taste of the sashimi, so I ate it separate. It was really bland so I asked for spicy mayo on the side. *Sashimi platter: The sashimi platter did not have salmon which was surprising because it usually comes with it. Well the sashimi was a bit dry so I knew it was not fresh. Also, I did not like how they placed it directly on top of the Shiso leaf, because again the leaf scent was a bit overwhelming for me that I could not taste the sashimi. Main entrees *Scallop & NY Steak Tip: I really enjoyed the steak but not the scallop. I lovee scallops but this scallop was way too fishy. I do not even think they washed it because it was ridiculously smelly that I could not finish a teenie scallop. Not only that, Chef Roger added a LOT of lime so if you guys order scallop, make sure you tell him to relax with the lime! Had the steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was AMAZINGLY tender! I miss it already! I'll probably come back for the steak! *Calamari & Filet Mignon: The calamari were so delicious. They were chewy but not too chewy, and Chef Roger did a great job flavoring it! The filet mignon, holy cow!! JUICY JUICY JUICYYYYY, SOFTY SOFTY SOFTY, mm mm. That's all I can say. Update, I asked some of my Chinese friends if the dish is "wasabi shumai" or just "shumai". The response was shumai, so I was wrong and I did like their shumai, it was very tasty. Had a craving for Chinese buffet. Haven't been able to find a really good one in MA... Decided to try this one in Chelmsford (sat lunch). Didn't expect it to be anything fantastic due to the location... Wow, it was the best restaurant I've ever been to... - Looks like a hotel...has elevator... - Distance between tables is huge, super spacious, very relaxing decor - The quality of food is excellent! It's a small typical buffet, but everything is fresh. I didnt feel sick afterwards. I actually felt great. The sushi was better than what I had in Arlington (mass ave). $13/person is well worth it. I often spent $30/person in asian restaurants and didnt get the same quality...not to mention they didnt include fruits and desserts... It's like a 30 min drive for me, but I would definitely go again. There's a shopping center nearby (TJmaxx, market basket, kohls,etc). The TJmaxx has bathrooms too. read more
