I ordered a Window. When the window was delivered, it was the wrong window. Then I had to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks. I was told my door would take 4 - 6 weeks after I ordered it; it took nine weeks to get in - then another 3 to wait unil installation. I was told my the sales person that I would get a lifetime warranty on my installation. The person told me on the phone when I was schulding my instulation date that it is only for one year. The person on the phone was VERY RUDE to me when I questioned why it's taking so long to get the door. I wanted to cancel; however, my "contract" said they could take as long as they want to get the doors / windows (even if the sales person promised 4 - 6 weeks). I do not recommend using Feldco. Their verbal word means NOTHING. read more

I tried to schedule an estimate for new windows during which I would talk to them and my wife would be unavailable. They were initially insistent that we both be there. This is rather difficult due to work schedules and a toddler in the house. After finally agreeing to seeing just me, when they called to confirm, my wife was told that if we weren't both there, the rep was instructed to go home. When directly asked if they would rather lose the business than see one of us, they said they would rather lose the business. What a joke of a company! read more

I wish I had checked Yelp before I wasted my time on these guys but My friend told me about yelp after I called them .The sales person called when he was on the way and asked will you and your wife be home and I said no and he said well they told you when you call in that both you and your wife had to be home I told him she would be home in 20 min and he said ok if not I'm leaving .I was shocked he came over and before he said anything like hello my name is he asked is your wife home I said yes and he walked in .I told him we wanted new windows and he said ok gave us the price after around 25 min of measuring our windows and said when would you like to have them installed said we will get bah to you.he said ok when you figure it out call me and I said ok .I felt so uncomfortable in my own home and this guy was so rude stay far far far away from them very pushy , read more

We were searching for replacement windows and called Feldco for an estimate after a neighbor said his experience was positive, they were fast and clean. Our salesman was delightful until the last two minutes of the evening when we said, "it's late, this is a lot of money and we want to sleep on it." He turned into Mr. Hyde, said if we waited a day, he didn't know when he would be able to get back to us, if at all, and was noticeably annoyed. It was a real turn off. Customer service called a couple of days later to follow up, seemed appalled at the treatment we got and promised to have a manager call us. We never heard back and decided to move on to someone we trusted. It felt like trying to buy a used car. read more

Bad Company !!!!!! We ordered a small round window for our bathroom for about $1,700.00. We were told that it had to be custom made and that is why the price was so high. We believed them because we had seen their TV ads, and they are only a few blocks away from our home. We gave half the amount for the deposit in September, 2010. It is now December 23, 2010, and still no window. Most times they don't return my calls, and when they do they have an excuse as to why we have not gotten our window... a death in the family, someone else in the hospital, the rep is sick, the company making the window has not done the job. My threats of letting people know how bad they are do not bother them. I wonder if I can get my money back. I'm giving them one more week before taking legal action. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!! read more

fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are thoroughly impressed with the installation of our new bay window. again this improvement has increased the value of our home and has instilled in us a better appreciation of home ownership. every family member and friend who has recently visited has complimented us on the new bay window. again we thank you from start to finish for the very professional job that was performed. the courteous, friendly, and caring qualities of your staff. thanks larrie/bernice p. read more

This has got to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. First off, they sent installers who didn't speak a lick of English so we couldn't even communicate what we wanted. They took off several times without even completing the project, we had to keep calling to get them back. This was all just for one garage side door. They would tell us they would be at our house at such and such time and never show up. Now our door is rusting, it's still under warranty and they want to charge us $50 just to come out and look at it. They said all they would do is paint over the rust. For a can of Rustoleum, we can do the same and save the $50! I do not recommend this company to anybody - we paid over $2,000 for this crappy door. They are terrible as far as customer service goes. Would NEVER EVER use them again and do not recommend them to anyone! read more

I was thinking of an Attic insulation job, called for a quote.Couldn't help me as I'm not the home owner, but as I stated to the Feldco person,I am a Son,POA & caregiver for the homeowner & they still couldn't help me( ok fine). So I got other estimates immediately from local insulators. So now Feldo calls everyday sometimes twice,no message.I guess I'm being punished. I cant even imagine hiring these weirdo's for anything & am really glad it didn't go forward. read more

