The biggest issue was reliability. The workers came sporadically, and there were multiple occasions when I was told someone would be coming and no one showed up. There were times when they simply did not show up as expected. For such a straightforward project, the amount of time, follow-up, and inconvenience required was unacceptable. A five-door job shouldn't take nearly two months to complete. On top of that they did a mediocre job and overcharged. Based on my experience, I would not use Mr. Handyman again. I initially trusted Frank to resolve the issue, but after multiple failed attempts and repeated requests for more money, it became clear that he was taking advantage of my willingness to give him the benefit of the doubt. I always try to support businesses I've worked with before, which is why I gave Frank the opportunity to handle this simple repair. However, after three unsuccessful attempts, I decided to hire a local family-owned plumbing business instead. They resolved the issue in just 20 minutes--whereas Frank spent hours over multiple days with no results, even suggesting the absurd idea of tearing down a wall. Since the issue was never resolved, I requested a partial refund for the incomplete service, but my request was denied. Given this experience, I believe the Better Business Bureau should be contacted regarding these questionable business practices. After looking further into this business, I noticed a pattern of similar complaints, including one from another Yelp reviewer, Karolyn J., who experienced nearly the same issue. This leads me to believe that my previous positive experience with Frank's business was due to Steve, who is no longer with the company. Given my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this business to anyone--family, friends, or even strangers. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by looking elsewhere. A minor problem shouldn't turn into a major headache.

I called this company and of course when they came out the patio door opened! Are you kidding me! Ha! Ha! The guy that came out suggested a good cleaning of the track and said to use soap and water to clean it. After the cleaning he also suggested to get a good "Silicone" based spray which is best to use on a patio door track. He also suggested not to use DW40. It will not hurt the patio track but a silicone based spray cleaner is preferred. I found a silicone spray at a Menards near my home. I'm sure any hardware store would have it too. I hope this information helps anyone who has ever had an issue like mine.