I thought this company was reputable. They were the most expensive for windows but their full coverage windows made the extra cost worth it. Their salesman and sales contract stated coverage on breakage, seal, and frame structure. No one ever informed me when I was handing over a $6000 check that they would charge a $70 fee just for coming to your home to inspect a problem. My bay window is not even 5 years old and the white vinyl has started to turn orange. Why do I have to pay when the window has full coverage? It is not like I can remove the window and bring it to a Feldco store. I am very disappointed. I will not be recommending this company anymore. This company is worse than Window World. read more

Very unhappy with Feldco. Eight years ago we had Feldco replace ever window in the house. In the past 3 years we have had to have 4 of the windows repaired. In 3 of the cases the bracket that holds the window in the track broke off. You call Feldco and tell them what is wrong. They charge you $49.00 to have someone come out and look at the window and say it is broke and will order the part. He spends less than a minute and it is $49.00. Then they order the part and return for an additional $86.00. Repair takes less than 15 minutes. It is useless for the first person to come out and tell me it is broke, I already told them that. So it costs $135.00 every time another window brakes. Seems like a problem with the way they are manufactured. Never again will I buy Feldco products. read more

Terrible installation! Two windows didn't fit, had to cut down, four windows didn't lock because not aligned correctly, siding on house was cut and we had to tell them to fix, improper screws replaced on shutters and left deck full of vinyl dust. Buyers Beware! The experience started out great, I met with Peter my sales rep on July 2 and placed an order for a storm door. A few weeks later another rep came out and took final measurements, that is when the good experience ended. In August I received a call to place an installation date, weekends were unavailable so I took a vacation day and scheduled the appointment for a Friday between 9am-11am. At 11:30am on Friday I received a call informing me that my tech was called to another job ( I guess more important than mine), and would not be at my place until 2:00pm ish...The tech showed up at 2:30pm, brought the door and hardware up, stripped the old flashing off my back door and informed me about an hour later he did not have all the supplies needed to complete the work. He said someone from Feldco would call me and reschedule the installation. Friday evening came and went , no call from Feldco all weekend. Monday morning I called the offices to get some answers, the rep that answered the phone, Courtney said she thought the work was complete, I informed her it was not. We set up a second Installation date for the next day between 8-10am, I took the morning off from work to be here for the install. The installer showed up and looked at my back door and immediately said I don't have the supplies needed to complete this job, let me call the office...... by this time I was out of my mind!!!!! Bottom line, the door is still not here, we have a tentative appointment for 3rd attempt on Saturday August 29.......fingers crossed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We had 13 windows installed in May/June 2016 and paid $8000.00 to get this done with Feldco. Many issues have happened with this company, their product and their customer service. The sales man was nice and was telling us how they love working on these older houses because they are so easy and they were built right and the installations are a breeze. First they installed all the windows and made a horrible mess of our outside. They had thrown a bunch of their garbage in our window wells, trampled flowers and plants that were NOT buy the windows, left garbage all on our lawn and were all around not friendly people. We call the sales man and he apologizes and says they will send us 2 $100.00 gift cards for a future purchase with Feldco. Weeks, months and numerous phone calls later we still have not received those gift cards. Second issue, over the summer it was warm in the house but didn't think much of it and then the cold hit in Chicago and I am really cold sitting on my couch and am feeling a breeze, my husband goes to check and there is air coming in from our new windows. We call our original sales guy and now he says about how these old houses are not insulated correctly and it's probably just the house (same man that said these old houses were built right and the installations are a breeze. So, they send a technician out and the installers never put the insulation in the windows nor did they caulk more than 1/2 of the windows they installed but they are so busy they cannot come out for a month to fix the windows. My husband calls to see what they are going to do other than fix their problem and they inform him that they do not give money back or any sort of discount for problems like this but that he will call back on the 12th of January after they fix the problem to see what they can do to make it right. Really? Why wait, make it right now and give us 20% off our bill or at least throw in a door and storm door. I have NEVER dealt with a company that doesn't seem to care that they did a shotty job and isn't doing anything to satisfy the customer. read more

I ordered windows (6) from Feldco in 97, I again ordered windows two years later, I started having problems with the original ones - cold air coming through, latches breaking, their fix was to drop a latch in my mailbox for me to fix the windows. I stupidly ordered a storm door from them, granted it was 5 years ago, but the bottom aluminum piece came out and it is half the door. I called for service, they could not find that I ever ordered the door from them, but I had my paperwork so I convinced them to send someone out to look at it. They sent a window guy out who said he does not handle doors, he would send someone else out, well of course no one came and it is two weeks later. So I again called, on hold for 20 minutes, they can't even find me in the computer and now they say their is a 75.00 charge because I bought the door before 2004. I would never ever deal with these guys again. They do not stand behind their work and they talk a good talk unless of course you don't want to pay for them to look at the shoddy workmanship of the door you bought from them. DON'T USE THESE GUYS. THE VINYL ON THE WINDOWS YELLOW AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! read more

I must say I do love my windows and slider I had installed in 2004. I used to recommend Feldco to everyone I knew who was doing window replacements. But that has all changed. In May, the glass on my slider was shattered. I called Feldco and they told me I was still under warranty and that everything would be replaced for free. The guy came out and measured and told me it would be about 3 weeks for the window to come in. Atfer 4 weeks I called to find out the status. No glass was ever ordered so the guy told me he would order and it would be a "good 3 weeks". I continued to wait only to find out a second time that the glass was never ordered. Again I was told it would get ordered. After more waiting and no one ever returning my calls, I am still waiting for the replacement glass 5 MONTHS later. I did find out that it was finally order on August 8th, 3 months after my initial call!!! Horrible experience!!! I have more windows to replace in my house and will find another company to replace them. I woud not recommend this place ever again! read more

My experience with Feldco in May of 2012 was both satisfying and pleasant. the sales rep consultation was good but I felt a little rushed toward the end because he had another appt. to attend but i didn't let that deter me from making a decision that was expensive and affect the look of my home. It took 3 1/2 weeks for my security & entry door to arrive. The install was scheduled for 8a-12p. The installers arrived promptly at 8am introduced themselves professionally & got to work right away. In about 5hrs, install was very well done and all mess was cleaned up thoroughly. They even put my doorbell on for me. I had a minor problem with the door installation & payment issue in which both were resolved with courtesy and quickly. I appreciate that. Feldco is pricey but with the look of the finished install it was worth the investment to my home. Yes I will be using Feldco for future home needs especially if they keep the professional installers that I had. read more

As stated in my first review, Feldco didn't coordinate inspection with our village and the village inspector told us he would have to have Feldco open EVERY SINGLE WINDOW and inspect them. I mean ripping apart the frames and open each one to see how they were installed. This was a huge concern on many levels, our time (again), would they be able to coordinate with the village the second time around(?), and the fact that we did not want them to touch our home again. We requested a refund on the installation cost (we asked if they would credit us back and instead give us the $1/window installation in light of the circumstances and the considerable inconvenience). They refused and instead the rep offered a small discount if we ordered a new front door or a nominal amount. We told the rep it wasn't enough and we expected him to check with Mr. Cook and get back to us. However, the final communication we received was a voicemail from the rep guilt tripping us and telling us to think of his family and to give him and Feldco a rating of 9-10 when they called to survey us on the "overall experience." That was the end of any communication from Feldco on this matter. We have a failed inspection and possibly shoddily installed windows, and when we sell our house, anyone checking with the village will see that we made a 10k investment in our home which will likely be useless for us to recoup our costs because of the failed inspection. Really, the experience at this point just feels like we were ripped off at an old 70's used car lot. And no, the owner, Mr. Cook, who is so attentive and pleasant in his responses on Yelp never did make an attempt to contact us personally. read more

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had some living room windows installed about 7 years ago by Feldco (5 Windows/Bay Windows type ) . Recently we noticed a crack on one of the window panes and so we called Feldco in hopes of having the glass replaced. We understand that it would not be covered under any guarantee. We've always used Feldco and figured they would have a window pane or glass in their factory that they can use to replace the cracked glass. We called them on Saturday, August 13th and they said we had to pay someone to just come out and inspect the window, so we did. No big deal. We paid the person $69 to just come out and inspect the window on August 17th. It is now November and NOTHING has come about. I have called several times; the service department is either all in an all department meeting or out to lunch whenever I have called. And no one ever calls back. I finally asked for a manager and was told by the manager that they changed manufacturers and it was their fault. I was told they will get someone out to fix the window soon as the old manufacturer had gotten back to them. So we were ok after that last call but that was back in September/October and it is now November and not a word from them! I even told them I would pay for fixing the window, I didn't expect it to be free, still NOTHING! Unless it's a BIG job, they completely ignore and could care less about past customers! I am so highly disappointed with Feldco. I still have some kitchen windows that need replacing but I don't think I will go with Feldco ever again! Customer Service has gone down the drain once they get all your money! read more

I'd seen all the ads on TV, and was leary of any co. that advertised so much, but since they are right down the road, one day I just stopped in to check the place out, as I needed some windows pretty badly. The salesman Steve was really nice and informative, and not at all pushy, or I would've been out of there! The windows looked great, so I went ahead and ordered. The consistent professionalism and courtesy of everyone at Feldco, every step of the way, was a really pleasant surprise. It is rare to find a company that is genuinely interested in customer satisfaction these days. The installers, Marius and Tom, were just great, too--they did the best they could putting those lovely new windows into my old (over 100 yrs.) crooked house! It was a challenge, I'm sure, and I'm a fussy customer. Marius made sure I was happy before they left. We love the windows--couldn't live without 'em, and will order more when we can (it's a big house). We especially like the little spacers which allow for the windows to be open only a couple inches or so, as we have cats, and don't want them clawing the screens, but do want a little fresh air. An amazingly stressfree experience--wish all companies were like Feldco! Thanks! read more

Our troubles with Feldco started in Sept. 2007 after the installation of 8 windows. After installation, we had no room to hang our mini-blinds. My husband called & left a message but no one returned his call. He called again the next day. A Rep. from Feldco finally called days later wanting to know how the service went. She & my husband were on the phone for more than an hour. She mentioned having the windows reinstalled. After that, no one from Feldco had contacted us. We both called and left messages. My husband continued to call. He was given a regional manager's number. We both called and left messages. Finally, he called & said he would call me back to set up a time to have an inspector come out & see if the windows can be moved back. After that call, Feldco did not contact us. Finally that situation was taken care of after many phone calls. Then in early October, we placed an order for a bathroom window replacement (Feldco had 3 measurements for this window). A rep came by my job to take the order & down payment & put a 2 week rush on the order. No call in 2 weeks. I called but got no response. By the 1st week of November I found out that my window was not even ordered. I made some phone calls & was told the window should arrive in 10 days. I called the 1st week of December & was informed my order was lost. It was reordered & will be on the next truck for delivery. I left messages for the manager & the director of sales. Finally, the installation crew came. Guess What? The measurements were wrong after 3 measurements were taken at 3 different times. The window had to be reordered. As of today, 1/10/08, I am awaiting my bathroom window installation. I would not refer Feldco to my worst enemy. read more

i am very unhappy with this company. i brought in a door sweep and after three tries to replace it the manager who measured it still didnot get it right. his name is mark archambeault. he said he did measure it but it is beyond his control. you think as showroom manager he would make shure he got it right. i would never tell anyone to buy from this company again. the original install was also terrible. 01/26/2010 my mane is bob m. i told him i would give them a bad rating and he told me do what you have to do and hung up on me. read more

Do Not use this company!! Like others below, they do NOT care. We had major issue with the installers. Their carelessness led to them treating my yard like a waste can. As the snow melted 2-3 wks after they installed our 12 windows we found over 35 pieces of razor blade SHARP pieces of trimmed aluminum thrown about our yard. some as big as 2'x2'. An accident they say, really? how do you accidentally drop 35 pieces of anything???? that you know is very dangerous???? They were careless, in a huge hurry, and do not care about homeowners safety. There were also holes in 2 of the screens that they had to come back out to re-screen. I made no fuss about that. Yet, another example of in a hurry and carelessness, they couldn't check their work and just look at the windows? I found more razor sharp pieces after their "technician" came to clean up our yard prompted by my initial complaint/concern. We have a son and lots of children running in the yard. How safe do I feel with razor sharp objects that keep surfacing- Not at ALL. Thank you Feldco for charging me full price and leaving my yard hazardous and only offering me a 100 gift card like I would ever want to use them again. I would pay 100 to make the razor blades disappear, however. Way to go, Feldco!!! read more

Needed a new back door, made the mistake of calling Feldco for an estimate. The salesman was slick, who spun some pretty big lies (as it turns out) to get the sale. Maybe I was stupid enough to believe him (and even dumber for not doing more research before going with them...an F-rating with the BBB? Oops), but he did tell some whoppers. The door was being replaced in the dead of a Chicago winter, but was assured that the opening of the door would be tented ET-style to prevent heat loss. After we haggled on the price I went with them. Well, about a month later they brought over a single person who could barely speak English, no ET tent around the door, he had our house exposed to the sub-zero elements for several hours. He also left behind a huge mess of unused screws and shards of wood that I had to clean up myself so our toddler wouldn't get harmed. And they did a terrible job weather-proofing the final result. Lastly, they never bothered to follow up with a call to check on our satisfaction, which I guess makes sense now that I've seen their rating on Yelp and other sites. Don't make the same mistake, don't be fooled by their slick advertising. Avoid them. read more

We were very happy with the install of the first 5 windows. Order was correct, installers were very knowledgeable and cleaned up afterward. We ordered 2 more windows. The order was wrong. There was only 1 installer. The windows were supposed to have to locking sashes and only one of them did. The installer proceeded to install the incorrect window and we called to correct the situation. It has now been over 5 weeks and no word or returned messages from Feldco. Where is our corrected window? Not only that, the installer used our bathroom and clogged the toilet so bad...it was terrible. And he never said anything to anyone about it. I have 4 more windows to replace and I'm hesitant on ordering from Feldco. We were told we would have the same installers the 2nd time around as we did with the first install. Obviously that did not happen. Their customer service is just like anywhere else. And they pride themselves on that. Too bad. Don't know if I would recommend them unless you are more tolerant to wait endlessly for something you have to pay 1/3 up front for. read more

First of all, my review is based on industry insight, not as a consumer. I used to work as a sales rep for a competitor. I quit the industry because my employer, as well as Feldco, use high pressure in home sales techniques. We were taught don't leave the home without a sale or you've lost it. The sales pitch is just smoke and mirrors. I would rate the window quality a 5 on a scale of 10. The first price he's giving you is way higher than he'll take at the end. Play hardball with these guys. It's your home. Tell him take off 30%, or no thanks. Go on to next guy, same thing. You WILL get a follow up call from a "manager". Give him your price.. take it or leave it. Remember folks, YOU"RE paying for those bad commercials, not them. You want high quality, buy Anderson. If you want middle grade windows and Feldco or such won't discount them enough, I would use a local guy, with experience, and good references. Find out the make of windows these use, and do some homework on them. read more

Feldco looked good and sounded good until the installation date came. I was told that the installers would arrive between 8 and 10 am. Yeah this did not happen. I called at 10:30 and questioned where they were. I was told that the time given was a mistake, I should have been told 8 am until 12. OK fine...1 pm and the installers still had not arrived. I finally called and started screaming to no avail. The idiot on the phone informed me that he had spoken to the installer and they would be there in 5 minutes. I deliberately kept that idiot on the line for 10 minutes then screamed some more that they were not there. They finally arrived at 2:45 pm, they finished installing a little after 8 pm, (7 windows!!!!) blowing my entire day. I refused to sign their paperwork. I demanded a discount. Again this was refused. Today I got a phone call stating that they would give me a $100 gift card to Feldco, but that is all that they could do for me. I will never use them again! If you have time to do nothing but wait they are fine. If you have other things to do don't do it! read more

I explained to the girl that my husband does not deal with any construction of the houses we buy he works a lot of hours and we had bought 16 Windows from them in the past. We were unhappy with installation no cauk on any Windows, which we did at our own expense and another issue with a larger window that they did correct after a lot of bitching. I did like the product of the smaller Windows I nowI need in my new place so thought I would try them again. We were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and complete disrespect of our time. On Dec 10th we signed a contract with a Feldco sales person to change all the windows in our home - a sales person who claimed more than 40 years experience. On Dec 16th, the technician came to review the specifics of our order and to take the production measurements. The technician expressed a concern about a bay window that was included in the contract. He explained that the matter would be discussed during a meeting on Dec 18th and that we would be contacted by the sales department. On Dec 19th we were sent an email saying that we would have to buy a full bay unit with no mention of our original contracted pricing. To date no one has called to discuss the contact that was signed. It appears Feldco assumes no responsibility nor has the decency of trying to honor the paperwork that was signed. If the sales person made a huge mistake offering a price that cannot be honored, should not management at least call to explain and try to find a solution. Very disappointed and frustrated. read more

where do i begin...if you're looking to get windows to last, this is NOT the place to go! 7 years later,my windows are failing. the window spacers, made out of aluminum which conducts cold air by the way,are failing so bad that there is a draft between them that would blow out a candle. this has been such a nightmare with the installation performed by a crew that i wouldn't have build a dog house for me,to a product that has had to be replaced time and time again, but only to YOUR cost. we have had so many problems with these windows that i really think they should partner up with KMart. as for the installation and product combined...well the so called "professional crew" installed 14 windows and a sliding glass door. after they were "DONE", they had tracked mud across my dining room carpet,BROKE my faucet in the kitchen sink, completely snapping it off, hung the kitchen window crooked,HUNG the sliding glass door with the E GLASS to the inside vs the outside(since it was already keyed, there was no was to fix it!) THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE,they laid a 3 finger wide calk line on the outside over my new siding!!! can it get worse? WHY OF COURSE..READ ON...they bailed their calk containers and nails in my window wells and left some nails in my DRIVEWAY !!! GREAT!! this company doesn't have anyone in quality control who would come out and inspect what their sub contractors are doing!!! this leaves YOU THE CUSTOMER,THE END USER as the burdened vessel. feldco has had to replace all my windows in the 1st month because they double panes weren't sealed properly at their "factory" which made them frost up INSIDE between the panes making it impossible to see out of them.THINK about it..15 service calls meaning 15 days of appointments. windows that cost them not more than 75 bucks! SAVE YOURSELF the aggravation we have gone thru and go anywhere even to a menards, home depot you name it. however if you want quality,go to a legitimate company as feldco is noting more than a marketer of inferior marked up products.HINT.. anyone that says they will do a job for 16000,and is willing to knock it down to 8000,and then will settle for 7000,is RIPPING YOU OFF IN THE 1ST PLACE...it is still a BUYER BEWARE world and especially in this trade read more

had all new windows, doors, and siding done about 6 years ago, and we were lied to from the start... they claimed they custom manufacturer all windows and doors in a elk grove village facility, and they claimed all installers were full time feldco employees... BULLSHIT!!! the only thing feldco manufacturers is ways of blowing smoke up someones ass... what they promised would take 4 days to install took 3 1/2 weeks by, wait for it... unproven and unprofessional sub contractors that spoke little or no english... the only thing installed right was the siding and a one arm blind guy could do that... all the windows were installed without insulation so they had to come back and reinstall all the windows 2 weeks later, the front door glass fell out of the door 2 years later and they didn't want to warranty it until I threatened a lawsuit, the door was installed wrong both times, snow actually blows in my house and they refuse to fix it, they wanted me to seal the bow window after they installed it, they actually said "you're a union industrial carpenter, you can seal it yourself", I told them no problem but would charge them 86.00 dollars an hour and 300% over cost on materials, they sent someone out two days later... my front door glass is once again falling out of the door... as for them being a manufacturer, nope... the windows you get from feldco are from the same company that makes the windows you buy from home depot, american craftsman... the doors are made from a company in iowa, and the siding is made in bolingbrook by the same company that supplies menards... I'm planning on taking out an ad in the sun times next to their ad telling people to come inspect my house before ordering anything from feldco... read more

before you buy a window the night of sales appointment please wait. the deal the salesman offer that night is bs. they have a rehash department that will call you give you a song and dance say they are a manger and give you a great deal with bs but you should not pay more then $400 a window. but please read feldco warranty it is a joke check bbb.please look at other negative reviews and look at all the install issues.that is because at the point of sale the salesman will tell you the installers work only for feldco .not true they are all sub contractors getting paid $60 by the opening so they rush so they can get work the next day. they basically make their money on voulme .again that is how feldco got their big f rating with bbb.please look at their life time warranty after 5 years you will have to pay for everything.again check bbb as they advise get 3 quotes im sure your other quotes will have a much better rating with bbb not hard since feldco has f rating you can only go one way up even a d rating is better dont you think. Now let's sit back and see the script Pattie sends and then look at other reviews it will be the same script takes a lot of thought. That is what they think of their customers.Again that is why the have F rating with BBB not sincere ,to late they have your money read more
